07/07/2024: I ordered and paid for an absolutely vegetable-free sandwich (because I have a serious chronic illness that cannot tolerate vegetables) and I leave with my order without monitoring the preparation because I trust it. But when I arrive home, I take a full bite without checking because for me they listened to my request... But I eat and there, peppers fill my sandwich! To err is human and I understand, but when a person asks for absolutely no vegetables, it is a serious request with serious consequences if the choice is not respected when health is seriously at stake. In addition, very cold welcome from the young woman at the checkout. Sorry but I prefer to warn customers, watch carefully, unfortunately.
PS: I CONTACTED AT THE LINK GIVEN IN THE COMMENT BUT I ABSOLUTELY NEVER ANSWERED AFTER 5 MONTHS. Is it just in principle?

28/09/2024: Overall, it's a very good and nice McDonald's. However, being a fast food restaurant, there can often be a shortage of staff, mainly made up of students. They have the courage to work until very late at night, but many clients do not realize that after a week of classes, these students need to rest. Yes, there may be an oversight or two, but negative criticism is not constructive.
28/09/2024: Management to be reviewed: recruiting beginner students, no follow-up point and receipt of a registered letter at home to warn that Mac do is ending the trial period. Hello, the frankness of managers who do not even explain to the employee what is wrong, so that he can progress. And welcome young people to the harsh world of work!!!

29/08/2024: les burgers étaient bon, nous sommes venues passé un bon moment entre amies..
vers 21h30 on nous a fait comprendre que nous dérangions fortement, en sortant à côtés de nous haut et fort « bon on va ranger car nous on doit y aller » avec en plus toutes les lumières éteintes ..
Nous sommes du métier et jamais je ne me serai permise de « dégager un client de la sorte » même si le client reste jusqu’à 23h.. et oui nous restons jusqu’à minuit même..! ( certes notre problème mais bon).
Alors 21h30…..
j’ai vraiment pas apprécié cette phrase pour nous faire comprendre de partir, alors que nous étions sur le point de s’en aller .. car nous savons très bien que de rentrer tôt dans ce métier est un luxe,
mais il y a des limites ..
Je voulais juste attirer l’attention du patron voir de la patronne, c’est fait.
Pour la personne mise en cause,
« changer de métier très vite »,,,
Ou tout simplement,
venez travailler avec moi, je vous apprendrai ce métier si agréable quand l’on peut ne serait-ce que communiquer avec des client pour qu’ils reviennent chez vous, plutôt que de se pavaner à côtés de lui, tant de règles que vous avez apprises voir oublier ou alors jamais rien apprise…
N’oubliez pas qu’un client, c’est votre salaire à la Fin du mois.
