30/09/2026: Before the change of ownership, the pizzas were excellent; we were regulars and never disappointed... No problems at all. Since the change of ownership and our next visit... Well, the result: a night confined to the toilet! We won't be going back and we don't recommend it.

19/09/2026: -Good evening, I'd like to order if possible. -"That's going to be complicated, sir." -Okay, have a good evening. Finally, someone catches up with me and tells me there will just be a wait, which is perfectly understandable at 8:50 PM, but the first person clearly didn't care. You must be making too much money not to be polite and not explain things to the customer, not to mention that they laugh when you turn your back. It's better to drive 5 minutes and go to Eat Rapizz in Saint-André.

07/06/2026: Pleasant restaurant and friendly welcome. Lunch outdoors. Set menu for 16 people. Good quality meat (flank steak). Great parking for motorcycles.

07/06/2026: A family meal where everyone found something they liked on the menu. The meat (ribeye and prime rib) was of very high quality, cooked with care and expertise. The pizzas had a thin crust and were perfectly topped (not too much, not too little). The chicken and hamburgers were also very popular. We will definitely return, especially since the staff is very welcoming and pleasant, and the service was impeccable. It was a wonderful evening on the spacious, beautifully lit terrace.

24/10/2026: A very bad experience, lacking respect and professionalism. Today, I went to La Halle Flandre to return an online order. Due to a computer problem at the store, my order wasn't showing up and a refund was impossible. Customer service asked the saleswoman, Imen, to process the return over the phone, item by item, but she seemed reluctant, claiming there were too many items to handle. After more than an hour on the phone, she told me to go home and come back with my entire order. I followed her instructions and carried my 21 heavy and bulky items on the metro, making an extra trip, even though the problem was absolutely not my fault. I wasted precious time, especially since I had to pick up my children from school. She even asked me to unpack my bags myself to help her, claiming that the return was too complicated. I find this unacceptable: I came to return an item and get my refund, not to have to do part of the staff's work to compensate for their lack of willingness to handle the situation. The worst part is that when I returned, the sales assistant was unhappy to see me and humiliated me in front of her colleagues and the other customers, repeatedly saying that I had no patience because I had come back immediately. When I reminded her that it was she who had asked me to come back immediately, she denied having given that instruction! The most shocking thing is this contradiction: she asks me to come back with all my items and then criticizes me in front of everyone for coming back! I felt deeply humiliated and uncomfortable. All the other customers were giving me strange looks after her remarks. This humiliation has deeply affected me emotionally. It's the first time in my life I've felt so bad in a store. After the effort I put into following her instructions, being publicly denigrated and unjustly accused is unacceptable. Instead of seeking a solution and handling my request professionally, this saleswoman gave me the impression that she wanted to avoid taking responsibility for my return and then portray me as a difficult customer to her colleagues. Upon my arrival, she also asked me, "Do you speak French?" In this context, this remark made me uncomfortable and led me to question whether I was being treated discriminatorily. This remark, combined with the subsequent public humiliation, made me feel treated differently and disrespected. I find this behavior concerning and I hope that management will seriously examine the circumstances of this exchange, particularly the possibility of discriminatory treatment. I understand that a technical problem can occur and that an important return takes time. However, this does not justify the disrespect shown to a customer, the public ridicule of a customer, or the denial of instructions given to a customer who made every effort to resolve a problem for which she was not responsible. I am not one to leave negative reviews, but this experience compels me to speak out. Given this experience and the behavior of this saleswoman, Imen, her remarks to me, and the way she presented the situation to her colleagues, portraying me as a disrespectful customer, I am considering filing a police report to officially document the facts and Imen's behavior. Being a customer does not mean having to accept being humiliated, denigrated, and unjustly accused when simply trying to assert one's rights. I ask La Halle to take this complaint into account, to review its return procedures, and to remind its staff of the importance of respectful and professional customer service.

23/10/2026: I've rarely experienced such poor service in a shop that claims to be welcoming. It's incomprehensible. Expect to be spoken to in a haughty, even overly familiar, manner. It's a shame, because satisfying a customer is so simple, but apparently that message hasn't gotten through.

Special mention goes to the service; the team is always smiling, welcoming, and very professional. Orders are prepared quickly, and the service is impeccable. It's a real pleasure to come back every time. I wholeheartedly recommend Pizza Papa to all pizza lovers!
