An absolutely disastrous experience. I arrived completely relaxed with a friend, and we left with our evening ruined because of the owner's attitude.
From the moment we arrived, he started nagging us in a particularly unpleasant way about the price difference between takeout and eating in. The discussion quickly escalated into verbal aggression, even though we were perfectly calm and in no way looking for a fight.
Then, without even being clear in his explanation, he asked us to leave because he was closing in about twenty minutes. A completely contemptuous and utterly unprofessional way of doing things.
The problem isn't simply a disagreement over a price: it's primarily the owner's behavior, his aggression, his contempt, and his total lack of business sense. You don't treat customers like that.
Also worth noting: it seems the change of ownership isn't factored into the average of previous Google reviews. So, be wary of relying on the displayed rating, which doesn't necessarily reflect the experience with the new owner.
Personally, I'll never set foot in that place again. This man clearly deserves zero stars.
24/09/2026: The pizza sizes have shrunk by half since my last visit! It's too expensive for a "small" pizza that's listed as medium. The large one is €15. The same price as in a restaurant, then.

It's a shame to have to negotiate with a negotiator who most likely has no one to assist her, as it's difficult for her to assist herself.
She does an appraisal over the phone without ever having seen the property.
She involves her partner, who has absolutely nothing to do with the matter!
Run away from these strange people!

Under no circumstances should you sign ANY contracts with them. They offer no customer service whatsoever, neither to tenants nor landlords, and are extremely unpleasant to boot…

15/12/2024: Huge disappointment!
Friday, December 13th (evening): From the moment we arrived, it was clear that a table for two without a reservation wasn't very profitable for the restaurant. Shortly after we were seated, a waiter came to take our order without even offering an aperitif. Our dishes arrived cold, and we had to wait several minutes for our glass of wine (a rather illogical approach). We then asked for our dishes to be reheated. They came back barely warmer... moreover, the ravioli were dried out from being microwaved, and the sauce was practically nonexistent. When it came time to order dessert, the waiter offered me a chocolate financier or a chocolate fondant in the "café douceur" (sweet coffee). Ultimately, a completely different dessert arrived and was immediately sent back to the kitchen to be changed (at my request).
€65 for two people for a poor-quality meal, extremely amateurish and rushed service, the bill was exorbitant (much more than the cost of the food!). We'll be hesitant to return!
12/12/2024: Having been to this Del Arte location several times, unlike others, the service is appalling and unpleasant. We even get the impression that the quality of the products isn't the same. Avoid it.

03/11/2024: As regular customers of your establishment, we were particularly disappointed with our last visit. Usually satisfied, this time several aspects of our experience fell short of our expectations.
First, we noticed that the meat served was frozen, the fries were excessively greasy, and the dishes arrived cold. Additionally, it took us over 25 minutes to wait before the table was cleared, although other customers who arrived after us were served more quickly.
Given these inconveniences, we decided to leave without my son even being able to finish his meal, because his ice cream was never served. This visit, which should have been a pleasant moment, was marked by a series of regrettable inconveniences.
I wanted to share this experience with you, hoping that you can make improvements so that your customers can regain the level of service.
