29/07/2024: As always, the perfect summer lunch. Quick, friendly service and by far the best beignets (local version of rosti) in the mountains. The owner/chef, Jean-Roger has his own secret recipe and they're to die for - light, crisp and melt in your mouth. Generous servings and beautifully presented. I've been coming here for five years and have never had a bad meal. The menu changes in the ski season and I'm already looking forward to coming back in December for my anchovy pizza.

15/06/2024: I regularly order from this restaurant. The food is generally quite good but even when I expressly ask not to have any sauce (I don't like their sauce, a priori the Algerian sauce, but it's a purely personal taste) on the fries or potatoes, every time I have it. And last time, the pompom, not only did I have sauce but spicy one! However, I can't stand spicy foods and I'm very careful about what I choose. Each time I have to sacrifice a loved one to eat the fries or potatoes that have touched the sauce. Please keep your sauces for those who enjoy them, not only will they be happy but it will avoid the risk of spoiling. I hope you are paying more attention to any reported allergies.
