22/02/2026: A real find in Saint-Laurent-de-la-Salanque. We based our decision on Google reviews, and frankly, they're well-deserved. A minimalist yet perfectly balanced menu. Fresh, seasonal, and local produce. The presentation of the dishes is beautiful and refined. An impeccably kind waitress and a minimalist, uncluttered decor that perfectly suits the setting. In conclusion, a restaurant like no other, and one we will return to with undisguised pleasure.

22/02/2026: If you're looking for a great place for a delicious meal, then you've come to the right place! A true pleasure from start to finish! Delicious dishes from appetizer to dessert (for those with a sweet tooth 😉), made with incredibly fresh ingredients and presented impeccably.

16/02/2026: It was so wonderful to find such a gem in Perpignon, completely by chance. We were passing through this city and had the opportunity to dine at this wonderful restaurant twice. On Friday, we stopped by the restaurant to make a reservation for two (before lunch). And they found us a table, even though everything was booked. Thank you so much!!!! It was a true journey into the world of culinary art. By February 14th, every table was taken. But on Monday, we found this wonderful place again. Wonderful!!! Delicious!!!! Thank you so much to the chef and the cooks. And a special thank you to the girls. You create a wonderful atmosphere in the dining room. We will definitely be back!!! It's impossible to describe the taste of the dishes. You have to come and taste them!!!! Bravo!!!!

23/02/2026: Discovered one evening during our holiday in Collioure. We were rather disappointed, especially since it had been recommended to us… The portions are small and the prices are high. The croquettes are frozen, the knives are terrible (unlike their price), and the ham is tasteless… We were advised to order 3-4 tapas per person, which comes to over €40 per person for snacks—very average. The tapas didn't arrive at the same time, so we all ate at different times since we weren't ordering the same things… The atmosphere wasn't bad, with Spanish music playing in the background. But the waitress kept saying "Grazie" instead of "Thank you." Someone should tell her that "gracias" is Spanish and "grazie" is Italian!

26/02/2026: Absolutley delight to be able to spend lunch here. A small boutique restaurant tucked away in the village of Argeles sur mer. The service very impeccable, attentive not over bearing. The review of plat du jour welcomed..paired with the most delicious Chardonnay..voted number 1 in the world and this did not disappoint. I went with poisson du jour et pommes de terre..was heaven. Flavour busting and presentation a la carte standard. We were lucky to get a table during the week. Maybe because it is winter. Highly recommend booking.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and responsive, and the prices were very reasonable. The place is fantastic!
