21/09/2025: A wonderful discovery at Le Barcarès. The venue is very pleasant, with a dining room and veranda. The prices are very affordable, with an all-inclusive menu, from aperitifs to coffee. The cuisine is carefully prepared and beautifully presented, with top-quality ingredients and generous portions. In short, everything was perfect. A special mention goes to the young student waitress we spoke to: she was efficient, professional, charming, and very friendly. This also contributed to the success of the meal.

04/07/2025: A pleasant terrace with local produce, but ultimately, tapas-style, overpriced. 22 euros for a miniature bao. The service was slow despite being there for four tables. And the waiter wasn't very friendly. It's a shame, because the setting, away from the crowds, is pleasant.

As a restaurant worker and a nurse, I don't understand the point of serving me meat that was medium-rare, or even very well-done, when I asked for it rare, and then being told "impossible" because it was served very blue. Colorblindness or bad faith? A complete mystery!

However, as for the food, only the children's menu was a hit at our table. We didn't like the taste of the dishes. Of course, this is a matter of personal taste and is just our opinion.

25/03/2026: Disappointed... The sushi (California salmon and cheese) was too big; I had to cut it in half to be able to eat it. And the coral salmon and cheese maki (more expensive than the others) had such thin salmon that you could see the rice through it, so there was no flavor. I ate more rice than anything else. Frankly, it was expensive for what it was. The gentleman at the counter was nice, but overall, I won't be going back.
