30/05/2026: Incredible adventure. I had booked with a Wonderbox gift voucher. I called and got a very unpleasant man who told me to be quiet and listen to what he was saying without interrupting. I should have just said goodbye and thank you and hung up. He explained that I had to send an email with a copy of the gift voucher. I did, and booked a table at the restaurant for both nights. I requested confirmation of my reservation by email. Having received nothing after three days, I contacted them again, and they told me: "I told you yes on the phone, that's enough," and hung up. It's worth noting that they immediately cashed my gift voucher, which appears as used in my Wonderbox account. No reservation for their establishment appears, three months before my stay... Several days before our arrival, I called the hotel and got a woman on the phone. I asked her about the cancellation policy. She really treated me like an idiot, telling me I must have received the confirmation email and terms and conditions in my spam folder, that if I canceled my gift certificate was lost, and then she just hung up on me. We decided not to go, to lose our certificate, and to tell myself they lost even more money since we would have spent it at the restaurant. The worst part is that at 7:30 pm, a woman called to complain about our absence without having notified them. I told her I hadn't dared call because of their rude phone reception and the way they hang up on customers. Absolutely avoid this place.

09/06/2026: We hesitated to book because of the mixed reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean, the welcome was warm, and the unique decor was charming, perfectly in keeping with the artistic atmosphere of Collioure's narrow streets. We stayed in the main hotel, on the top floor, with a view over the rooftops and the hills of Collioure. Ideally located. No private parking. The restaurant is separate from the hotel and is also very good.

10/08/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! My worst restaurant experience ever. We were accepted by the owner but seated at a table for two when there were three of us... okay. It took 20 minutes for the previous customers to clear our table. My husband had to go get a chair himself after standing for 10 minutes. Our glasses and cutlery were placed on an uncleaned table. It took an hour and 15 minutes to get a plate of razor clams in parsley sauce. They arrived with a horrible smell. We sent the dish back, the waitress agreeing there was a problem. We asked for our main course directly. Another 25-minute wait. Our fideuà arrived with the same smell as the razor clams. We called the waiter over, who told us he didn't know anything about it but that it certainly didn't smell good. He came back with the same dish, but the razor clams and mussels were gone, and told us that the kitchen had said there was no problem. Strangely enough, they had at least removed anything that smelled bad! So we left. At 10:45 PM, there was nothing left to eat anywhere else. Thanks for ruining our evening! Luckily, we trusted our sense of smell because I think we would have been very sick eating at that restaurant. I'm giving it one star because I can't give zero. We'll say it's because the waiter was kind and, given the situation, offered us the mojito and bottle of water we had already consumed.

10/08/2026: I justify my rating by the very small portion sizes for the price, but we were in the village center during peak season.

13/07/2026: Very well located in the heart of Font Romeu, very clean and well-stocked. Friendly cashiers.

12/07/2026: The store was quite expensive, poorly laid out, and the staff weren't always friendly... 10 years later: much better! The store seems better organized, you can find a bit of everything, and the cashiers were pleasant. By the way, the small parking lot to the left of the store is very useful!

03/10/2025: TOURIST TRAP - EVERYTHING FROZEN Nothing was wrong except the service (simple and efficient, quickly refilling). A table of four, all disappointed with the dishes, from starter to dessert. We should have guessed it from the menu (pizza, seafood, meat, fish, pasta... soon to be wok-fried?) Affordable price but very expensive for frozen food.

30/07/2026: The best pizza in the area, no exaggeration! The pizzas are generously topped with quality ingredients. The wood-fired pizza has a wonderful smoky flavor – a real treat! The staff is attentive and very friendly, I must say. This isn't a tourist trap; it's a pizzeria that makes quality pizzas and genuinely cares about its customers, and it shows in the end... You can go there without hesitation; you'll never be disappointed...🥰
