07/04/2026: We tried to make a reservation, and on the phone the gentleman, very pleasant and humorous of course, coldly replied that the restaurant was full. We were in the parking lot, guess what 🤣 there were only 3 cars in the parking lot lol, so full 🤣

22/03/2026: The starter had too much salad on the plate. The dessert, crème catalane, was awful. It was just milk, and the blowtorch must have been broken. The waitress was pleasant. I wouldn't recommend it.

25/04/2026: We're a group of friends who get together every week, often for three-day weekends, and we've ALL fallen in love with the DELICIOUS PUDDING from this place!!!! It's wonderful! Made with real pastries, perfectly soaked, chocolate or raisin, sold by the slice (VERY GENEROUS!!!) or you can order the whole thing, A PURE DELIGHT!!! We've been ordering it every week for over a month now and we definitely plan to continue! The staff are charming and very accommodating, there's a huge selection of delicious sweet and savory treats to suit all tastes, and the price is very reasonable. 09/05/2026: Some very good pizzas, but others were more unusual (and not advertised) with cooked arugula. This is quite unusual and not to everyone's taste. The waitress told us we should have asked... the service was sorely lacking in friendliness or even a simple smile. It's a shame.

Her clear explanations, delivered with a charming southern accent, are also delightful. The quality of the food is excellent; I was enchanted by a duo of fish accompanied by southern vegetables. The dessert, with two scoops of ice cream, was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the rum raisin and praline—they're divine. Thank you for this wonderful moment overlooking the sea. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

02/05/2026: I went to this restaurant recently. The food was good, no complaints there. However, the experience was severely spoiled by the owner's attitude, who was particularly unpleasant. We waited over 30 minutes just for an aperitif, even though there were only about ten customers in the restaurant. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, the owner told us to leave if we weren't happy. It's a real shame, because the potential is there in the kitchen, but the service and welcome clearly leave much to be desired.

The man couldn't see the car because of the bush, and the car couldn't see the pedestrian because of the same bush! 20/12/2025: While looking for a local spot away from the tourist traps, I found La Suite, and what a delightful surprise. The colorful, inviting interior felt like stepping into someone’s warm, welcoming home. The lunch menu was fantastic. I had the split pea soup, which was rich and comforting, followed by beautifully seasoned eggplant caviar paired with a great glass of wine recommended by the staff. French, English and a little Spanish is spoken. For dessert, the chocolate coulant cake was absolutely heavenly, warm, decadent, and perfectly gooey in the center. La Suite is exactly the kind of authentic, heartfelt restaurant you hope to find when traveling. I left feeling genuinely nourished and can’t wait to come back someday. If you’re in Perpignan and want a meal that feels like home, this little gem is a must visit.
