21/02/2026: A pleasant bistro located right in the city center near the Castillet. You can have a coffee on a small terrace. Friendly service, reasonable prices for the area. However, when the avenue is congested, you're inhaling a lot of exhaust fumes. So it's best to go in the morning; it allows for a pleasant break before starting your day.

30/01/2026: The location and the welcome were excellent! The quality of the food, however, was disappointing! I advise the chef to change their oil; the fries tasted awful, and the crispy chicken, swimming in that oil, ruined the entire dish!

07/02/2026: This pizzeria is best avoided, if you can even call it that. The owner is unpleasant; he barely even says hello. There's a real pizzeria in the village center, La Picollina, with very friendly staff! And authentic pizzas, made with fresh ingredients, wood-fired, a real treat! Nothing like the budget-priced stuff at La Sicilienne. Oh, and a dog and cat roaming around the kitchen. Enjoy your meal!

25/02/2026: I grabbed some take away food here after a long and tiring day of travel. They were about to close so I chose quickly. The food was a lovely surprise, tasty and filling, I will definitely go back if I'm in the area.

21/01/2026: A loyal customer of this establishment since its beginnings, and even before when it had a kiosk at the train station, I just learned of the change of ownership. While the products look the same, some have declined in quality or disappeared altogether (Florentines, coconut macaroons). I bought a ham and butter sandwich twice; the bread was hard and hadn't risen, and the ham was microscopic (before, the bread was divine and crispy). The cake looks the same, but where have the candied fruits gone? I only saw three small cubes (it used to be one of my favorites). The croissants are no longer made with butter, and the same goes for the pain au chocolat, which have declined in quality. Meanwhile, the prices have gone up, and the slice of galette des rois at €3.40 was microscopic and very poorly cut. In short, I'm disappointed, especially since the service isn't great, and when it's busy, it's chaotic. I miss the previous owners who put their heart and soul into this business, which was bordering on thriving. Excellence... A disappointed former customer

13/03/2026: Excellent bar! The head waitress is very kind and professional; she manages her servers perfectly. The atmosphere is young and friendly. They even helped me charge my phone in their bar while I ate my meal.

13/12/2024: Cockroach walking around on a pizza, the employee didn't seem surprised to see one, threw the pizza away only because I pointed it out to him. No tuna mayo sandwich, replaced by a chicken one with a light dash of mayonnaise and a small slice of chicken. Lamentable for a Married Blachere, I hope that hygiene comes to check this questionable bakery.

01/12/2024: Bakery that I really like, wide variety of breads, pastries. Very good value for money. Fast service

06/03/2026: We had an aperitif, five rib-eye steaks that were more than just local (sublime), meaning the meat was raised 5 km from the restaurant, and a little red wine. Magnificent.

25/02/2026: I'm giving it one star because, unfortunately, it's impossible to give zero, or even a negative score (which would have been more accurate). 👍Special mention to the waitress, whose friendliness rivals that of a prison gate on a Monday morning. Honestly, if a career change is necessary, I suggest prison guard: natural authority, nonexistent smile, immersion already a success. The crepes? Ah, the crepes… A daring concept. They're somewhere between an experimental sweet tuile and an XXL potato chip in the throes of an existential crisis. Softness optional, flavor on vacation. As for the establishment and the restrooms, the "chic junkyard" vibe is intentional. You can feel a strong artistic intent: raw, authentic, very… organic. What a shame, because the location is truly ideal. It just goes to show that even with a perfect view, you can still miss the mark.

03/10/2025: The person working there was pleasant, which is appreciated. However the place is very shabby, with broken benches, uncomfortable chairs. The pizza was very mediocre.
