17/09/2026: Excellent experience! Fast service and friendly staff, two options: snack area or restaurant. Having tried both, the food was good quality! I highly recommend the lemon verrine (for dessert).

02/10/2026: We stopped for lunch at the port of St. Cyprien and what a wonderful surprise this little traditional restaurant was! We ordered a zarzuela and a garlic cremat. It wasn't just good, it was delicious, and I don't remember eating so well in three years. Impeccable service and a local wine to accompany our meal.

23/09/2026: Horrible in every way. The food was really disgusting (even the ice cream!), the staff was rude, the service was slow and the price was very expensive. We ordered seafood and it was boiled and on the plate, it didn't taste like anything. The fish stew had a watery and white sauce with a very strange intense taste (I'm Catalan so I know what a fish stew is like and this didn't even resemble it). The ice cream as I said was disgusting, tasted like cheap ingredients and the strawberry on top was half rotten. More than €100 for 3 horrible dishes and frozen bread, 100% tourist trap.

12/09/2026: Very nice place. The waiter was lovely, but there was a long wait due to staff shortages (end of season). The price was reasonable. The tapas were average, a bit greasy. In conclusion: you can go for the location and atmosphere, but not for the tapas in my opinion. Perhaps we just had bad luck.

14/09/2026: The fish fritter was terrible because it contained no cod, only a sticky batter. They refused to admit their mistake. I just saw your reply, so it must have been a dog or a stray cat that ate the contents of the plate.

23/04/2026: Overall impression: good location. But: You come here (among other things) to sleep. So what do you need? Bedding! It’s not fair that you have to pay extra for it (that information is buried deep in the Booking.com listing). It’s nice to arrive tired and be able to crawl straight into bed, instead of having to make up four beds. Moreover, the sheets are too narrow, so you still wake up next to your sheets on the mattress itself the next morning. Furthermore, the rooms need some maintenance: the shutters don’t close properly, there are no towel hooks in the bathroom, and the outlets are hard to reach and few in number. So, here are some tips to make your stay even more enjoyable. A big plus: the breakfast was delicious and very complete, served by a team of lovely family members!

Everything was absolutely perfect: a warm welcome, impeccable service with an incredibly kind and genuinely caring waiter. The homemade cocktails are delicious, and the tapas... a real treat! 13/09/2026: The little dunes are delicious. You can eat them even when you're not hungry. Be aware that it's best to go and get them fairly early in the day because sometimes they're all sold out by the afternoon. And if you want pistachio dunes, then you have to go in the morning because only one batch is made for the day.

13/09/2026: The pastries here were wonderful—they were perfectly balanced and not overly sweet. We tried the original and chocolate and would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Bordeaux.
