15/05/2026: During our vacation, we stopped for a meal at this restaurant where the meal was excellent from start to finish, everything was perfect. The cooking was just right, and the seasoning was neither too little nor too much. We had a very pleasant time, both in terms of the food and the atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

France is a great country for gastronomy, so we must support these excellent restaurants.

Beautiful, calm, and thoughtfully designed, creating an atmosphere that immediately slows the pace of the evening. You settle in and instantly feel somewhere special. The menu feels almost like a symphony: every dish arriving at the right moment, perfectly paced, balanced in proportion, and full of flavor without ever becoming too much. Everything feels intentional. The cocktails are excellent, refined without trying too hard, and the service strikes that rare balance between warm, attentive, and effortless. A memorable experience from start to finish.

15/06/2026: Hello to all who are reading this, Le Jardin des Simples, which I would describe more as a "Garden of the Love of Good Things," is an extraordinary place run by an incredibly kind couple. It's a very intimate place; you get this strange feeling of being at home! The owner, Christophe, is truly a wonderful person, very attentive, always offering good advice, generous, funny, thoughtful, and yes, it's a pleasure... Carole, the chef, who works alone in the kitchen, it must be said, deserves all the Michelin stars in the world. Her cuisine is passionate, indulgent, rich, beautiful, and each of her dishes is unique! It's a must-visit if you like to treat yourself... My favorite restaurant, in an idyllic setting. A food lover's paradise. Thank you both! 😘😘

14/03/2026: A restaurant I highly recommend. Very friendly atmosphere and welcome, extensive menu. The pizzas 🍕 are excellent, especially the crust. The children's menu is fantastic, with lovely touches for dessert. Thank you to the waiter for his friendliness. We'll be back. The Gavroy Family.
