21/08/2026: We stumbled upon a concert at this restaurant and what a wonderful surprise! 🎶 The musicians were fantastic, the atmosphere was amazing, and it felt like we were at a real private concert. We had an exceptional time! The meal was delicious, the welcome warm, and the service impeccable. Special mention to the head waiter, Cyprien, who was very professional, attentive, and friendly. Thank you to him for his kindness and excellent service. A truly wonderful discovery; we will definitely be back! And often!

07/09/2026: An excellent restaurant in La Clayette! We received a very warm welcome on a Sunday, even though the restaurant was full and we hadn't made a reservation. The meat was excellent and the portions very generous. Despite the crowds, the service was quick, efficient, and very professional, with no waiting. Well done to the whole team!

13/09/2026: A recently renovated cathedral, a must-see if you're visiting Chalon-sur-Saône. The interior is magnificent, and there's a cloister right next door.

As for Franck's cuisine, it takes you on a journey from the amuse-bouches to the dessert. It's subtle, creative, and generous all at once. You leave with a full stomach, your taste buds in ecstasy, and a smile on your face.

12/09/2026: A restaurant worth trying! I went today and it was wonderful! The owners are very friendly. I enjoyed a 500g veal chop with salad and homemade fries, accompanied by a delicious dessert and coffee, for €33. It's truly fantastic!

03/09/2026: This small restaurant, which has all the hallmarks of a great one, offers a truly exceptional culinary experience. First of all, the food is delicious and complemented by excellent recommendations for local wines. But what I appreciated most was the owners, who put their passion into preparing the dishes and ensure that guests have the best possible experience. It was one of the two best meals I had in all of Burgundy.
