26/04/2025: Great Restaurant, we eat very well there. The products are homemade, several menu choices also daily specials which can be accompanied with the two menu options, the staff is pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant, you can go there with your eyes closed. However, remember to book in advance to have a table available for lunch.

20/11/2024: Nous renouvelons nos remerciements à notre hôte qui nous a gentiment ouvert la porte de son restaurant, ce 20 novembre. A la suite de la visite très intéressante du marché au cadran de Saint Christophe en brionnais, nous avons apprécié la découverte de cette table et la recommandons vivement. Nous nous sommes régalés tous les trois avec le menu, de l'entrée au dessert. Il y avait bien longtemps que nous n'avions pas mangé une aussi savoureuse entrecôte, un vrai délice, parfaitement cuite. 26/06/2025: Very friendly and pleasant, I came for a drink and they offered me some little cakes to go with it. They were super good and homemade. I would go back when I am in the area.

30/11/2024: Seen from the outside, this restaurant doesn't look like much. No grandiose settings, no frills. But push the door and let yourself be carried away. First with the welcome, then the service, perfect. Then by the map, promising. Then, by the dishes, careful, copious, delicious! A beautiful wine list, and what can we say about the gourmet coffee that keeps us coming back. Soon, very soon, I hope!

25/10/2024: Lunch this afternoon, October 25, everything was perfect. Welcome, service, quality of dishes, wine, dessert... "the price is forgotten, the quality remains..." We will definitely come back!

29/11/2024: L’embellie, un restaurant qui se démarque des autres par, un accueil chaleureux, un service avenant, un chef qui met dans l’assiette son savoir-faire et sa passion, tout cela dans un cadre agréable et subtilement bien décoré. L’attribution d’un Bib gourmand par le guide Michelin est indéniablement méritée. A titre personnel, j’ajouterai, , pour le meilleur rapport qualité prix. Depuis deux ans que nous le fréquentons, la régularité est constante. Le paradis pour les vrais gastronomes.

18/11/2024: Tout est parfait, accueil, repas, professionnalisme de tous, gentillesse et très beau cadre. Revenons pour un repas d'anniversaire de 19 personnes en décembre et je suis certaine que c e sera également PARFAIT.

03/09/2024: I went to this restaurant last weekend during the barred evening. I was very disappointed. I asked for a carafe of water and some bread when we were starting the starter, I had to remind the waiter because at the meal we still didn't have the carafe and the bread. The waiter apologized but I had to wait a good 10 minutes before getting bread and water. Once the carafe was empty I asked for another carafe from the same waiter, it never arrived I had to ask another waitress who brought it to me straight away. The steak was not at all good quality (steak from Leclerc?) which is a shame in the Charolais country.. when I saw the homemade brownie on the menu I thought it was too good.. but from the first bite I I quickly became disillusioned as the brownie was hard, compact... in short, really not great. One thing is certain we will not come back. Too bad because the setting is really nice.

03/09/2024: Very satisfied with this restaurant. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The setting is original and super nice. The service at the top. The dishes are delicious and homemade. Great value for money. Nearby parking.

10/06/2025: Fabulous! I ate the best steak I’ve ever had … soft, tasty and tender. It was locally sourced and beautiful prepared.

27/11/2024: There are not enough stars to rate this restaurant. Everything, simply delicious! Dish of the day today: roast pork, the best of my life. Bravo to the cook, the welcome, the atmosphere. Not to be missed if you are in Monceau-les-Mines. (Sorry, I didn't think to take photos of the dishes... well, I couldn't think of anything else when they arrived ;)
