15/03/2026: The place is very pleasant, with lovely tables and a chic yet unpretentious atmosphere. The owner is businesslike and approachable. The waiter was original and kind. The food was flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this bistro-style restaurant!

22/11/2025: Friday evenings feature prawns and frog legs served with a seasonal salad and rice cooked in vegetable broth. Served in a beautiful cast-iron casserole dish, it stays piping hot until it's empty 😉. The parsley-based seasoning is excellent. I give a lot of credit to the restaurant for its upkeep and the excellent service provided by just two people. Well done!

17/03/2026: Hotel is tired, feels old and is way overpriced. Is too hot at night and pillows are horrible. Service and location are good.

15/03/2026: An excellent stay... once again at this beautiful hotel. The welcome was impeccable, literally at the foot of the slopes, and very warm. The hammam and sauna are musts for après-ski.

The staff are very pretentious, narcissistic, unfriendly, unsmiling, and not very customer-oriented. There's hardly any atmosphere when your name is "L'Ambiance" (The Atmosphere). Very disappointed!

14/02/2026: My partner ordered the tartiflette, and it was one of the best she's ever had. I had the diots with polenta. It was, quite literally, the best I've ever eaten. The diots meat was of a quality I've never seen before, the sauce with the spring onions was exquisite, and the polenta melted in my mouth. I highly recommend it. The waiter recommended an excellent wine, which was very good value. We will definitely be back.

22/02/2026: Located in the streets of Aix-en-Provence, this restaurant offers a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The waitresses greet you with a pleasant smile that immediately draws you into the dining experience. The service is attentive and friendly. The fondue is excellent, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The only slight drawback is that the restaurant is quite small, and the tables are unfortunately very close together, which can sometimes compromise comfort. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars, but overall, the experience remains very positive.

29/10/2025: A truly wonderful discovery! The atmosphere and service are absolutely top-notch. The team, like the owner, is cheerful, attentive, and always goes the extra mile. The menu offers simple yet satisfying dishes at excellent value. Special mention goes to the lovely selection of teas and coffees, which adds a touch of refinement to the meal. A place to recommend without hesitation!

28/02/2026: A very pleasant restaurant with a good Italian menu. The various tartares are very flavorful and the service is professional. I recommend it.

13/02/2026: Where to begin... A thoroughly disappointing experience from start to finish. The cocktails (clearly not homemade) were frankly disappointing: one might even wonder if there was any alcohol in them at all, they were so bland and tasteless. Then came the food... A calzone served with barely cooked, practically empty pasta, filled almost entirely with ham. The portion was so small it looked like a children's meal. As for the pasta carbonara, it was simply sickening: an excessive amount of cream that completely drowned the pasta. A heavy dish, unbalanced and lacking any real flavor. To top it all off, we were seated right next to the entrance. Every time it opened, we were subjected to a particularly unpleasant draft of cold air. We asked to change tables, especially since there were still seats available in the restaurant, but our request was refused without any real explanation. In short: mediocre quality, disappointing portions, and unhelpful service. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.
