24/02/2026: Passable, tiny portion of tartiflette, friendly staff, ridiculously small chicken burger equivalent to two McDonald's nuggets... a shame

21/02/2026: The staff was completely overwhelmed – the service was haphazard: a 15-minute wait in the entrance – we were told to go upstairs – but no one took care of us or gave us any information about available tables. We left after 30 minutes of this farce.

26/02/2026: Incredible singers and very friendly waiters. It's a shame the same can't be said for the supposed owner (who didn't introduce herself) who asked us to leave before we'd even finished our drinks because, and I quote, "we pay the musicians, you have to order." I should mention that there were five of us and we all ordered drinks. Really unpleasant, it ruined our experience.

26/02/2026: Tonight, at the live music with a fabulous singing duo, we had a fantastic dance atmosphere! It's a shame that a woman who didn't introduce herself (I assume the manager) came and asked us to leave if we didn't "buy a drink," claiming she was "paying the musicians," even though we had all ordered drinks and two of us hadn't even finished them...

04/12/2024: Coming off the train, on a cold start to the day, it was a pleasure to find a warm welcome and to be able to enjoy a very delicious and comforting autumn latte. THANKS

28/02/2026: We were passing through Porte-de-Savoie and ate at Le Gabelous. What a pleasant surprise! We ordered pizzas and thoroughly enjoyed them; they were absolutely delicious. The ingredients are high quality and the flavors are spot on. A big thank you to our very pleasant and smiling waitress, as well as to the equally welcoming manager. We highly recommend it and will gladly return! 🍕😊

18/01/2026: We were once again very pleased with our lunch in this lovely place. The food is very good, and the welcome is friendly. A special mention for the blueberry faisselle (the owner will understand).

17/01/2026: Nice place. Very welcoming. Regional specialties. The atmosphere in the dining room is pleasant. It wasn't very warm at our table when we were there. Luckily, there were blankets available. Good value for money.

19/02/2026: We spent a few days at this hotel as a couple, and we really enjoyed it! We had the opportunity to spend some quality time at the spa, which we recommend booking in advance as it's very popular! We highly recommend the restaurant!! We thoroughly enjoyed it; good quality ingredients, generous portions, and excellent staff! Breakfast offered a good selection! The only downside to our stay was the lack of information about its location; the highway is quite close, so the noise can be bothersome, so we suggest choosing a room facing the interior of the building.

10/02/2026: The rooms are okay, but the service is terrible. Aside from the friendliness and welcome, the reception didn't deliver; the rooms are in another building, not easily visible and poorly signposted by the receptionist, with common areas more like a dormitory/hostel. The restaurant no longer serves food at 9 pm, apart from a few very questionable packaged dishes.

19/02/2026: Terrible experience at this restaurant, we came in a group of five for dinner and somehow all of us left disappointed we all ordered entrecôte thinking it was a safe bet, cutting into it was a workout. Chewy doesn’t even begin to describe it. When we complained to the waiter, he said it was butcher’s fault. I genuinely think one star is generous.
