06/08/2026: We had dinner at Schuss and it was a pleasant surprise in Les Verneys. Despite its proximity to the road, the terrace is quiet. The pizzas are very good and many dishes are homemade. We appreciated the waiter's honesty when things weren't perfect. I recommend it.

15/04/2026: A very good fast-food restaurant that I highly recommend. The service is particularly quick, ideal for an efficient break without compromising on quality. The portions are generous at very affordable prices. Special mention goes to the crepes, which are delicious, hearty, and remarkably well-filled for only €4, which is very rare in Val d'Isère where prices are generally around €6 minimum. Excellent value for money.

25/07/2026: My opinion will differ from the previous ones. Two problems: the wait between courses was far too long, and even though the food was generally good, the dishes were inconsistent. This was our second visit. The first time, we waited 40 minutes between the appetizer and the main course. The appetizer, and especially the dessert, were very good; the main course was good but unremarkable. We decided to try again. Today, we spent more time waiting than enjoying our meals. 45 minutes between each course. Seriously? A very good appetizer, a good main course, and a mediocre dessert. When we mentioned the wait between the appetizer and the main course, the waitress told us that the chef was working alone and that plates were cleared only when he decided to bring the next course. So, apparently, the customer is subject to the restaurant's organization, and that's considered normal. Well... Yet, after waiting 20 minutes between the main course and dessert, when our plates were finally taken away, and after a glimmer of hope that our dishes would arrive, we waited another 25 minutes... for a dessert where the panna cotta seemed nonexistent and another where the peach and goat cheese combination was missing... 45 minutes for that... in fact, the other dishes were prioritized... at the expense of ours, for a very mediocre result. What a disappointment! And all this, despite apologies and an acknowledgment of the slightly long wait, only to be told that this never happens (well, it did happen to us the first time too), that it's also part of the restaurant experience for them... well, the customer isn't there to have this kind of experience where the chef plays his part without considering the clientele, which is approved by the dining room, and all this for nearly 200 euros without even a gesture of goodwill, a complimentary coffee or tea, or a drink. It's very poor. And all this in a noisy room. But since the restaurant is packed, three dissatisfied customers who might not return are apparently not a problem. Our second visit will therefore be our last. We'd much rather try La Grande Ourse.

02/08/2026: Top most Paneer and Naan I have had and I am Indian. Literally melts in your mouth. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for yummy Indian food! Nasir was superb in guiding me through the menu and was super prompt with the service with a wide smile on his face. Can’t recommend this place enough!

20/07/2026: An authentic mountain refuge in a magnificent setting, in the heart of the Champagny-en-Vanoise valley, just steps from a stunning waterfall. 🍽️ The food is excellent, with delicious slow-cooked or barbecued meats, flavorful Savoyard specialties, and high-quality local products. The portions are generous, and everything is prepared with care. 🏡 The welcome is particularly warm, and the service is responsive. It's also possible to eat at any time, which is very welcome after a hike. A must-visit for all lovers of the mountains, good food, and authentic places. We will definitely be back!

11/07/2026: Excellent restaurant on the road near Albertville. Set menus (starter, main course, and dessert €21.00) or a choice of your choice. Adequate portions. Quick and efficient service. I recommend it.

27/07/2026: A wonderful dining experience with music overlooking the lake. A warm welcome, efficient service, and excellent value for money, even with the generous set menu. The ingredients were of very high quality, resulting in excellent dishes. My prize for this evening went to dessert: the apricot pavlova. A smooth and flavorful delight. If you don't want the full restaurant, relax at the bar, which also serves lovely side dishes to share.

06/05/2026: came to this place with my friend on a weekday, and we had such an amazing time. Everything was at the highest level, especially the service. There was a very sweet woman with curly hair serving us — unfortunately, I don’t know her name. She treated us with so much care and warmth. She was incredibly polite, and I felt so comfortable there. The owner of the restaurant was also very kind. It started raining, and my friend and I were wearing high heels, so they even gifted us an umbrella. This restaurant left such a wonderful impression on me that I recommend it to everyone, and I will definitely come back. We wish them success and prosperity!

30/07/2026: I had the steak tartare for lunch, and they asked me how I wanted it cooked—what the hell?! Furthermore, the manager of the establishment fired his bartender in front of all the customers—that's just not acceptable, simply because, and I quote, she wasn't smiling enough. This incident completely ruined my appetite.

29/07/2026: We arrived at 3:15 PM for a drink. The terrace was practically empty. We asked not to be seated at a high table because there was someone with mobility issues. The unfriendly waitress explained that it was impossible because she only had one server for the entire restaurant 🤣🤣. Thank you, Madam!!! We went to the competitor, who were much nicer. You should find another line of work, Madam!!! We won't be back!!!
