04/11/2025: We didn't have time to eat. We had mentioned upon arrival that we had an hour and a half to eat. Despite this, we left without eating. Really disappointed.

27/01/2025: Having heard about this restaurant from acquaintances, I decided to try it by having a takeaway meal. I had two burgers, one of which was on the menu with fries without a drink and also a homemade sauce. It cost me a little over €20. Positive point: The burgers and fries were good (the strong point of the burgers are their sauce and the fries were very well cooked). The presentation is really inspiring. Negative point: the quality/quantity/price ratio. Let me explain: when I order for more than €20 including a menu for more than €13 which does not include a drink, I expect the burgers and fries to hold me back which was not the case. case here. And again by luck and greed, I had a second burger which cost 7€ which also left me hungry. And when I say that, it’s because I was still a little hungry, but also the desire for more. In addition, when ordering from specified via the order terminal that I did not want a product in a burgers, but this request was ignored. In summary, the burgers are good, but for me we need to review the size of the burgers and the portions for this price. Ps: I compare my order to other restaurants specializing in burgers in Chambéry and no, not well-known fast food chains.

16/01/2025: I had a hash brown burger. It really wasn't very good. Not friendly, unheated restaurant, smell of bad frying, no soap in the toilets, very expensive for what it is. I wanted to try and it did. You can find much better for less in Chambéry.

26/02/2026: I think I forgot my electric toothbrush! Ideal for business trips, close to Albertville city center, quiet, and comfortable enough. You can arrive late; everything is set up to ensure your arrival.

17/02/2026: Hotel not chosen for its location, but it wasn't great either. Ridiculous room, bed only 120cm wide, otherwise the bed would have hit the walls, no bedside table. Decor straight out of the 70s. Soundproofing practically nonexistent. Woke up by the upstairs neighbor at 5 am, no air conditioning. Outdated bathroom. Wooden floor covered with a coating to look cleaner, but noisy; you can hear everyone moving in the hallway and in the rooms. A tiny desk. To avoid getting depressed, I had to change hotels the next day.

26/02/2026: Fantastic welcome and such delicious and varied crepes! Highly recommended, a great find! We'll be back; my grandson has a surprise for his birthday.

25/02/2026: Having been in Val d’Isère for several years, particularly during the Grand Marnier era, I've noticed that some people seem to be mistaken about the establishment when they leave negative reviews. The crêpes at O ​​Rendez-Vous (now La Petite Crêperie) are excellent, and the Nutella crêpe is €7, not €7.50, which makes me question the veracity of some comments or where they were actually made. As a regular customer, I mainly see a close-knit, efficient, and always smiling team that does its best to serve customers quickly. Before posting a review, it would be important to verify that it concerns the correct establishment, as several comments are completely unfounded.

24/02/2026: A lovely terrace to relax on for tea or coffee! Relatively short wait times and plenty of space for everyone. However, the persistent smell of sewage emanating from the toilets below the terrace makes the experience... awful.

04/02/2026: It's important to give credit where it's due, but also when it's not... Clearly, it's unacceptable to offer this kind of meal to vacationers who work all year to afford a nice restaurant on the slopes. Really not good, no flavor, and a very cold welcome! It's much better to eat in the resort or up in Punta.

10/01/2026: A really lovely restaurant. Good, healthy, welcoming, and spacious. Just a stone's throw from the TGV station. We stumbled upon it by chance, as most of the brasseries and restaurants were closed or full, and we're so glad we did. We received a warm welcome, the food was excellent, and the value for money is unbeatable!

27/02/2026: At the restaurant, we received a warm welcome and were seated at a table in the bar area as we were there for drinks. However, the service was appalling. We called out and gestured for 30 minutes. When our order arrived, we asked them to clear the table of the previous customers' glasses and bottles. The waitress didn't respond and asked a colleague to do it for her. I then asked if they could also clean up (there was liquid on the table), and the response was shocking. I was scolded for sitting at a dirty table and for no one to have asked us to clean it (which is precisely the opposite). Worse still, the person left before we had a chance to reply. Furthermore, the table was never cleaned. Several groups nearby witnessed the scene, and everyone was dissatisfied with the service. I've been to Blanchot many times before, and it was always a pleasant experience. But this time, I had a truly terrible time. I hope the situation will change.

18/02/2026: I’ve been going to this restaurant for many years, under a few different owners. It’s in a lovely spot. Menu was decent (though only 1 veggie option) and I liked my dish. Prices were as expected. Service SO disappointing though. Clearly a very busy time as it was lunchtime halfway through February half term so being kept waiting for the (pre-booked) table for a very long time could perhaps be forgiven but only one waiter/waitress smiled at us during the whole process. Eye contact was pretty minimal too. How hard can that be? Definitely won’t be rushing back. Shame

07/03/2026: I mainly use the drive-thru and it's always the same thing... items are missing or the order is incorrect... 45 minutes of waiting in the car... I finally went to the restaurant to find out what was going on... the answer: your order is lost... seriously?! Unbelievable!

18/02/2026: Very unpleasant. We weren't even able to get a coffee. The person wouldn't let us in and was rude because we have a dog (a golden retriever). Completely unprofessional.

31/01/2026: We waited an hour for our food. But there were nine of us without a reservation, and it was Saturday lunchtime. A bit long, admittedly, but we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I recommend it, but perhaps consider calling ahead to reserve a table for larger groups. The staff were attentive.

18/03/2026: Pretty good products for an industrial bakery. One drawback: the country bread made with ancient grains is quite inconsistent. Sometimes it's beautiful and very good, sometimes it's overcooked or flat in places, evidence of poor kneading. The tarts and cakes are also of good quality.
