22/02/2026: Disappointed. The "supreme" was just a small chicken leg with very little garnish; considering the price, you expect better. The atmosphere was too noisy. The music wasn't great for a Saturday night. It's a shame it's going downhill...

25/01/2026: - Staff: Only one waitress for the entire dining room. The manager stood there watching her colleague run around; that's very professional… sometimes you have to put in the extra effort. Especially when it comes to customer satisfaction and minimizing wait times. Huge waits for our orders, for drinks, and for our food. Staff who didn't know their menu. A simple question about the ingredients in the "café gourmand" (a selection of small desserts served with coffee) was answered with "I don't know." We weren't the first to order it that evening; a quick glance at the previous tables would have been helpful. Security guard: What's the point of having him? An additional waitress would have been more useful. - Food: Inflexible. Impossible to change an ingredient in a dish, e.g., replacing the chicken with a steak in a burger. No alternatives were offered. Hot box (served for 2 people): only 1 slice of ham + 3 slices of rosette sausage (enough for 2 people). Served without salad or spoons. When we asked for extra charcuterie, it was a farce: we were brought only one slice of ham (for two people), with the express assurance that it would be free of charge (thank goodness!). - DJ: extremely loud music, so loud that we couldn't stay inside for long once the volume was turned up during dessert. Our evening was cut short. The playlist was clearly wedding music, with no contemporary tunes (so much for transitions). This establishment has a lot of potential, but needs a lot of work. This review is intended to suggest improvements, not to criticize the establishment.

11/03/2026: We came this week and ordered with a waiter. We waited over 15 minutes for two beers and a chocolate, and the waiter came back to us and said he'd been in the kitchen and therefore hadn't served us. Your employee seemed lost; we wondered if he'd been drinking alcohol given his state. So we left without ordering anything!

22/12/2025: -Under New Ownership- Magnificent Thai cuisine 🤩🤩🤩 Warm atmosphere and attentive service. The cocktails and wines are extraordinary. A taste of Thailand in the heart of the mountains. Thank you for this experience. We will be back very soon for a family dinner or takeaway.

20/12/2025: Newly open thai authentic restaurant this year. The food was amazing. We eat pad thai, green curry, and pad kra pao it was delicious. 1st thai authentic restaurant in courchevel. The service was good. The portion was big. If any of you craving for asian thai food. You must try this restaurant.

04/03/2026: No culinary merit whatsoever. Outrageous value for money. The fondue was very runny... and let's not even mention the "Grandma with kirsch," which was practically empty. The brazier is not recommended and far too expensive. There's no dessert menu. The only positive aspect is its location in the Creux de l'Ours.

16/04/2026: The saleswoman was very pushy in trying to sell her products. She was aggressive and dishonest about the prices, even though they were displayed. I didn't have time to check them properly, and the saleswoman wasn't informed. I will no longer be a customer of this Marie Blachère store! Your response forces me to be more precise: I did indeed buy two XXL meals, both priced at €6.95 each. Mathematically, 6.95 x 2 = €13.90. So far, so good! I paid €18.90. That's a difference of €4. If I had chosen different drinks, I would have gotten €1 back. The math still doesn't add up. You mentioned a similar situation in the past. Indeed, some time ago I noticed that your breads had lost weight, but the price remained the same. (This is a known technique called shrinkflation or reduflation.) One of your saleswomen, who was very friendly, confirmed that this was indeed the case. The need to defend oneself and not remain indifferent to such practices is certainly not a lack of respect on my part, but rather proof of bad faith on your part. A word to the wise! Cheers!

04/04/2026: I've never been treated so badly in a restaurant. The woman with short, white hair and bangs was extremely unpleasant. She even refused to tell me where the restrooms were; I still don't understand why. I had to ask her colleague (who was kind and friendly) after asking her three times. I can't comment on the food (which looked very good) because I only stopped for a coffee and a drink. But I was so put off by this woman that I'm leaving such a negative review, hoping she's not the owner.

17/04/2026: Disappointing service and welcome. When buying tokens, the staff didn't even bother to look at the customers before taking payment, which gave an impression of a lack of consideration. Then, when my daughter asked for a flavor for her diabolo, the response was given in an irritated tone, stating that they didn't have any unusual flavors, only classic ones. Finally, after she accidentally spilled her drink before even finishing it, no compensation was offered. We aren't particularly demanding customers; we simply want to have a good time as a family, which explains why we chose to stay despite these inconveniences. We decided to write this review not because we lacked the courage to speak about it in person, but because we were with our children and didn't want to create an unpleasant situation that could have spoiled their experience. This is often the argument used to respond to negative reviews, but we felt it was important to share our experience calmly.

25/01/2026: The worst bar in Chambéry! The staff are incredibly rude, no greeting, no thank you, no human warmth whatsoever. Orders are taken 30 minutes after we arrive. And all this for the price of a coffee and a hot chocolate…!!! Avoid at all costs.

23/04/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We hesitated to come because of the reviews, but honestly, they don't reflect reality at all: a very warm welcome, a clean dining room, excellent service, and the food was on par with the best Turkish restaurants. We will gladly return.

02/03/2026: An excellent brasserie! It's changed its name and is now called Le XV. The owners are the same, thankfully! Besides the great food (we tried the burgers, the pierrade, the raclette, the pizzas, and the crêpes), it's the atmosphere and the warm welcome from the owners that keep us coming back! A nice bonus: a well-stocked wine cellar that won't break the bank. Thank you and well done!

01/02/2026: Disgusting don’t bother wasting your money the food taste like it had been there for weeks. Smelt and looked like a homeless shelter felt sick after eating. Highly don’t recommend McDonalds is down the road and is definitely better than that horrible place

15/01/2026: Hello, To form our own opinion, my wife and I took a chance this lunchtime, despite the reservations of our acquaintances in St. Jean de Maurienne about trying this "restaurant." The food was bland and tasteless, with absolutely no appeal for those who appreciate Asian cuisine. It's a perfect counter-example to the flavor and freshness of this type of dish that we usually enjoy so much. The most shocking thing is that this establishment is still open. I'll let you judge the sanitary conditions (filthy floors under the tables, dust on the serving platters, electrical safety, general hygiene, etc.)... no comment. However, if you want to test your immune system, this is the perfect place. But don't put your children at risk.

16/04/2026: Very satisfied with the food, served quickly and hot! However, a major disappointment with Mirlinda at the register who took all my details to create my loyalty account and then swiped her own card! That's not cool... I'll still come back, but I'll create my account beforehand!

16/04/2026: I just picked up a Too Good To Go order. The employee wasn't friendly or communicative. The basket I received left me perplexed and disappointed by the quality, quantity, lack of variety, and presentation—a tuna-stuffed tomato upside down...in short, shameful. I won't be back.
