21/08/2024: Found it on the way to the Cormet de Roseland, attracted by the outdoor area, I stopped, chose a tartare, very good, presentation with attention to the smallest details. 09/08/2024: We have been coming to Chamois d’Or for several years. the location is perfect, the reception is very efficient and always accommodating even during the rush of departures or arrivals. We can only recommend! The best value for money in Val Tho in my opinion

16/08/2024: Located on the outskirts of Lanslebourg. From the outside you wouldn't expect such a pretty restaurant to be hidden inside. The selection of pizzas (12-15€) is large - well topped, thin base - and there are many regional dishes. Everything tasted very good (only the homemade fries with the steak haché were too soft) and were obviously freshly prepared.

31/08/2024: Everything was perfect, flawless from start to finish. Bravo, we will come back with pleasure for the autumn menu.

27/08/2024: Very good table in a quiet and spacious place. We enjoyed the dishes on the menu "from sources to roots" from start to finish, with particular mention for the arctic char and the pigeon supreme. Thank you to chef Benoit Vidal for his expertise in refined cuisine, and his humility observed during his visit at the end of the meal. A small improvement could be in the level of service where we found the sommelier not very eloquent on the choice of wines, leaving us "a little alone" faced with a plethoric list of wines without any real force of suggestion for the guests who do not take food and wine pairing...

03/09/2024: An essential place in the village, friendliness is generally inversely proportional to the quality of the products. It's a shame, a smile, a hello changes your life and above all it's the basis of business :-)

30/08/2024: Tasty but expensive. Mostly only speak French and no English. In a tourist town I expect a second language.

06/04/2024: Service at the customer's head, 25 minutes to have 2 coffees and another 10 minutes for the ice cream ordered at the same time... No apologies or thanks. Sorry for being French!

01/09/2024: No service: you take the card at reception, you collect your trays when the beeper rings and you get rid of your trays. The spring rolls are very good, the miso soup lacked taste, I added soy sauce to spice it up a little. The sashimi is fresh. Prices are affordable

22/08/2024: Avec ma femme, on s'attendait a beaucoup mieux . Le plat du jour , des pates au truffe râpée était bon mais un peu bourratif avec trop de pates et pas assez variées. Le pain perdu en dessert était brulé et sec. Le cadre est agréable avec la vue du soleil couchant sur le lac.

21/08/2024: Nous avons déjeuner en famille au restaurant. Une véritable réussite. Le cadre est accueillant, les verres à vin sont supers (c’est important à souligner si vous buvez un vin un peu sympa), le personnel à l’écoute. Nos deux enfants en bas ages ont été servis rapidement et les pates du menu très bonnes. Les plats sont excellents, nous avons prit un bouillon au saumon façon thaï au lait de coco et l’agneau en croute. Une réussite ! Et jetez-vous sur le pain perdu et les glaces sont parmi les meilleurs que nous avons eu l’occasion de déguster (fait maison). Un sans faute … Merci pour ce moment

28/09/2024: Impatient, unpleasant waiter who takes the liberty of throwing barbs at the customer. After an hour of waiting the sushi finally arrived, bland salmon and on some makis it seemed questionably fresh, they remained after our departure. Long and disappointing meal

24/03/2024: Nous avons passé un agréable moment chez Damien. Le burger de l’étoile était goutu et la salade césar délicieuse. Le menu enfant a beaucoup plus à notre fils.

15/06/2024: Must dine here when in Courchevel. Food is good but the ambiance is just amazing. The dessert bar is fabulous and of course they are a meat specialty restaurant so any meat dishes are good. My favorites are the steak special for 2 and the Hamburger (Specials are only served on certain days). We never skip this place when we are in town.

15/04/2024: Great lunch - fun atmosphere including a roving band, with top quality food and wine. A beautiful view over the mountain and great seating areas in/out depending on the weather.
