01/04/2026: Excellent galette served with a smile! The ingredients are high quality.

24/03/2026: We really enjoyed the crepes; however, the menu is unsuitable for children (no children's menu). We ordered two plates of plain coquillettes pasta, and the waitress didn't inform us that the prices from the hotel's evening menu would apply, which was €19 per plate. Similarly, the two scoops of ice cream were not included in the creperie's menu and were charged at €10! What a shame!

14/07/2026: A must-visit spot right on the slopes. The atmosphere is exceptional, the music excellent, and the vibe very festive. The only slight downside: the security guards at the entrance are very strict; we had to prove we were of legal age while children were getting in without any problem next to us.

28/04/2026: The location is very pleasant, but there's a major drawback: the soundproofing is poor, both from the outside and from neighboring apartments. The nights are very noisy.

27/04/2026: Perfect residence for a week of skiing...located in the heart of the resort, right at the foot of the slopes...parking 200m away...shops very close by... Top-notch apartment...and the staff's welcome and friendliness were impeccable.

16/02/2026: The staff were friendly, but the brunch offered on the third Sunday of the month was quite basic in terms of food. There weren't enough utensils to serve ourselves, so we had to use our fingers.... Overall, I was a bit disappointed, especially the small portions of dessert. I wasn't informed on the day I made my reservation that it would be brunch... which is a shame, as I had better memories of this restaurant.

01/02/2026: We booked the family room late at night after our flight was cancelled. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful getting us a taxi and welcoming us. Dinner on arrival was lovely even though it was 10pm the staff & kitchen were accommodating and friendly. A beautiful setting. The room was really spacious with 2 bedrooms and a lounge area. Gorgeous views. If you want corporate standard this hotel is not for you. If you want friendly, helpful, comfortable, traditional and quiet this is for you. A haven after a long travel day.

03/05/2026: Regarding the Premium apartment: Leaky sink, dirty dishes. Ski locker doesn't lock. The assigned parking space is not being respected by other guests. The restaurant was closed. No breakfast was offered except for pastries. Very good location and beautiful view of the slopes. Very pleasant staff. Very nice spa.

27/03/2026: Nice hotel, good sized rooms, nice small bar, great access to the slopes. The issue which may be unique to the room we had was that it stank of cigarettes smoke each night. We spoke to the front desk but nothing was done about it. It really made the hotel stay of our holiday a let down. We will not stay again.

03/10/2026: Back from a romantic weekend getaway. We are international tourism and hospitality professionals. Positive points: The hotel is quiet despite being right next to a dual carriageway. The common areas and rooms are nicely decorated. The bedding is very comfortable. The restaurant is pleasant and welcoming, with well-presented and delicious dishes. The restaurant staff is friendly and the service is quick. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a wide variety of choices. The spa is nice; we particularly enjoyed the tropical rain shower and the hammam. The next day, the receptionist at check-out was friendly and attentive. Negative points: The check-in was rushed and impersonal, and we felt like we were bothering the receptionist (with the ponytail). The card machine malfunctioned, and he made an exasperated noise, saying it was probably the credit card! We didn't know whether to laugh or...? Then he asked us what time we would be having breakfast. We didn't know (it was a Saturday morning on a romantic weekend getaway...). He again looked exasperated and warned us that we would have to let them know later, otherwise we would have to wait. We found that odd... Once we arrived in the room, which was right next to the elevator, we tried to call reception, but the phone wasn't working. We were able to change rooms and wondered why they had initially assigned us a smaller, less quiet room. We had booked the room + spa package, and right after booking, my partner received a call from reception saying that the spa was optional. Fortunately, this was corrected. The spa is shared, even though we had to reserve access. This wasn't a problem for us, except that at the spa reception, they told us, "There you go, you have access from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm," so we understood that we would be alone. After the hammam, we were having tea in our bathrobes when the receptionist came in and washed his hands in the stone sink right next to us. Strange. At 9:30 a.m., I called reception to tell them we'd be coming down in 10 minutes. The receptionist told me we had to hurry because they were already clearing the tables! But isn't breakfast served until 10:30 a.m.? A couple came down at 10:20 a.m. and were practically yelled at by the barmaid! At least it gave us a chance to connect with them because they were just as shocked as we were; what kind of behavior is that in a hotel? Areas for improvement: The hotel needs maintenance; Throwing away torn lounge chairs on the balconies, emptying the ashtrays on the patio regularly, cleaning tea/coffee stained cups, and cleaning the faucets in the rooms with vinegar are all important details! Providing two bottles of water in the rooms instead of one, and adding water fountains on each floor so guests don't have to trek across the entire hotel at night to the gym to refill their bottles. In short, mixed feelings: the hotel has potential, but some employees are a major drawback. As guests, we don't want to be patronized and treated as if we're bothering the staff. Service is an art, and if you lack proper training, it's best to refrain from making it your profession.

01/10/2026: A very convenient location. Attentive staff. Comfortable, pleasant, and uniquely decorated rooms. The restaurant is an absolute must-try—it's delicious!

16/08/2026: It was a pleasure to see Jeannette again at L'Ancolie, so authentic, so attentive to her customers, and of course we thoroughly enjoyed her terrines, the guinea fowl with blueberries accompanied by a succulent eggplant gratin, and of course the famous raspberry sabayon for dessert. An exceptional moment. Thank you, Jeannette!
