04/09/2024: For lunch, fairly regularly, about once a week. It's essential to book before 10 a.m., otherwise it's full given the number of regulars who wouldn't give up their place for anything in the world. The recipes change every day, they are original, mixing French, oriental, sometimes Asian flavors. Above all, it's very good, all the cooking is homemade, the quantity is there, therefore nothing to say about the price. The chef is adorable, he bends over backwards to satisfy all requests, and does not hesitate to share his manufacturing secrets. A beautiful address.

23/09/2024: We came to have dinner at this restaurant. The retro atmosphere is charming, everything is very clean and well arranged. The appetizers were delicious, except the watermelon one where the contrast with the onion was too pronounced, I couldn't finish it. The same goes for the tomatoes: the dish demonstrated technique and research, but in terms of taste, nothing exceptional. The pork was very good, but the sage flavor inside the roast was perhaps a little too present and did not leave enough room for the demi-glace, although it was skillfully prepared. The olive dessert really surprised me, I highly recommend it. The choice of bread and the service in general, in a bistronomic style, deserve. Some pairings should be rethought, perhaps with a little less technique but more familiarity in flavors. We will definitely come back to try new dishes.

29/08/2024: We ate there one summer evening. Pleasant service, a beautiful and quiet room, and fantastic cuisine! Quality meats perfectly prepared, and carefully prepared accompaniments. Without forgetting the excellent homemade desserts. A small family restaurant, perhaps, an essential address, certainly.

23/08/2024: Accueil sympa, ambiance superbe, vue sur le four à bois, serveuse efficace, très gentille et professionnelle. Quand aux plats, tout est parfait. Os à moelle, œuf cocotte aux cèpes un régal suivi d’une matouille et d’un reblochon fondue, très copieux, charcuterie délicieuse, rien à redire. Un petit génépi offert par la patronne. Merci pour tout c’était PARFAIT

09/09/2024: During the weekend in Chambéry, we tried this restaurant. It starts with a very friendly welcome. The dishes are tasty and generous. From starter to dessert, no false note. Very good restaurant, I recommend it.

31/08/2024: We took the tasting menu, very very generous for a dinner. Two starters, a main course, a fish, a cheese dessert and then dessert. Everything was good on a semi-gastronomic level. We had difficulty leaving because we ate so much! The waiter was very kind, took great care of us and was also very affable. The restaurant deserves its positive reviews, the products are fresh and the flavors varied. The outdoor terrace was a nice surprise. We will come back.

14/12/2024: A quick stopover for a meal, in this truly mountain atmosphere with the grandiose decor of Mont Charvin which covers the lacework of snow-covered rocks. The restaurant was full to the brim, I understood why while enjoying my lunch… this high-perched but very accessible place smells like “come back” Cuisine flourishes tradition with the happy marriage of homemade! The chef has no shortage of talent 👍

09/12/2024: Great hotel, the room is cozy and clean, the spa under the snow is pure joy, eating at the restaurant is a must, it's really delicious... the hearty breakfast, the attentive staff, and our dog was very good welcomed. That's actually all we needed! Thanks to you

08/08/2024: Only affordable restaurant we found around the Méribel Olympic complex. Hearty, quality meals (we tried the reblechonade, it's excellent even in July!!!).

04/09/2024: a little disappointed with our visit to Montpelat, coming to share charcuterie and cheese platters, we were disappointed with the quantities on the platters, especially when we see the photos published on the site. For the platters to share there should not be too many of them in fact on the charcuterie side 1 slice of white ham 4 slices of sausage a chiffonade of cured ham and on the cheese board side 7 ridiculous pieces of tomme certainly very good but it is a little light Sincerely
