08/08/2026: Avoid at all costs! A Cuba Libre with Negrita liqueur was absolutely disgusting. I told the waitress it was undrinkable and that she could take it away. I expected her to offer to make it again, or at least not charge me. When I went to pay, one of the waitresses, completely unfriendly, wouldn't listen; her job was to take the money. The Sicilian owner wouldn't listen either. I got a firm "no." Completely unprofessional. For me, that's the past!

13/04/2026: Val Burger was unfortunately not tasty at all because of the strong goat cheese flavor:( I recommend going for the Pizza in this place and not for the burgers or the chicken sandwiches! 2-3 benches outdoor for sitting. In general not the best food out there in Val Thorens, but will save you and do the job when you need that late fast food grab. *pics are from January 2026*

12/07/2026: Excellent experience at this restaurant located in the center of Ugine. The price was more than reasonable for the set lunch menu, the view from the terrace is magnificent, and we ate very well. Thank you and see you soon! 😁

28/06/2026: Motorcycle stop 🏍️ Beautiful setting in a lovely outdoor garden, the dish was very well presented and tasty, the staff were friendly, smiling and provided excellent explanations, the price was quite reasonable for the setting, the food and the service, I recommend it 👍

21/04/2026: We came twice during our stay and tried the Heidi burgers and the goat cheese and honey paninis! Delicious, and unbeatable value for money for a mountain chalet. The welcome was warm and friendly! Thank you!

19/04/2026: As residents of the valley, we knew Le Bonnet back in its early days when it offered a choice of proper menus at reasonable prices. It had been a while since we'd been back, and we won't be going back again! Gone are the real menus including a burger or panini, fries, and a drink. Now the only menu option is a drink and fries. A tasteless chicken panini for over €11! That's blatant robbery. And the staff are neither friendly nor welcoming. Tourists or locals, steer clear.

01/08/2026: I strongly advise against this place; the staff are very intrusive and unfriendly, and there is a long wait for a beer and a cocktail even if there are only 2 of you for 4 servers.

17/07/2026: Very good sorbets. The way Bistrot du Palais operates has become incomprehensible, as it keeps its old main entrance closed, forcing customers to take a long detour inside to reach tables facing Rue Favre. This company, which also manages Café de l'Horloge and O'Cardinal, seems to be focusing solely on a decent decor and location. Since the manager is almost never there, and avoids customers when she is, patrons only deal with servers who take no responsibility and, with a few exceptions, don't stay long.

09/04/2026: This restaurant, located at the foot of the slopes, offers very good pizzas. However, the servers seemed a bit overwhelmed and disoriented, which slowed down the service. Otherwise, it's a nice place to relax.

21/04/2026: The stay was, as always, very pleasant. However, breakfast was clearly not up to the hotel's usual standard this year. The selection of hot dishes was particularly limited and repetitive, consisting mainly of average-quality poultry sausage and white rice each morning. The offering lacked variety and refinement, especially compared to previous seasons when breakfast was significantly better. This is why my rating is lower in this respect.

03/03/2026: We had a great experience at La Sivoliere. All the staff were very kind, warm, helpful and professional with a smile always on their face. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel home away from home. The service was perfect. The rooms were small but cozy and equipped with everything we need. The ski shop was great with always the great help of Antonio and Coralie. The Concierge team tried to accommodate all our requests with patience. The reception team were always ready for anything. Finally, all the shuttle drivers were super nice and real gentlemen. We will definitely go again there next year.

29/07/2026: We had a wonderful evening. The owners are simply amazing. The burger was excellent, and the cheese sauce added a unique touch. We had two desserts: crème brûlée, which was truly excellent, and my wife absolutely loved her French toast. Don't hesitate to stop by; you won't be disappointed!

27/07/2026: After our hike, we ordered pizzas. The service was quick, the pizzas were generous with a thin crust, delicious, and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

24/07/2026: Frozen fries that turn to cardboard when they cool. It's not hard to buy better quality fries these days. I can't even imagine what the rest is like. I think you should take your customers' opinions into account because things used to be better. I'm being objective if you look closely, and I value those who do good work.

07/08/2026: Yeah... The food is good, but there's still a "meh." It's a self-service place that manages to make us pay as much as, or even more than, a restaurant for the same quantity, while also giving us the distinct impression of being ripped off on the weight (since they weigh the dishes with them, and we don't know what's being deducted). So it's a frustrating experience, leaving us with the feeling that we've paid too much overall for our meal.

11/07/2026: We came in the restaurant rather late (restaurant closes at 14:00), the staffs are super friendly, arranged everything they have from the kitchen - freshly made healthy home cooking style - we left (with two young kids) fed and happy. We do not speak French and staffs do their best to explain all in English to us. Thank you so much for the hospitality, definitely recommend and will return once in the region again!

27/07/2026: A very pleasant time at the Casino de Challes-les-Eaux. The establishment is welcoming, clean, and well-maintained. The staff are friendly, helpful, and contribute to a convivial atmosphere. The machines are varied, and the setting is truly pleasant, whether you're looking to gamble or simply enjoy a nice evening. A great place in Savoie that I happily recommend!

15/07/2026: Excellent welcome, very good quality products, pleasant and attentive staff, generous meals. It's a shame that under-18s aren't allowed in.
