29/09/2024: We came as a couple for one night. Positive points: -The room is clean -There is a large bed -A beautiful view -A very kind cleaning lady (who was able to inform us better than the reception staff) Negatives: -Definitely not worth the 4 stars -Hammam, hot tub and fountain in the pool not functional (apparently for several months given the reviews) and no treatments available -Drinks at €5!! -No explanation when we arrived (breakfast time, services offered, etc.) -2 people from the table service ready to fight right in front of us and were shouting lots of insults!! We do not recommend it

28/09/2024: Very nice hotel and extremely friendly staff. We spent a pleasant weekend between relaxing in the spa and walking in the village. I recommend👍

01/09/2024: Un conseil, si vous voulez vous en tirer pour plus de 25 € à 4 personnes pour un jus de fruit -bon c'est vrai-, 2 Pulco avec du sucre rebaptisés "citronnade maison" et une eau minérale maison style sodstream, alors précipitez-vous dans cet établissement. Le touriste est attendu avec impatience. Dans le cas contraire, fuyez. Seul la vue peut sauver cet établissement. Elle a donc un prix élevé.

17/03/2026: Absolutely fantastic stay! The hotel was spotless, with a superb team: from the management to all the staff, everyone was incredibly kind. The restaurant's decor is very well done, in a mountain chalet style that immediately sets the mood. Special mention for the half-board option: the meals were simply exceptional! We discovered all the Savoyard specialties throughout the week. Luckily, there was skiing to compensate for the calories… and the little salad was always there to accompany them 😉 A major plus: ski-in/ski-out access; the hotel is ideally located at the foot of the slopes and lifts. We'll definitely be back!

20/08/2024: We arrived for a drink at 6 p.m., there were 7 of us with two elderly people who had difficulty walking. We already waited 10 minutes before we spoke to each other to tell us that it was not possible to have a drink in the downstairs room that we had to go upstairs as we had two elderly people who could not climb the stairs. asked him if it was possible downstairs he told us because the service starts at 7 p.m. but that didn't stop him from telling us ok but you should be gone by 6:30 p.m. so I can straighten the table We must stop giving money to people they don't want to work Very above knowing that we have been going on vacation to La Toussuire for 18 years and this is the first time that we have been welcomed in such a way.

24/09/2024: While looking for a good restaurant, one of my friends recommended the LA CITADELLE restaurant to me and frankly I will come back because everything was perfect, the services were taken care of, the advantage is (the chef) who the design of the restaurant does wonders for you with a terrace and a very nice panorama and to finish with the kindness of the owner with his delicious digestives and the chat etc... wow 👌

23/09/2024: Very good time spent with family on Saturday for my birthday.. I had already organized my husband's.. the welcome is very friendly.. we wanted to taste everything.. everything is homemade.. that's for sure!! I will go back soon.. thank you to the entire citadel team…

02/09/2024: My friend and I were man handed in this bar by the security. I was held by my neck until my vision went dark by the security and when I regained my vision I found my friend thrown out freezing outside just because he was intoxicated and having hard time keeping balance. I highly recommend you avoid this place as the people here are actually horrible and if I hadn’t taken him back to the hotel there is a good chance he would have gotta frostbite or worse in the cold. We were not asked to leave just straight up grabbed by necks. Neither me nor my friend fought back, I held his hand to not get separated but that only aggravated the security that were incredibly hostile towards us.

23/08/2024: We came here twice as a group on our trip, excellent experience both times. Service and food were brilliant - varied choices between us all, with no complaints from any of us.

03/08/2024: Très bon accueil, une adaptation très sympathique de plat du nord et de la Belgique avec les produits locaux . Une bonne cuisine, un tarif honnête une bonne bière. Nous reviendrons...

23/07/2024: discrètement ouvert en bas de la station de la toussuire, c'est un bon endroit pour les gourmands & les fans de bouffe savoyarde. l'accueil est très spontané, les bières sont bien servis. Les digestifs sont sympas. c'est un plaisir d'y passer une soirée, la bouffe est locale, bien savoureuse, bien copieuse. Je survalide ! Attention, la torpille est costaude..

02/09/2024: Very well located we went for snack with our children. At the end of the season, many things are missing, even the waffles... But above all, we were served fruit juices that had expired for more than 2 years! 😱😱 And yes June 2022....but if it is consumed preferably that's a lot... Simple apology by stating that I received these drinks at the start of the season! The second fruit juice expired since June 2024. Totally disappointed. To flee! Inadmissible for professionals. I have my credit card receipt to prove it if you doubt it! You don't even remember it even though it was last week??? It's alarming in this case... This is not denigration sir but unfortunately the reality. For my part, the hygiene services were notified. I'm not saying see you soon. Sincerely

03/08/2024: For a first time, very good experience! Everything we ordered was very good and tasty! Very good and light Burrata starter in the evening despite a generous plate... My mom had a wok shrimp 🍤 very happy with her dish too! My husband chose a piece of beef, with a small salad and fries (unfortunately the only downside was the frozen fries...). Very warm welcome, very good service! We will come back ! Thanks again 😊

15/08/2024: Nous avons réservé pour dîner avec des amis nous sommes arrivé en retard. Nous avons tout de même été très bien accueilli. Le personnel est très agréable, la cuisine est bonne. Nous avons été deux fois dans cet endroit et avons apprécié. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

04/04/2026: We spent two days there as a couple. Homemade food, good food, and a friendly atmosphere perfectly represent our beautiful region – one of the best places for a break. Near the Lac de la Motte, there's fishing and hiking. We'll be back very soon, thank you, it was perfect!

18/02/2026: We only had dinner at the inn, and it was delicious! I loved that the children could eat the same as us, with appropriately sized portions, even though mine preferred the homemade fries with the chicken. It had been a long time since I'd had such a perfect meal from start to finish. We'll definitely be back next year. All the best, and thank you so much!
