21/02/2026: We didn't stay there, we just dined at the restaurant. The staff weren't particularly friendly, except for one young woman. The coffee is much better at the Boulange bar-restaurant. As for the food, it was clearly very low quality, especially considering the high prices we were paying for a mountain experience. The vegetarian penne had no flavor whatsoever. The open-faced sandwich/salad starter was unappealing. The diot sausage was swimming in oil, served with fries that I suspect had been microwaved. They looked golden and crispy, but once you tasted them, they were completely unappetizing. For this restaurant, I recommend going elsewhere.

19/01/2026: We stayed with the previous owner and then Fabrice and Béatrice, so for over 12 years everything was top-notch: service, room, cleanliness, welcome, meals. Then, two years ago, the ownership changed, and everything changed. The first year was acceptable because the previous owner's staff remained. The second year was a disaster! The service, as well as breakfast and dinner, were deplorable. Wanting to give them a third chance, we made a request in October 2025 for a stay in January 2026. We never received a reply to our email despite two follow-up requests and three unanswered phone calls. A blatant lack of professionalism. As a result, we found what we were looking for at another establishment in Valloire. The Rapin family from Switzerland

02/03/2026: By far, La Casserole is the best restaurant in Courchevel and even in the entire Three Valleys. The food is consistently outstanding, the service is superb and the staff are absolutely wonderful. There is such a warm, vibrant atmosphere, whether you sit inside or outside, it’s always a fantastic experience. If you’re staying anywhere in the Three Valleys, this is a must. 01/03/2026: Very good restaurant, the waiters are friendly despite the rather high prices. The view is very beautiful.

11/02/2026: The welcome was very cold; the lady should stay home because she didn't smile once, making you want to leave. As for the kebab, it was a bit dry, but otherwise the portions were well-presented.

10/08/2025: Not exactly amazing, and expensive for what it is. No one came to see us for 10-15 minutes, not a word, nothing. A 30-minute wait after ordering to serve four Breton galettes, and there wasn't a crowd. The waitress served our galettes with her thumb touching them. The galette was a little undercooked. They were served "upside down" (filling underneath, crepe on top). A bit disappointing for lunch.

25/01/2026: What a disappointment!!! This restaurant has lost all its charm... It took an hour to serve us two Valmorel burgers... and there were hardly any customers. The burger bun was cold, there was no sauce, and half a slice of burnt, cold Reblochon cheese was placed on a tiny patty... all for €19.90. The fries were undercooked, and when we asked for them to be cooked a little longer, we were practically brushed off. Luckily, we hadn't ordered the Savoyard fondue at €32.90 per person, or we'd still be there... And to top it all off, the chef was yelling at unhappy customers... Unbelievable! This restaurant is best avoided.

02/01/2026: I find the 3.6 rating a bit harsh...for me it deserves a solid 4/5. The pizzas are quite good and generously sized. The service was a little slow, but the very pleasant staff made up for it. The restaurant's decor is cute. One small drawback, however, was that there was no more soap in the restrooms.

01/03/2026: Shows open on maps but actually closed. Did a whole detour to come visit this place to find it closed at 4pm. Because of it missed the last ski lifts and ended up spending 2h to get home. Don’t bother, go to Folie instead, much nicer and sunnier place

15/02/2026: You wait over 40 minutes here for a regular burger. There is absolutely no organization. How is it possible that only two people are making burgers while so many customers are waiting? If you want to waste your time standing around, this is the perfect place to do it. And of course, there’s no apology for the extremely long wait.

01/03/2026: A frosty welcome, barely a hello, and not a goodbye! I didn't even want to try the restaurant, having only had a drink on the terrace! The neighbors are incredibly friendly! Not to mention their biting dog that roams around off-leash; it even came onto the toboggan run and knocked our one-and-a-half-year-old son off! They really need to rethink the meaning of hospitality and community living!

21/02/2026: He fell in love at altitude, snowlight glittering on cutlery and glass, with a ski-resort restaurant named Cote Brune, warm as soup, bright as piste markers at dusk. Its windows hummed with après-ski laughter, tables blushed with wine, and he—boots still clumsy, cheeks still red— swore the menu was flirting back. Oh Cote Brune, you smelled of rosemary and fries, of melted cheese and promises. He dreamed of long lunches, of belonging, of always knowing where to sit. Then came the moment— small, tragic, salted: “Could I have the chips?” he asked, softly, hopefully, like a confession. The waiter, male and sharp as ice, answered with a shrug, a sigh, a look that said you are inconvenient. No smile. No mercy. Just frost. And his heart cracked like thin snow over hidden rock. How could love live here if kindness wouldn’t? Still, he skis past sometimes, pretending not to look, pretending his chest doesn’t ache like a cold bench at closing time. Because you never forget your first mountain love— especially when it breaks you over a plate of chips. 🍟❄️

25/02/2026: Good value for money, the fondue is excellent and the staff are very pleasant.

30/01/2026: The reviews don't lie: mediocre pizzas, prepared far too late, and on top of that, they charged us for the beers we received while waiting. We won't be seeing them again.

14/10/2025: The Regina pizza was not good. The dough was not cooked and the ham was not cooked either. We were looking for the tomato sauce. The pasta had no taste. I do not recommend this restaurant. I will not return.

04/02/2026: The food was very good, but the portions were far too small. As I'm not a big eater, I never order starters and very rarely dessert. Here, I ordered a main course and dessert, and I had to order something else afterward because I was still too hungry… €80 for two people, and I left still hungry, what a shame! Plus, the wait was very long…

29/01/2026: Very recently we went to this restaurant for a drink. My father started to eat a sandwich which he had brought with him. Almost immediately we were confronted by a man with a beret and a pointed beard who was very rude. He used a sexually charged derogatory comment.."if you go to a prostitute you don't take your wife with you" which I suppose is an analogy to taking a sandwich to a restaurant and not buying the available food. The situation quickly escalated into verbal threats, and we were ordered to leave the premises immediately. This action constitutes a serious breach of the basic duties of courtesy, respect, and professionalism expected of any establishment welcoming the public, particularly with regard to customers and tourists. There is no way that i could recommend this restaurant to any one in search of a good relaxing meal.

08/01/2026: Only stopped here for lunch, I would say for what the food was it was very expensive, I had the tartiflette but when it arrived it looked and tasted like a microwave meal, very watery as well. My friend had the Steak and again it was tough and chewy. This has put me off coming back. better restaurants elsewhere on the mountain.

29/12/2025: Altibar was fantastic back in the day. Pilatus was ok at first, but its latest owners wrecked the place. Insanely over-expensive (c.50eur for tomato sauce pasta!) in a valley already over-crowded with excessive ‘glitz’ and wildly expensive options (largely charmless dross). Thank God the latest Pilatus has closed down. I pray whatever comes next in its place is a return to its old reasonably well-priced good quality form. Please bring back old school classics and quality to Courchevel!

08/02/2026: Lovely sunny terrace at the foot of the slopes. Friendly staff. The dishes are good but unfortunately lack generosity (salmon/minced steak burger, diots and creamy sauce); however, I recommend the poke bowl, as well as the desserts in general.
