15/06/2026: What a beautiful place right in the center of lovely Gigondas! The location is perfect, nestled in a spectacular region surrounded by incredible wineries. The owner’s daughter hosted us and she was absolutely wonderful. Our stay was short, but we will definitely be back soon.

19/07/2026: We have been coming here for over 20 years, and this was the first time it was a bit disappointing. I think there is a new chef. The food is not as refined as it used to be. We had the tasting menu, but the portions were really much too large, and I also found the food quite simple. The second course, for example, was a large mound of quinoa with 3 scallops, some shellfish, shrimp, and a sauce. And after that, we were served mashed potatoes with a large steak. As far as I am concerned, those are two separate main courses. Dessert was also too rich and, in my opinion, not very imaginative either. It is a shame, because it was always so tasty and well-balanced. The service is always excellent.

A very warm welcome, and the daily special was thoroughly enjoyed from start to finish. The ingredients were expertly prepared and beautifully presented. I highly recommend it. 02/08/2026: I had read terrific reviews about this restaurant and so I was excited to go. Unfortunately, for us the experience did not live up to the reviews. We started our meal with the salade exotique, which is a salad of greens, tomato, shrimp, mussels and avocado. Unfortunately instead of mussels, we were treated to smashed tinned sardine. The salad was very small (3 shrimp, a handful of greens) and cost €13.50. Next we had the poulet mafre, A chicken leg in a savory gravy. The chicken was very tasty, to be sure. It was perhaps the best item of what we ate there. The plate had a chicken leg quarter, a few pieces of fried plantain, some rice, and a very small portion of vegetables. €19.50. For dessert, we ordered what was billed as an exotic fruit cup. What came was a small cup of fruit with a few pieces of mango, strawberry, kiwi and banana, and some fruit jam on it. €9.50. While we really enjoyed the chicken dish, I just felt that the quantities and qualities did not justify the price. Had the meal cost 20% less, I would have given this four stars.

19/07/2026: The locals of the Luberon highly recommend this restaurant and for good reason. The menu may be small but you will still debate what to choose and hope your partner shares their dish with you. Everything is proudly sourced locally and is of the highest quality. Service is discreet and attentive. The vibe is relaxed with just enough polish to make it feel special. Definitely worth a place on your Luberon itinerary.

30/07/2026: The restaurant's setting is nice, however, the older woman wasn't very welcoming. Since we were there as a group, when it came time to pay I heard her say, "They're bothering us, they'll pay one by one," which I found quite inappropriate. Especially since we had ordered a pizza that took an hour to arrive, was made with non-homemade dough, and had a cardboard-like texture. On the plus side: the younger waitresses are very welcoming, smiling, and provide pleasant service. In short, I don't recommend the pizzas, which aren't great, and the older woman's behavior really needs improvement.

26/07/2026: A wonderful discovery thanks to the Routard guide. We had lunch at this restaurant in the heart of the historic center, tucked away in a quiet, shaded alley. The owner gave us a warm welcome. We were captivated by the various original flavors on offer in the "market menu," the presentation was impeccable, and a truly delightful experience was guaranteed.
