06/03/2026: We were fortunate enough to spend a morning with the team at L’Olivier, in the company of its chef, Christophe Pulizzi, followed by a wonderful 12-course gastronomic journey. The chef was as generous in sharing his knowledge as he was in the dishes he meticulously prepared. Numerous culinary discoveries, innovative flavor and texture combinations—the promise of the journey was fulfilled. Thank you to the chef and his team for taking the time to share this morning with us and for offering us an exceptional menu worthy of a Michelin star. I highly recommend it to everyone.

02/03/2026: A few days after dinner at L’Olivier… my taste buds are still tingling. Each dish is a marvel of flavor that evokes emotion and creates memories. And from my point of view, that's what truly matters. (Just one small point: the portions are sometimes a little small to fully appreciate the flavors 😉) The setting and the waitstaff are fantastic. Having dined at many Michelin-starred restaurants in France… I imagine the Michelin Guide will soon discover this magnificent establishment. 10/03/2026: LOVED everyone we met during our stay. The staff definitely is the backbone and real treasure of this place. We felt right at home. Also never ever experienced this kind of silence. We slept with our window open and just … nothing … Rooms are way bigger than they look on the pictures which was a nice surprise. Thank you for everything 🫶

The set lunch menu at €25, including starter, main course, dessert, and coffee or a glass of wine, offers the best value for money in the region. Incredibly excellent.

Excellent value for money with refined and flavorful dishes at a very reasonable price of €28 and €38 for the set menus. The welcome and service were impeccable and excellent as well. Delicious bread too! Well done to these young restaurateurs!

10/02/2026: A wonderful discovery at Le Four à Chaux restaurant in Caromb. We went there to celebrate my little niece's birthday with my mother, and everything was perfect. The welcome was warm, the food was truly delicious, and the staff offered excellent advice, especially regarding the wine. It was a convivial and delightful experience; we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I highly recommend it!
