06/07/2025: A pleasant surprise surrounded by vineyards. A warm and welcoming welcome and impeccable service. I would gladly do it again. Restaurant-quality food, not reheated fare! Wines paired with the sommelier's recommendations enhance the pleasure of the meal. A beautiful establishment.

07/12/2025: Excellent. Everything was perfect. The decor, the welcome, the atmosphere, the service, the meal. We ate the best daube. Nice wine list. Don't miss this gem if you're in Avignon. It's a bit pricey.

12/11/2024: Not having been able to taste the cuisine because when booking for 3 people I was told that it was not possible because there were only tables for 2 people I remain perplexed by this curious response, to say the least. This is the first time that this argument has been proposed to me!

30/11/2025: A wonderful discovery with efficient and friendly service. The food is very good and, although the menu is limited, choosing can be difficult as everything looks tempting. A great place to eat.

25/11/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant on Friday and Monday with friends (we were two couples). We received a very warm welcome upon arrival; the staff were friendly and smiling. The food was excellent, beautifully presented, with generous portions – you can tell everything is homemade. The service was very attentive: they even kindly brought a small dish for our dog, a rare and much-appreciated gesture. A real gem! We highly recommend this restaurant for its atmosphere, the quality of the food, and the attention to customer service. We will definitely be back.

26/09/2024: La Calade is een pareltje in het mooie Blauvac. Een klein maar prachtig gelegen restaurant met een fantastisch uitzicht en vooral een fantastische keuken. De chefkok munt uit in het bedenken van creatieve combinaties die ook bijzonder fraai worden geserveerd. Kunstwerken op je bord. Het verrassingsmenu wisselt regelmatig en is steeds van een hoge kwaliteit. Wij adviseren onze gasten in onze chambres d'hotes Les Terrasses de Cascavelle maar al te graat om dit restaurant te bezoeken. En deze keer gingen we zelf en hadden daar geen spijt van.

27/08/2024: Magnifique restaurant à tous points de vue. Autant au niveau de sa situation, du contenu des assiettes que de l’accueil charmant du couple de propriétaires. Un petit bémol cependant au niveau de la communication pas très efficace mais pour le reste une très jolie table servant des plats inventifs, goûteux et magnifiquement présentés. Vraiment recommandable! Le service se faisant à l’extérieur attention cependant à la météo et munissez vous d’une petite laine, voire d’une plus grosse en cas de doute.

30/08/2024: Quelle jolie cour intérieure pour dîner, on adore ce lieu et ce qui est dans l'assiette. Du vin à l'entrée en passant par le plat jusqu'au dessert tout était parfait et délicieux ! La serveuse est souriante et professionnelle, on apprécie que l'on nous explique les plats plutôt que juste les lire. Une adresse incontournable du Luberon !

08/07/2025: The service was excellent—friendly, authentic, and perfectly timed. The menu was creative and refreshingly different: for example, razor clams as an appetizer (outstanding!), a fish and spinach lasagna for the main course (also fantastic), and a “deconstructed” lemon tart for dessert. We had trouble choosing because we wanted to try everything! Best of all, though, was the execution: everything was delightfully tasty and well‑balanced. The only thing missing was pretension—thankfully! A special thank you to Sylvia and Patrick for their warm welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back!

21/10/2024: This is a very small, fine-dining establishment. Very elegant food in an intimate space of 2 cave-like rooms typical of the village and the Luberon. The food is original, yet based on classic Provencal dishes and flavours. Superbly prepared and presented and almost always distinctly flavoured, esp the amuses bouches. Always a choice of meats and seafood. A very fine, if small, wine selection of beautiful Luberon and Rhone Valley wines. The service is almost entirely provided by one of the owners, a charming and helpful woman (who also speaks English well). The chef comes around at the end of the evening to greet his guests. Very personable, and very much of its place: a Ménerbes village gem, which frankly, is rather less known than it should be, but that's also a blessing. Down a small side street, and all seating is indoors (but air-conditioned) and cosy! Very highly recommended.

05/07/2025: At the end of the holiday we had dinner here. We had the 3-course lunch menu. We were pleasantly surprised. We will definitely come back when we are in the area.

25/06/2025: Excellent dinner, from the appetizer to the petits fours. Sweetbreads to die for, the rest is just as good, bravo to the chef. Magnificent wine list. Very pleasant service and attentive sommelier. Thank you very much, see you soon.

07/12/2025: I can't comment on the food because I haven't been there yet, but the owners' kindness is exceptional. Last night, my husband was supposed to pick up my parents and me (they have limited mobility due to their age), and the meeting point was right next to this brasserie. Try as he might, since he doesn't know the city well, he couldn't get to this corner of Place de l'Horloge by car because so many streets were closed off with barriers. It was late, and my elderly parents and I were freezing while we waited. When the owner saw us, she came out and told us to come inside and wait for him. She also insisted that my parents have something hot to eat and wouldn't let them pay anything under any circumstances. Thank you so much for your help; there aren't many people in the world with such empathy and kindness anymore. In the end, my husband managed to get close by car, and we were able to leave. I am sure that someone with such a good heart and generosity strives every day to serve their customers as best as possible.
