26/03/2024: The food was fine, but instead of the sea bream we ordered, there was cod and when we complained about it, it was contradicted.
Sorry, the cod just tastes different to the sea bream and we wouldn't have had a problem with it if they had pointed out that the sea bream was out and they had used the fish with something similar
would have replaced quality.
But to claim that the dish was sea bream, since prawns were served with cod, was incorrect.
Out of politeness we didn't intervene, let's not do it again, politeness is inappropriate at this point.

09/03/2024: The main dishes had great flavor. We had the pork belly and salmon.
Reasons stars were deducted: entree was fine, nothing super special. Atmosphere is ok, again nothing special. The mains were really good though so if you want an easy, good dinner for a decent price then you should go.

31/03/2024: We have just come from Burgundy to discover the region and we were lucky enough to discover this restaurant last night! Excellent, extremely friendly and warm! Stop and enjoy a delicious time in every sense of the word!

The spa and its unlimited access is a real advantage. The ultimate hydromassage mattress. The breakfast is amazing. A true haven of peace!

19/03/2024: Excellent dining experience! We showed up on a Monday evening, without reservation and as part of a business trip. We were warmly welcomed by the staff of the establishment. The setting is very pleasant and the dinner was just as pleasant. The service was fast. The plus: the choice of meat knives with a description of the type of wood that makes up the handle of each of them, made by a local craftsman. I highly recommend ! +++

06/04/2024: The Saint-Hubert restaurant has reopened its doors for the season, and it was with pleasure that we went there for dinner. The products are fresh, excellently cooked. As for the cooking, the flavors are perfect (we loved the lamb sweetbreads). In terms of service, the servers are pleasant, smiling and attentive. Everything is there to have a good time.
01/04/2024: PERFECT lunch on Easter Day, small plates to share as a starter, saddle of forest lamb, meringues and Carpentras strawberries for dessert, all excellent and served with a smile, in a bright dining room with a breathtaking view of the Luberon. ...A competitive sommelier who offers excellent wines from the region. One of the best addresses in the Luberon!!!!

02/04/2024: After several attempts (often full) we were able to get a table.
Disappointed but perhaps a bad choice. The aperitifs served without appetizers, the starter which arrives without having finished the aperitif, a tiny escalope of foie gras, followed by an overcooked squab (why don't you ask for it to be cooked? ), coffee without sweets all on a menu at €45, it hits hard. The daily specials surely do the trick.

24/03/2024: I ordered a pizza after reading the good comments and reviews.
I'm quite disappointed, I really expected better, being a pizza lover I'm quite annoying and I think we don't all have the same tastes.
I don't question the products and quantities used because they are plentiful.
On the other hand, the pizza was much too greasy for my taste and I really don't like it when that's the case... I didn't even finish it, very rarely for me.
The dough is, however, very good and the edges are crispy.
