07/01/2026: This year, we wanted to gather the family for Christmas in a special and welcoming place. I chose La Grange de Séveyrac, which I hadn't been to before. We were all pleasantly surprised. To begin with, the place is full of charm, nestled in a lovely natural setting on a site steeped in history, and the barn has been tastefully restored with respect for its authenticity. The welcome is simple and warm; you immediately feel at ease. As for the service, nothing is overlooked; Anne, the owner and cook, is incredibly attentive. The traditional cuisine reflects the spirit of La Grange: simple yet refined, using high-quality ingredients. We were all delighted by the setting, the atmosphere, and the meal. This has led us to plan another Christmas together at La Grange de Séveyrac! 😊

03/01/2026: If you're looking for delicious food in a traditional setting, then you've come to the right place. The warm welcome and service make you feel right at home, the large communal tables are inviting, and the menu is very generous. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and highly recommend it!

21/02/2026: A wonderful time with my best friend and my two boys… Bastide is an institution… from Nasbinal to Rodez… always top-notch. The restaurant is excellent. The bowling alley is very comfortable. The hotel is well-maintained. I recommend all three.

The place is immaculate, spotlessly clean, and what can I say about the view… simply breathtaking, with a magnificent panorama of nature and wildlife 🦌❄️ A peaceful and rejuvenating place where you immediately feel at home. 10/02/2026: The welcome was perfectly adequate. The value for money is poor. 45 euros for a disappointing meal. Going to "Bras" I expected a certain level of quality, which wasn't there. Before visiting the museum, choose another restaurant, because the museum itself is worth seeing.

The room was very large and comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean and functional. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant that evening. Frankly, the standard was worthy of a 4-star hotel restaurant. The service was impeccable and attentive, and the food was truly top-notch. We were delighted with our stay and highly recommend this establishment.

12/01/2026: We had a wonderful time together, just the girls. We laughed and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The meat was delicious, and the aligot was the best I've had in ages. The servers were fantastic, attentive, and very friendly. A truly memorable experience for all of us.

All this for a more than reasonable price. The manager took over the restaurant in February, and it's often fully booked. I highly recommend this place!
