24/09/2024: We spent 2 nights in half board. Everything was perfect. Very good restaurant with quality local products (which is very rare for a half board) and a nice wine list. Professionalism and friendliness of staff I highly recommend this establishment. Not to be missed.

23/11/2024: Au centre ville de Rodez, restaurant cozy , très chaleureux et d'un rapport qualité prix exceptionnel. Vous êtes accueilli par Dorothee la Patronne Des Arômes. D'une gentillesse remarquable et toujours avec un grand sourire. Ca fait plaisir car pas toujours le cas dans d'autres restaurants du python. En cuisine, le Chef Gregory (le patron) lui aussi d'une grande gentillesse et d'un grand professionnalisme va vous faire régaler, savourez les papilles avec des mets savoureux , des produits frais, du marché et de produits locaux et le tout dans des assiettes ou ardoises très soignées et bien dressées. A chaque visite, c'est toujours un regal , un moment merveilleux passé dans ce restaurant. Bravo au Chef Gregory et à son épouse Dorothee. Un petit conseil : Pensez à réserver..

29/09/2024: A restaurant like at home, a really good team and you can't go to Estaing without coming to eat in this friendly restaurant. I recommend the dishes, the service, the decor... We didn't want to leave The dishes are delicious and very generous! From aperitif to dessert. Well done 👏 keep it up. France, queen of gastronomy, you represent our regions. Just for that. THANKS. Hikers, visitors, gourmets, curious people... Just 2 words: come in large numbers!

24/09/2024: Changes in ownership recently, but the food is still good. The service is serious, a simple but effective slate and there is no mistaking either the quality or the quantity. A good time around a good little table.

23/09/2024: This review only concerns the restaurant Very warm welcome. Local products, home-made cuisine. Very good value for money. The hot goat cheese with honey is very tasty and its accompaniment is hearty. The lamb shank is very good. Desserts not tested because we were full.

20/09/2024: During a cycling trip we stayed there for one night. Ideally located in the heart of St Affrique, you will first be pleasantly welcomed by the owners whose hotel sense is not an empty word. Pretty little rooms recently renovated with pleasant and neat decoration, air conditioning, very good bedding and a beautiful bathroom. A closed garage for our bikes. An excellent restaurant with tasty cuisine and a service team attentive to the smooth running of your meal. A pleasant breakfast to get you back on the road. If you are in St Affrique, look no further, this is the place to stay!

29/09/2024: Brasserie avec une équipe bien rodée, accueil sympathique. Une référence à Millau. On peut prendre du vin au verre, c’est un plus. Tout était très bien exécuté.

02/09/2024: Encore une excellente adresse dans l'Aveyron ! La carte est "restreinte", mais ne vous empêche pas de longues hésitations sur les choix à faire, tant les plats sont bons ! Nous étions 4 à prendre des entrées et des plats différents, et tout s'est révélé très bon, alors n'hésitez pas à y réserver une table !

30/08/2024: Delicious, the lamb sweetbreads were perfect, we had to go back three days later. Very friendly welcome from the chef.

10/09/2024: This restaurant at La Cavalerie is located in a pretty building whose vaults have been nicely highlighted. A very friendly and helpful team serving until late. Excellent cuisine with very good value for money. I highly recommend.

08/09/2024: Back in this restaurant on the road to vacation. Always too. good, served quickly I let myself be tempted by the dish of the day, after the lamb shank we were not too hungry, that was quickly sorted out when the dishes arrived there hunger came just as quickly😛 Always parking opposite and coffee for 1 euro Nothing to complain about, very good, well served, service with a smile, the table neighbors were happy like us. In short, a restaurant that justifies the detour we made.

08/09/2024: We wanted to have a coffee but the cakes and hot chocolate caught our eye 😉, we enjoyed ourselves, we will be happy to come back if we pass by there again. Brigitte

27/08/2024: We stopped by this tea room by chance this weekend: we liked the atmosphere of the terrace! Delicious infusion, also homemade walnut cake and very friendly welcome. It's a shame that we live so far away because we would have liked to have our meal there and come back more often at snack time. Next time...

25/08/2024: Three years after our first experience we returned to this magnificent place. We must admit it is an exceptional place. This will be the only positive point I would give to date. The rest is just disappointment. The staff is breathtakingly cold. Did you have a good trip? How are you doing ? Did your stay go well? Was the experience good? None of that. Appetizer in disorder, a meal of incredible speed! No discovery for the kitchen. The grade is not a problem for us, but in this case it is. Second experience which spoils the magic of the first, we will no longer be part of this adventure, after 5 hours of driving just for this place.

25/08/2024: The Bras house seems to have changed a lot. Customer for a night and a dinner in one of the temples of French gastronomy, the incomprehension is total in front of this desolate and revolting spectacle. During almost 24 hours of presence on site, we did not have a word of welcome or to possibly know if everything had gone well, no no none of that we throw you in your room without a word on arrival and you pay the bill of 1500 euros without a single word so almost sorry to disturb Madame at the time of departure. The meal is the same style, no drinks but aperitifs, and above all hurry to the table, another ubiquitous moment in an establishment which was 3 stars but which is emancipated from this in order to obviously wrongly free it since no codes remain both in the reception and in the service. It is good to remember that your profession is one of pleasure and hospitality, serving the customer for an experience and normally of a high level. The place, on the other hand, remains, I find, like what Michel Bras' cuisine was, avant-garde, with quality and finesse in the materials, something completely incredible. Because the kitchen is also what a misadventure.. Apart from the gargoyle, little or no discovery, the dessert was catastrophic, a scent of burnt soluble coffee quite detestable but once again perhaps its cuisine was not highlighted at all by his team how to understand it? It is with deep sadness that I write this review, ladies and gentlemen, you have forgotten why you chose this profession.
