14/12/2025: Finding ourselves in Longvic for a special occasion, ETAP presented itself as a solution for a quick, affordable meal close to our destination. Once the setting in the industrial park was accepted, we were able to enjoy the dishes on offer. We would like to commend the chef/caterer, I believe, and his team. A very warm welcome and excellent Christmas dishes were offered. Special mention for the chocolate Yule log. I highly recommend it. As it's a cafeteria, you should arrive when it opens to get a table or make a reservation if you are in a group.

03/11/2025: The catering service was perfect! Excellent from appetizer to dessert, with beautifully presented desserts on a stand that showcased them perfectly! The spit-roasted suckling pig legs were cooked to perfection!

20/03/2026: I ordered through Uber Eats because they had a better deal than the restaurant price… and I was very pleasantly surprised. Well done! I'm a huge Del Arte fan, but I've just found a serious competitor! For those who know the countryside, these pizzas look like they come from food trucks, and they're delicious! I'll definitely eat in next time.

12/04/2026: The waiter seemed lost; it must not be his primary job, he wasn't taking the right appetizer orders... And I was a bit surprised; I thought I'd ordered a salmon salad, but it wasn't salmon, it was white fish 🤔 Anyway, I probably should have told them. That said, the fish as a main course was very good, and the price was reasonable.

11/04/2026: Very good. A menu that isn't 50 pages long. Friendly waiters. You can eat outside and take your time. We need to support the restaurants and inns in our villages.
