03/08/2024: Excellent food!! Whether it's pizzas, ravioli etc... everything can be enjoyed with pleasure and delicacy. Friendly service... And the prices are very reasonable considering the quality.

03/08/2024: What a great time shared between girls! A salad with very fresh produce, tasty olive oil and perfect balsamic vinegar! Mom's Milanese escalope was very filling. Special mention for the pasta, al dente come in Italia. Perfect!!! We will come back with great pleasure, a great discovery.

30/08/2024: I had lunch with my wife and daughter, we had three Charolais meats with fried potatoes what a disappointment the meat was so nervous difficult to cut it, the fried potatoes were barely warm, the red wine tasted like vinegar. I expressed my disappointment to the person who collected the money for me. The answer was that I'm not the boss so no commercial gesture, well for 76€40 it's a steal.

12/09/2024: Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place. The place is nice and the service is friendly. The dishes apparently excellent, it's a shame that after eating the tartare I felt ill with food poisoning.

09/12/2024: Well-made starter buffet, average quality dish, dry and tough roast beef, decent kidney tuna steak, a little dry too. Frozen mille-feuille for dessert in my opinion, for the price of €15 Starter, cheese dish or dessert, it's still not bad value for money.

13/12/2024: Passing towards the Christmas markets in Alsace from Lyon, we got off the highway to reach this small restaurant a few minutes from the exit. We were delighted by the cuisine, the setting and the service. We recommend. 👍

31/10/2025: For decades, La Paillote has been a quality Asian restaurant. The welcome and service are always very pleasant. The food is always excellent. The only slight drawback is the typical but dated decor.

09/11/2024: We were very disappointed with this experience. Most dishes are just defrosted, apart from the eggs from the floating island..., the same goes for desserts. The frog legs are not bad but unavailability on certain dishes. If Promocash does not supply the product, the dish will be unavailable, that's a shame! The manager, under the guise of an atypical character, allows herself derogatory remarks. Prices are excessively expensive, including for children. We had a pastime guide and the reduction made was not as advertised (5% instead of 30%) Price examples: - 1 poached egg with Epoisse sauce for children: 10€50 - 1 portion of frozen fries: €4

08/07/2025: A small fish restaurant. Good menu. With a lunch special. Quiet atmosphere. The server was very friendly. The food was also good and delicious: fresh oysters and fish soup (pureed!!!). The price/performance ratio is optimal.

28/08/2024: Our suite, the restaurants at the hotel, the staff, the location were all fantastic! We loved our stay and were able to walk around town without needing transportation. Everyone was so helpful and excited we were there. Just can't say enough nice things about this place and we are super picky.

04/08/2024: !! a horrible experience, to escape!! 400€ per night in a hotel for not sleeping and being extremely poorly received. The hotel puts us in a room not in the hotel but next door, in an ugly room with windows that are not windows. Sleepless night guaranteed! The light only works half way, the sockets too. When I arrived, a super nice exchange between the receptionists: Can you install them? No, I can't, I have a thousand things to do, can you go? Nah, I have to prepare room service. It sets the tone! The next morning I explain that I didn't sleep all night, they don't answer me, they don't apologize, the receptionist looks at me badly, the other person rushes to charge me €25 for a baby bed which I had to help install because they don't know how it works and €25 for parking. Everything was lunar, it was frankly a shame, bordering on theft. Only the breakfast team was up to par during this stay.

08/12/2024: An absolutely memorable dining experience! The restaurant keeps its promises: A big congratulations to the chef and the entire dining room team, discreet and attentive. Concerning the hotel, the setting is authentic, but certain details deserve a little refreshment to live up to the standard displayed. That said, the comfort of the rooms remains there...but the whole thing is a little frozen in time... The spa is a real plus!
