12/07/2026: We dined at Le Millésime and thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
We opted for the six-course tasting menu, which was based on the chef's inspiration.
Everything was presented with finesse and elegance. The balance of flavors was perfectly achieved. Special mention goes to the sweetbreads, which were particularly delicious.
The waitstaff were professional and attentive while remaining discreet.
We will be back!

It's also a place that hosts seminars and other receptions. We were all completely won over.
10/06/2026: A professional welcome in a unique and warm setting, and food to die for. Everything was perfect! Thank you to the whole team for your smiles and dedication. You could go there without hesitation, but it would be a shame not to appreciate the beauty of the surroundings. I highly recommend it.

15/07/2026: A group of 13 of us dined here for my birthday celebration dinner and it was delightful. A small restaurant in a quiet square in Beaune. The service was top notch and we weren't rushed at all. A small but very good selection of meat and fish options, and every dish was beautifully presented. Thanks for making us feel so welcome.
06/07/2026: We came in July, and it was quite hot, yet the food was very good, it surprised us, and the service was attentive and efficient. Very good, added to our favorites.

10/04/2026: The kebab was very generously filled, which is a plus, and the service was very fast 👍🏻 However, the bread had an overpowering sesame flavor that completely overpowered everything else. The white sauce was very subtle, to the point that I initially thought it had been forgotten. As for the meat, it lacked flavor and wasn't seasoned enough. In the end, despite the generous filling and efficient service, the balance of flavors wasn't quite right.
25/03/2026: Excellent kebab, generous portion. Quick service and very pleasant staff. An extra star for the delicious white sauce. So far, the best kebab in Dijon.

18/07/2026: Hello, this was not a tourist place. Authentic Bourgogne fair. Delicious, I had the Veal my wife the beef, Foi Gras, exceptionally good.
Ladies running the place were very nice.
Place was packed with local folks.
Price was good.
Get a reservation.

A friendly atmosphere, an amazing wine and beer list, and fair prices.
The food is simply outstanding.
The meat is of very high quality and all-you-can-eat, again at a reasonable price.
BRAVO to the team at La Braserade for bringing this concept to Dijon!

22/07/2026: Stopped here en route between the channel tunnel and Mougins. 2 visits in May and June. Excellent wine recommendations for my wife, gentle but characterful northern Rhone whites. The food, great plates, clever combinations of flavour and presentations that really tickle the eyes and tastebuds. Fab selection of cheeses too if you have room and there is a good balance of areas and styles. But it is those wonderful plates of carefully presented starters mains and desserts.

03/08/2026: I love this family-run restaurant. I've been going there for years. I even knew the parents before the sons took it over. The service is perfect and the food is delicious.
We were served by Anissa. She's very professional, friendly, and lovely.
If you don't know this restaurant, go without hesitation. It's the best Moroccan restaurant in Dijon. (Aline, Aurélien's sister)

The food is incredible, the manager is friendly, and the service is impeccable. I highly recommend this restaurant. A friend recommended the Künefe; it's very sweet but so delicious!

26/07/2026: Superb experience at Le Carmin! Beautiful cuisine, excellent wine selection to complement the dishes, outstanding sommelier, the amuse-bouches were perhaps a touch understated, but overall the meal was superb. 🙂
25/07/2026: The overall impression is cold due to the very businesslike service. Our menu was served with extreme precision. That felt distant. I did not like the white wine by the glass I ordered, and the sommelier was kind enough to offer another white wine that did not need to be paid for. Kudos to the sommelier. The food was excellent.

25/07/2026: It's always a pleasure to eat at Le P'tit Paradis when we're in Beaune.
The food is excellent, especially the chilled pea soup with avocado and chorizo as a starter, which is a real treat.
We'll gladly return on our next visit to the region.
