20/09/2026: My husband and I were passing through to explore the region. We were recommended a restaurant by the person we were staying with. The setting of Le Cellier Volnaysien is very pleasant, with a calm and relaxing outdoor area. The restaurant is located in a vaulted stone cellar, tastefully decorated. The waitresses were helpful, friendly, and always smiling. The atmosphere was relaxed, convivial, calm, and professional. And the meal? Delicious! We chose the beef fondue with baked potatoes. The ingredients were high quality, and the desserts were homemade (and we even left with the potato recipe!). The wine pairing was excellent, perfectly suited to our dish and our tastes. In short, I highly recommend it and wish the whole team continued success!

A very warm welcome and a lovely table on the terrace where you can savor this delicious cuisine. Crafted dishes with a multitude of flavors, accompanied by recommended wines. From delicious appetizers to the must-try escargots or pâté en croûte, to the surprising beef and veal carpaccio 😋... The journey continues with the foie gras ravioli 😋🤪... which speak for themselves... (excellent). To finish, a touch of five cheeses 😏. "Chic & Gourmand" is bursting with flavor and highly recommended for any visit to Beaune.

18/09/2026: We had a wonderful evening at Le Carmin. The cuisine is exceptional. Each dish is a true work of art, presented with great imagination and a keen sense of aesthetics. The portions are more than generous. We enjoyed six courses and were delighted after a four-hour meal. The service is excellent, the wine list is extensive, and the wine recommendations are top-notch. This restaurant is highly, highly recommended.

02/10/2026: Exceptional restaurant... Everything is perfect... From the moment you arrive until you leave... Cuisine featuring local products... The waiter was incredibly friendly and clearly loves his job... He knows the wines and local ingredients perfectly, helping you make the right choice... And the desserts, oh my, the choices were so difficult... As it was a friend's wedding anniversary, we were treated to a gourmet platter for four 🫣🥰❤️ (photos to prove it). Don't hesitate, I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant... 🥰

26/08/2026: This is a place that truly lives up to its name! The innkeeper welcomes you with impeccable service, even if you arrive unexpectedly just before closing time. He sets your table, pours you a drink, and finds you an excellent charcuterie board. With a smile, he also finds you a superb rum baba topped with a real cherry preserved in brandy under the counter. A place not to be missed!
