06/09/2024: It’s ok. The service is great. The food is good. But… at the end of the day, the menu is dull. Nothing a relatively experienced home cook couldn’t pull off on a weeknight. It’s a very good chicken and lovely whipped potatoes at a mind numbingly ridiculously high price. Honestly, I expect way more at a Michelan restaurant. It seems in Beaune, they are given out as party favors, where in the rest of the world the food must be spectacular, innovative, special and memorable. If you are going for the wine and the service, decent but boring food, and a really high bill, look no further.

30/07/2024: Between the description found in the Michelin Guide of this so-called “chic” bistro honoring local flavors and products and reality there is not a gap but a gulf. The welcome is basic, a guest's napkin has a hole in it and although we drew the attention of a waiter to this subject, it will never be replaced. The dishes follow one another and only reinforce the idea that we would have been better off booking elsewhere. If the price is right, the quality of the food is absolutely not. The puree is messy and inedible. We report it to the waiter who offers us a new one. As a precaution, to preserve our taste buds, we prefer to ask for the bill... salty, very salty, too salty and leave the establishment. Wine by the glass is offered to us but that is no consolation because the latter (32 euros per glass) was not up to par either. We leave this place relieved that the experience has ended but with the unpleasant feeling of having been the victim of an imposture. We don't know when this establishment shone for the quality of its cuisine but it must have been a long time ago. A serious questioning is necessary before the shipwreck.

14/09/2024: Pizza chef more than unpleasant. We asked several times for our takeaway pizza to be cut. He told us he “didn’t have time.” Time that he prefers to spend chatting with his regulars. Add pizzas of very variable size, as does the quantity of toppings. Very very average pizza: very greasy, burnt dough, slices of cold meats 1cm thick, very difficult to cut and eat. To flee.

08/09/2024: Received by a very unpleasant blonde waitress who doesn't crack a smile. She threw the cards on the table without even looking at us. We really felt like we were bothering him. I think she should change careers, she is not made for business!!!!

08/07/2024: Had a meal on the occasion of a birthday, there are many choices including starters, main courses, cheeses and desserts. The owners are very friendly I highly recommend.

25/03/2024: Superb moment in a magnificent place. We were pleasantly received, the meal was refined and excellent, when it comes to service, you can blindly trust the waiters who will take great care of you with a smile. I recommend 100%.

18/02/2024: visit for Valentine's Day, unique menu, the pigeon pie did not go down at all for me and my partner, they reported it to the waitress during the meal, and to the hostess when paying the bill. sick when I came home, 4 days later still with my stomach acting up, I don't know what was in it to put us in this state. €181 bill for being sick, and a wasted Valentine's Day. yes for once it is well done pigeon mr silva

01/09/2024: Piacevole Ferragosto in questo grazioso locale nel parco di un piccolo paese della Borgogna. Buon servizio e convincente cucina. Menù del giorno a 25 euro o scelta alla carta. Polletto alla griglia con patate veramente gustosi; squisita la mousse al cioccolato. Lista dei vini completa e per tutte le tasche. Prenotabile anche con TheFork

29/08/2024: Le Mably è un ristorante situato nel cuore di Digione. Il locale è arredato in stile bistrot / pub con un atmosfera ruspante e vivace. Il menu offre una varietà di piatti francesi classici. Ci sono varie combinazioni di menù per tutte le esigenze, anche il menù del giorno. Le porzioni sono generose. Servizio rapido inizialmente, anche se hanno sbagliato un menù per un nostro amico che aveva chiesto la pasta e quindi abbiamo poi preso tutti il menù del giorno perchè eravamo in forte ritardo.
