24/05/2026: An extremely unpleasant waitress with short red hair. She speaks rudely to customers, only half-fills glasses under the pretext that we ask for ice on the side, even though we are Gold members. On top of that, she speaks disrespectfully to customers when she is clearly in the wrong. A very bad experience, especially for someone who presents herself as a manager. Avoid this waitress at all costs. As loyal customers for years, we find this unacceptable. We will not be returning, especially if she is the one serving us.

01/05/2026: I just picked the date randomly because, frankly, I've known and frequented this bar for so long, formerly Pont Neuf, because of its lovely terrace... one of the few in Besançon. When I was still working, I often had my coffee there early in the morning before work. The owners, Dominic and Claire, work very hard and have done so for years, so a little kindness and respect for them would be appreciated. I go back as soon as my health allows, due to some health issues. The service is always top-notch, and the establishment has always been impeccably clean. And a new addition to help them out, Karine, a ray of sunshine and positivity. I'd like to take this opportunity to wish them a well-deserved holiday at the end of this week. I'll be there whenever I can. Thanks to Dominique and Claire, supported by Karine.

13/09/2026: 6 stars ⭐️! The servers are super friendly and professional (I'm a waitress myself, and well done, I'd love to poach your team up north). Thank you also for the bandage; I hurt my foot in the afternoon. The wine selection is excellent, and they even have Duvel! Thank you 🤩

It's the first time a restaurant owner has offered me a taste of the wines before pouring my glass. Honestly, fantastic. Thank you again for your hospitality.

28/03/2026: For a post-burial gathering at the Corpont cemetery in Lanester, we walked to the Café des Arts, which was very convenient. We received a very warm welcome from the owner. The room above the bar was large enough to accommodate our group of 50. We all had a seat, and for €10 per person, we were very happy with the service. We enjoyed chocolate cakes, delicious fresh crêpes with a variety of jams, pound cake, and unlimited drinks: coffee, tea, wine, and fruit juice. The small lounges provided a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. There were also tables available. The bar owner was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you for this lovely time; it was very enjoyable. Our whole family was very happy. Sincerely.

18/08/2026: The kebab was too basic, even disappointing; the fries were soggy and scattered, and the white sauce needs improvement. It was a kebab straight out of the 90s.

15/03/2026: A calm atmosphere and very friendly owners; it's the kind of restaurant where you won't leave hungry. The portions are generous and delicious, and they'll gladly serve you seconds. Excellent desserts too. Be warned, though, because even if it seems inexpensive, on Saturdays the bill can quickly add up if you're not careful about the price of the dish displayed at the entrance.
