04/09/2024: One of the best restaurant experiences I have had in a long time! The food was made with love and absolute expertise. It was a pure joy to visit! I can very much recommend it and would definitely be back next time I visit Beaune.

25/11/2025: Always a sure bet! The cuisine is delicious, ranging from perfectly executed Burgundian classics (excellent pâté en croûte) to more modern touches that add a great deal of finesse. The service is attentive, friendly, and very pleasant. The wine list is remarkable: extensive, well-rounded, with a readily available sommelier who provides excellent recommendations. In short, a wonderful experience, a must-visit in Nuits-Saint-Georges.

16/11/2025: We booked this restaurant at the last minute without knowing anything about it. It was a wonderful experience. Not only was everything delicious, but the service was also top-notch. We were a group of six, and everyone agreed. The venison was incredibly tender. The beef bourguignon was excellent and perfectly cooked. The eggs in white wine sauce were a delightful discovery. The staff were attentive and charming. Well done! I highly recommend it.

27/01/2026: Le Béléna in Béaune – after the change of ownership, it's unfortunately no longer the restaurant we appreciated for. Therefore, I must revise my previous review. Located on Place Madeleine, Le Béléna is very conveniently situated: right next to a free parking lot on the edge of the old town. Since the change of ownership about two years ago, several things have changed for the worse. Where it was once an elegant restaurant with higher standards, it's now comparable to those geared towards tourists, which are less recommendable. The menu hardly varies anymore, and the food left much to be desired.

22/01/2026: Absolutely perfect! The welcome was excellent, the table was spotless with its cloth napkins. The daily special was incredibly affordable, and the quality far exceeded the price. The servers were incredibly attentive, and we never had to ask for anything. They were very proactive and helpful. The group of seniors I accompanied that day joins in this praise.

03/01/2026: We highly recommend this excellent restaurant where we received an exceptionally warm welcome with our two young children. From the amuse-bouche to the desserts, everything was superb. The service was impeccable, with many thoughtful touches for our two-year-old daughter. Special mention goes to the children's menu, which offers a choice of fish or meat, allowing little ones to enjoy a balanced meal while stimulating their palates!

24/12/2025: We arrived without a reservation and were warmly welcomed. The service was attentive. The wine selection was excellent, as was the food. Excellent value for money. I asked to take my dessert away, and the chef offered me a box and a bag. My husband had forgotten his cap, and they even chased after us to return it. In short, a perfect place to eat well in a friendly atmosphere.

18/11/2025: My husband gave me a gift certificate for a meal and wines. Each course was a surprise, both visually and in terms of taste. It was exceptional! We had a wonderful time. The waitresses were very kind and attentive. Thank you to the whole team for this fantastic experience.

19/10/2025: An exceptional Michelin-starred restaurant! Delicious wedding meal (11 people) in a separate room. The five-course menu, the composition of which is unknown in advance, is a great success, for a very reasonable price (around one hundred euros per person, excluding wines). The dishes are fusion cuisine, blending exotic flavors, particularly Asian/Japanese, with great local classics. The result is very refined, original, surprising, but always delicious (even for palates accustomed to the most classic French cuisine). The cheese cart is particularly extensive and honors this passion for France and Burgundy. Of course, they adapt to your allergies/foods you don't like. The wine list is excellent, covering all price ranges, and we received excellent advice. A benchmark in the region!!!

The drinks were undrinkable and overpriced. As for the service, let's not even go there: foul and inappropriate language. In short, I do not recommend it.

03/02/2026: One positive point is that this restaurant is one of those open on Sundays. We arrived late, around 1 p.m., without a reservation, and it wasn't a problem. The welcome was pleasant and the service quick. As for the food, the portions were generous and the dishes were very good—no complaints. The decor was simple and the atmosphere relaxed. So, for us, it's a great place.
