18/11/2025: My husband gave me a gift certificate for a meal and wines. Each course was a surprise, both visually and in terms of taste. It was exceptional! We had a wonderful time. The waitresses were very kind and attentive. Thank you to the whole team for this fantastic experience.
19/10/2025: An exceptional Michelin-starred restaurant! Delicious wedding meal (11 people) in a separate room. The five-course menu, the composition of which is unknown in advance, is a great success, for a very reasonable price (around one hundred euros per person, excluding wines). The dishes are fusion cuisine, blending exotic flavors, particularly Asian/Japanese, with great local classics. The result is very refined, original, surprising, but always delicious (even for palates accustomed to the most classic French cuisine). The cheese cart is particularly extensive and honors this passion for France and Burgundy. Of course, they adapt to your allergies/foods you don't like. The wine list is excellent, covering all price ranges, and we received excellent advice. A benchmark in the region!!!

02/07/2024: Passing by motorbike this afternoon, we were able to have lunch without having reserved, very nice welcome, apparently New owner who opened recently, parking right in front to park our motorbikes, practical, well-stocked daily menu at 18€, small restaurant as we like love, simple and good, see you next time! 😉

29/06/2025: A warm welcome, large pizza 🍕, good 👍 with thin crust (possibility of taking away) A menu with many choices of pizzas, even too many 😂 and others: salad, dough etc… very reasonable price for well-filled plates 😉! Service a little long but the person who served us was all alone.

17/12/2024: Nous sommes allés à ce restaurant suite à la diffusion d'une vidéo sur Facebook d'un chroniqueur culinaire ( Gauthier Pajona ) pour voir de près et nous n'avons pas été déçu super accueil du patron et de la patronne ,la déco du restaurant très bien fait avec gout que que dire du repas qui était excellent nous avons pris du vin au verre de l'apéro au dessert et leur petits pains fait maison extra le patron est venu nous voir à la fin du repas et nous a offert un café très sympa de sa part ce qui est sur nous reviendront car il y a pleins de bonnes choses à découvrir bonnes fêtes de fin d'année et à bientôt,Mr Alain et Christine Rapha

She knew we were falling behind but didn't hesitate to announce out loud behind my back I site "he couldn't say it before that one". As if I could anticipate a meeting being late. 17/11/2025: Continuing my journey through the Noiron-sous-Gevrey region, after many stops at inns and taverns, I paused at a place called La Fabrique Gourmande to sample a dish said to be among the most famous: the gourmet bowl. To my great surprise, the dish featured golden fries, a most unusual thing in my knightly eyes, as such preparations were unheard of on our medieval tables. The minced beef, however, revealed a refined taste I had anticipated, and the sauce, layered with melted Reblochon-style cheese and gently caramelized onions, confirmed, by its richness and finesse, that the cook was well-versed in the flavors of our Dauphiné lands. Having challenged the owner, I was able to appreciate that, despite the unusual nature of some of the ingredients, the dish lived up to its name and satisfied a palate well-versed in the culinary traditions of our region. My steed was able to rest in the shade, a sign that the traveler finds honor and comfort there. I set off again, fulfilled, to spread this news to the king, so that the excellence and uniqueness of this feast might be known.
