10/06/2026: First restaurant in Dijon. Wow, we could come here every day :-) The pulled pork is to die for. The wine selection is excellent; we particularly enjoyed the Pinot Noir from the Côte de Beaune (and no, not the Côte de Nuits, no big deal). A truly wonderful place where everything is carefully considered. The service is also top-notch. Highly recommended.

06/06/2026: The service was very slow… The food was very good. However, the waitress we had was unfriendly and didn't smile. We asked her for the dessert menu, she gave it to us, and then she never came back to take our order… Yet she kept walking right past us, completely clueless! While we waited to order, she preferred to chat and laugh with her colleagues behind the bar. So we didn't get our desserts. Very disappointed with the service.

05/06/2026: The staff's welcome was excellent, even though it started badly because we found ourselves with a group of people stuck outside as the door wouldn't open... Then the waitress was responsive and lovely, and we were served quickly. However, the food left much to be desired. My friend and I ordered the dish with three portions of pasta. The lasagna was edible, but my salmon pasta was cold, and I had less than my friend. As for the spinach pasta, it was good, but some of it wasn't cooked properly. Then, halfway through the meal, a nauseating smell of garbage wafted over us, attracting flies that wouldn't leave us alone for the rest of the meal... It really raises questions about hygiene... And to top it all off, my friend and I were sick all night! We definitely won't be going back!

23/05/2026: The most charming local spot to enjoy a glass of wine or Crémant! Our favourite was a chilled glass of the second rose on the menu. The owners and everyone who worked there were absolutely delightful and so welcoming. We were lucky to chance on it

14/05/2026: We tried the Michelin-starred restaurant for the first time and it was a very pleasant experience. Immersed in the atmosphere of a barn, the dishes flowed seamlessly, with efficient, unpretentious service unlike what you sometimes find in other Michelin-starred restaurants. It was perfect. There's no set menu; it's offered for the entire table. The ingredients are high-quality and seasonal.

03/05/2026: We had dinner at the Michelin-starred restaurant. Overall, it was good. The cheese tartlet with ham they brought us as an entree was exquisite, the egg was very interesting and very good, the second course "brochet" was good; I expected a little more, then the asparagus and langostino (good, a little small and could have been a little more), but overall, a good dish. In my opinion, the trout was very good, well-cooked and beautifully served. The pork came in two courses; the first course was good, cubed, but it could have been a little more... the second course was much more interesting, with a piece of crispy bacon. In addition to the chef's menu, we also asked to try a cut of meat we saw in a fridge upon entering, and they kindly added it to the menu. Personally, the L sauce was very good; I would have served it on the side and not on top. The location is very beautiful, the staff is friendly, perhaps not always the most attentive; we often served ourselves water and wine. For a Michelin-starred restaurant, I expect a little more. Overall, however, everything was quite good, with well-prepared and well-presented dishes.

03/05/2026: An excellent restaurant where Burgundian cuisine is given a modern twist if you wish... otherwise, let yourself be tempted by the Japanese gastronomy. It's delicious. Special mention for the magnificent drive that leads to this timeless place. Reservations are essential. Exceptional wine cellar.

13/03/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves every time we ate there. Everything is homemade. And the hot dishes are served under cloches, which is rare these days. The dessert, in particular, is anise crème brûlée from Flavigny—incredible and unique in the region! A place you absolutely must share!
