It features proper tablecloths, beautifully presented dishes, and an extraordinary meal, even if you choose the most economical option. There's no children's menu, but everything is done to ensure they're happy. This historic establishment, run by a woman, is at the very top of what a modern gourmet appreciates.

19/08/2026: We've been coming to Elixkir in Quetigny for eight years now, and it's always a real pleasure! It's a great place, with excellent beers and a wide selection that changes with the seasons. There really is something for everyone! The staff is always fantastic—welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The prices are also very reasonable, which makes it even more enjoyable. We also really appreciate the board games they have available, for both children and adults. It's definitely our favorite brewery, and we love going back year after year. Thank you to the whole Elixkir team for your warm welcome and all the great times! We'll definitely be back!

29/09/2026: We had a meal with a starter and dessert. We also ordered a bottle of wine, recommended by our waitress based on our choices, and it was excellent. The staff was lovely, without exception. They all worked very hard and perhaps seemed a little understaffed, which explains the slight wait for the bill. I think they were doing their best, so it's a minor detail. Overall, we had a wonderful evening.

The service was excessively slow, over 20 minutes after ordering before I could pick it up (might as well go to a fine dining restaurant). Furthermore, the extra €2.50 for the Merguez sausage, for which I only received three pieces, leaves me a little dubious.

20/09/2026: Absolutely fantastic place, we had a wonderful evening with friends. The bartenders are just amazing. ————————————————————————- Second evening: We are a group of friends who come to Burgundy a few times a year. We had a wonderful evening at Côté Rhum in Beaune. Having a rather high holiday budget, we spent nearly €400 in this bar (there were four of us). As we were leaving, we were INSULTED by the bouncers when we thanked and said goodbye. I think that knowing how fragile the nightlife industry is, you can't insult customers like that. It's simply shameful. Management needs to take action quickly.
