09/03/2024: We chose the Stage formula which includes, in addition to the room, dinner and breakfast. Regarding the room, it was on the 2nd floor without elevator, it was mentioned when booking that our room included a large double bed and a single bed, this suited me perfectly since I was with my daughter. In the end we had two single beds, one next to the other, that's not what was specified, but we ended up sleeping very well in total calm. Regarding the dinner, the chef is not starred, the dishes were very sophisticated, creative and very good, but be careful with the salt!

27/03/2024: First time and not the last in this Dijon restaurant. We are very well received there, the place is atypical and the menu displayed on the wall forms a pretty decoration. My choice fell on the canon burger at 19.50 euros. Everything is homemade! Bread "buns" from the local baker, epoisses sauce, fries, coleslow and even ketchup (delicious!). Meal ending on gingerbread with orange zest, at 7.20 euros, leaving a pleasant feeling on my taste buds. To summarize, this restaurant is a very good place for these burgers. I will go back very soon to try other recipes....

24/03/2024: Very good discovery! The burgers were really excellent and our reservation was made very easily. The service was long, but the wait was worth it. We were perfectly at ease in the basement room.

14/05/2024: Very good beef bourguignon, but average service This restaurant was recommended to me for beef bourguignon, and I was not disappointed. Beef bourguignon is served in a casserole dish, with tagliatelle on the side. The meat is very tender and melts in the mouth, and the sauce is excellent. On the other hand, the service was very average. The waiter came to take our appetizer order, speaking to us in English, thinking we were foreign tourists. We answer him in French. He came back 2 minutes later to bring us the glasses of wine, speaking to us again in English. We respond to him again in French. Rebelote, he speaks to us again in English (still not having understood that we were not foreign tourists) when he brings us the dish, offers us the dessert menu… In short, not very pleasant.

24/03/2024: The sandwich Dijonnais was incredible, on top of it was a Saint nectarine cheese and galette of potatoes, i never eat sandwiches also delicious

21/03/2024: We went there for dinner. It was good overall. We focused on epoisse dishes. Epoisses eggs and Epoisses bourgiburger. It was very good, despite everything, we had difficulty finding the epoisses taste. It was clean and the service was very good and friendly.

28/03/2024: We were offered a 6-course meal in this restaurant. The meal was very good, but personally a little too much on the plate. The snail soufflé and scallops were divine. The fish was a little overcooked for my taste as well as the Iberian pork. But we had a great time and the owner is very helpful.

19/03/2024: We really like this restaurant, which we knew from the days of the chef, Joy-Astrid's parents. Her husband Alexis, also a chef, and she took over and modernized the place. The young team is particularly dynamic. The card is changed regularly. We have just tasted the new menu: tasty and hearty dishes. The excellent pâté to share as an aperitif and you can also buy some 😉 Always new ideas on the plate. 😋😋 Good value for money. We highly recommend. Remember to book!

30/01/2024: Great discovery. The burgers are really tasty/delicious. A little filet mignon in a crust, at the top. Very friendly welcome and party atmosphere when we were there. I would go back there, that's absolutely certain.

23/03/2024: The service from Caroline and Pascal was 1st class. After some travel issues they helped us and make everything easy. Their English was good and they genuinely cared. Good old fashioned great service The rooms were spotless, breakfast lovely. For a 3 star hotel it is lovely and would highly recommend. Parking also plentiful full and easy which after a long journey is needed.
