02/09/2024: I had the opportunity to call on Lard du Gout comm caterer for my wedding in Dordogne and on another occasion for barbecues with friends.
Bravo to the quality of all the products, excellent butchery!
The owner of the butcher shop is also a very very nice professional who was able to advise me for my wedding and who made himself available for delivery.
Thanks to the whole team!
We recommend: go there with your eyes closed (and your mouth open!)

An exceptional moment, carried by the kindness, generosity and empathy of our hosts. Mamie was very moved by the attentive service and the perfectly adapted and quite remarkable menu.
Incidental but very notable, our puppy was also particularly well received, with special attention, which really touched us.
Excellence both in the kitchen and in the dining room: the chef's creativity is certain, creativity that he was able to express despite the constraint, with a lot of understanding. The result met our expectations. Delicious !
Thank you again for your hospitality.

there is enough choice too. Smiling and impeccable service.
In short, an excellent souvenir for customers visiting with family here.

25/08/2024: Last minute reservation for a weekend, and what a nice surprise. A smiling, dynamic and pleasant welcome. Large, well separated pitches. Clean sanitary facilities, a pleasant, good restaurant at very reasonable prices. The managers and employees are super nice.
I recommend with my eyes closed to all lovers of nature, calm and simplicity.

25/08/2024: We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful Le Lieu campsite. A warm welcome by Charline and Julien who make you feel that you are their guest and want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. One wonderful, quiet campsite, you can choose your own spot. Many shaded areas with hedges. 1 central toilet block with all facilities. Toilet paper, shower gel, no coin hassle. Beautifully located next to the forest, dog friendly. Restaurant with hot snacks and delicious pizzas from Julien. Occasional theme evening with a modified menu, we had Spanish paella with home-baked cake and a live band! Very pleasant. Sublime!

25/08/2024: During a visit to Issigeac, being from Périgord we didn't want to eat local canned duck served to tourists... And what a surprise in this little restaurant.
Hidden in a small alley, it's worth it, a beautiful plate, generous in quantity, in taste, it's homemade and our palate says Yes!
But that's not all, there are homemade English desserts, scones, cheesecake, etc... A delight.
The price is normal.
I highly recommend this restaurant to any visitors to Issigeac. For lunch or a gourmet tea!

Bien que végétarien, la proposition faite par le chef/la cheffe était tout à fait à notre convenance.
Petite salade de saison en entrée suivie d’un plat principal avec une galette végétarienne accompagnée de petits légumes travaillés et goutus. Pour finir, plateau de fromages et dessert. Vin rouge à volonté.
On en ressort repu et satisfait.
