19/06/2026: Booked a Wonderbox package with breakfast included, plus dinner as an extra. In the mobile home: The entrance mat was dirty, not to mention the mess under the bed and the dust in the bathroom. I expressed my dissatisfaction, but received a surprising response: (If you had gone camping...) "They just throw you a key and tell you to figure it out yourself..." And the restaurant? It's closed; the owner is having her family over this weekend, so it's out of the question. Don't even bother looking around these accommodations; they're so filthy. To top it off, we met the neighboring tenant who had his dirty laundry outside his door. I won't even mention the owner's comments, to whom I left a message expressing my dissatisfaction. We couldn't stay... I should point out that the hotel/restaurant industry has been my profession for 40 years.

07/06/2026: We just had a fantastic weekend there! We highly recommend it! The welcome was very friendly, the accommodation was excellent, and the restaurant had everything homemade – we thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back!!

17/05/2026: A very good experience at the spa: we were warmly welcomed, the setting is lovely and well-designed for total relaxation. The only slight drawback was the changing room, which was a bit small!

16/11/2025: We arrived twice right after opening, at 2:45 PM for a 3:00 PM opening. Both times we were told to expect a wait of over an hour, even though reservations aren't possible. The staff was quickly overwhelmed and almost rude. So both times we ended up going across the street to the laser tag arena.

30/04/2026: Lunch with friends: a welcome bowl of hot soup (a welcome treat on this rainy day), a duck confit and potato pie with a side salad, and strawberry tiramisu, plus coffee or tea. All for €14.50, homemade and served upstairs in a charming and very comfortable English-style dining room. A very pleasant and warm welcome.

24/03/2026: Very calm atmosphere. Reasonable prices. The second floor offers a warm setting, delicious homemade pastries, and a wide selection of teas. An ideal place to meet up with friends.

09/01/2026: Excellent experience! The all-you-can-eat concept is perfectly executed: the food is fresh, high-quality, and expertly prepared. There's a wide selection of dishes, both hot and cold, with authentic and well-balanced flavors. You can tell the care is taken with the preparation and replenishment. The staff is welcoming and efficient, and the setting is clean and pleasant. This all-you-can-eat restaurant clearly stands out for the quality of its food. We'll gladly return!

17/05/2026: The overall stay was satisfactory. A minor drawback was the surrounding noise (traffic and neighbors), as well as the lack of a welcome tray with a kettle and some tea/coffee bags, which would have been a real plus. Otherwise, the hotel is very well located and close to the free Henri IV parking lot!

04/05/2026: The hotel was well located – thankfully. We opted for a superior room at €140 per night, with breakfast at €20 to keep with the theme. The room was clean... provided you didn't look too closely at the generously stained carpet. The bathroom, delightfully frozen in time with its candy pink decor, offered the added bonus of peeling tiles in front of the sink. A certain charm, no doubt. The price, however, is firmly rooted in the present... and rather ambitious considering the amenities. As for breakfast, it was adequate but meager; we had to wait until the second day and a buffet to get anything close to what one might expect at this price. On the other hand, dinner at the hotel restaurant was very good with impeccable service. It's a shame the hotel itself doesn't live up to this standard.

30/06/2026: We only had dinner. A very warm welcome and an excellent Périgord meal. A pleasant atmosphere among the people there and a friendly local feel. I recommend it.

25/05/2026: Restaurant, Gourmet Menu, Lunch on the terrace overlooking the vineyards and Bergerac. Excellent meal, smiling waiters with helpful advice.

13/05/2026: It's ridiculously expensive so we treated ourselves for our birthday 🎈 Restaurant looks boring for Michelin star standard. The waiters were busy and not attentive. We ordered flight of wine to accompany our meal. It was 25 euros per person.we had two tiniest of measures. And they forgot to bring the third wine. When we requested the waitress did not apologise or make it right she said Well I'm busy. Besides you not missing much. But they still charged us. Food was ok but not really Michelin standard that we experienced elsewhere. Very disappointed. Menu extremely limited two options ... My sincere opinion, don't waste your money. Plenty of great much cheSper and more welcoming restaurants around.

15/01/2026: I was turned away during opening hours, quite arrogantly with a smile when I saw the pizzas; it was probably for the best.

29/04/2026: The staff isn't very friendly, let alone helpful. If you have heavy packages delivered to this address, don't expect any assistance, regardless of your age or physical condition. Chivalry and helpfulness are becoming increasingly rare.

28/04/2026: Great little café and tobacconist, very well maintained, very pretty inside with a small interior terrace. Good clientele, the owner and daughter are very friendly.

01/06/2026: The food was good. The waitress made a mistake with our order but then proceeded to lecture us, which is unacceptable. Especially given the unusually long wait considering how few people were there. Fortunately, her colleague came to apologize. I don't go to a restaurant to be lectured by someone who made a mistake. I won't be returning and am giving a negative review. The background music was completely unnecessary but luckily not too bothersome.

28/05/2026: Shameful! On par with a school cafeteria. Absolutely avoid it, despite the beautiful location.

20/03/2026: Best ice cream shop in Sarlat! The ice cream is excellent, the flavors are truly amazing. I'm always tempted to try everything to share with family or friends. I highly recommend it.

26/12/2025: I made a quick stop at the Christmas market and grabbed a small ice cream out of curiosity and they were very good, nothing special to say.

13/04/2026: I regularly come to this shop to buy my cigarettes. But the welcome is always very cold; the shopkeeper is unfriendly and gives the impression that we're bothering him (to put it politely). He clearly lacks patience with his customers. It's a shame because a little smile and respect would make all the difference! I feel uncomfortable every time I go there, but really only because it's near my home.
