30/07/2026: Hello, on July 30, 2026, we came to eat at your establishment, where we had been regular customers for almost five years. We have spent over €3,000 there over the years and have eaten lunch there every day for four years. During our meal, our one-and-a-half-year-old son, who has a disability, banged his fork on the table for about ten seconds. We intervened several times to ask her to stop. Despite this, the restaurant manager approached our son, roughly snatched the fork from his hands, and shouted, “Stop, you’re breaking my head!” Given his young age and disability, we were shocked by this reaction. We have filed a complaint with SignalConso. It is with regret that we inform you that we will no longer be returning to your restaurant, even though we have enjoyed dining there for several years.

25/09/2026: Hello, given the high volume of visitors to the center, the numbered tickets system, based on arrival time, needs to be reinstated... this would be fairer and clearer for everyone. The receptionist is professional and attentive... but a second person is needed from the moment the center opens to manage the flow of people and reduce the long wait times.

22/08/2026: Terrible experience. Mugs, plates, jug, and spoons were disgustingly dirty: my mug was stained with someone's lipstick, it felt as if none of it had been washed. We had 2 lattes and 2 store-bought muffins for 19€, which felt like a scam given the quality of what was served as well as the state of the kitchen area.

26/09/2026: A very regular customer for many years, I called for my twin daughters' 20th birthday the day before. When I arrived, I reminded the owner's daughter, pointing to the table, that the desserts arrived without candles. We had to ask for them afterward... There was just a firework in a jar with pizza dough 😒. Very disappointed, I explained this to the waiter before leaving. In short, not very nice 😒. The meal left a bitter taste with a missed opportunity for a surprise.

11/09/2026: We loved everything!!! We took the 9:15 pm departure and we HIGHLY recommend it!!! They slow down near the Eiffel Tower at 11 pm so we have the chance to see it light up brilliantly! The food was excellent! I had the fish and my partner had the poultry, and it was delicious!! The appetizers were extraordinary!!! We were served by Rachid!!! He was really kind and even offered to take our picture on the deck of the boat with the city lights! It was a wonderful evening!! Easy to get to and the crew was perfect!

12/09/2026: A company that hires young people for summer jobs and treats them like dirt. The bosses are incredibly vicious; they think they can get away with anything and speak to the young people terribly. And to top it all off, some of the female managers think they can do whatever they want… you should look elsewhere instead of hiding there; the so-called manager status is going to your head. Avoid at all costs.

20/09/2026: Contrary to the comments of disgruntled and demanding tourists, this restaurant is highly recommended. We had lunch as a couple on a sunny Sunday, September 20th, so the restaurant was packed. The welcome and service were impeccable, provided by a young and friendly team. The service was perfect, and the regional dishes were excellent. It's worth noting that in September, the majority of customers were locals, which reasonably suggests that this isn't a tourist trap, as some reviews might imply—those reviews from people who, it seems, eat much worse at home.

20/09/2026: Despite the beautiful setting, we were very disappointed by the value for money of the food. We ordered two "large salads," which contained only two halves of cherry tomatoes, four walnuts, two slices of ham, and two pieces of bread with some cheese that looked like they were fighting for space. The only "large" thing about these salads was their price: €21 for so few ingredients! When we mentioned this at the checkout, we were told, "It's not like we haven't already told them." A bill of €65 for two salads, two coffees, and cocktails is a bit steep (as is the salad dressing). It's a shame, because this place clearly has untapped potential. As for the service, we have no complaints; everyone was friendly.
