But also, a rare and genuinely warm atmosphere. The owners are lovely, very welcoming, and passionate. I had a wonderful evening chatting with them in an exceptionally friendly setting. You almost feel at home. A truly beautiful memory of my stay in the valley.

28/05/2026: We stopped by for lunch while traveling in a rental car. The female server spoke excellent English and kindly explained the menu. She perfectly handled everything we needed at the right time, including clearing the table, and the food was, without a doubt, incredibly delicious. It seems the menu changes seasonally, but I highly recommend the chicken with net mushrooms that I had today ☺️ The cream sauce and the potato dish were a fantastic combination.

The evening menu offers a more intimate atmosphere at a reasonable price. The setting is superb, and the number of tables and the space are perfect. The dishes are generous and, above all, of very high quality. The service is always excellent. Thank you to the entire team for these wonderful meals. We have never been disappointed. See you soon.

What's remarkable here is the constant renewal: the menu changes every month, which demonstrates a tremendous amount of research and an overflowing passion for quality ingredients. Tonight, we were absolutely blown away by the veal tenderloin: divinely cooked, perfectly balanced flavors, and an elegant presentation. It's bistronomic cuisine at its finest. Beyond the food, the service is simply exemplary. The team is incredibly attentive, paying attention to every detail to make you feel truly special. You can tell the owner puts his heart and soul into his establishment. If you're looking for a place where quality ingredients meet excellent service, look no further. My father-in-law and I had a truly memorable evening. Let's support these restaurateurs who are going to great lengths to offer us such culinary experiences. Go for it without hesitation!

18/05/2026: Walked in without a reservation and were warmly welcomed with a beautiful table. The entire team was exceptionally kind and attentive, the owner incredibly generous, and the chef truly at the top of his craft. Every dish felt thoughtful and refined food with soul, stories, and years of passion behind it. We loved the experience so much that we came back two days in a row just to discover more of the menu. A truly special place.
