03/09/2026: This restaurant was recommended to us, and we weren't disappointed at all! The welcome and service were very pleasant, the quality of the food (especially the meats) was remarkable, the chef's work (cooking, flavors, seasonings...) was perfect, and the homemade desserts were delicious! We'll definitely be back!

24/09/2026: Passing through Saint Martin de Vésubie, we stopped at the Hall du Mercantour. The shopkeepers were incredibly friendly and attentive. And everything we bought was delicious, all homemade: pissaladière, gnocchi with porcini mushrooms, lamb curry, octopus salad (a bit pricey but delicious, well-seasoned and flavorful), cheese, etc. I love to cook and I'm picky, but this place deserves a very, very good rating! 😜 A place not to be missed. Thank you to them for the quality and the warm welcome.

09/09/2026: What a wonderful shop for food lovers: everything is mouthwatering and incredibly delicious. We tried and loved the octopus salad, pissaladière, and Swiss chard tart (with cinnamon). A special mention goes to the porcini mushroom gnocchi 😋 and especially the succulent broad bean tart with orange blossom – simply divine! Well done, keep up the great work and continue to delight lovers of good food!

28/09/2026: We had entrecote and lasagna here, both were excellent, and the dessert—mousse and panna cotta—was perfect. An Aperol Spritz and a mojito rounded it all off. Very friendly and attentive service, 100% recommended!

19/09/2026: A truly wonderful surprise, discovered completely by chance during our motorcycle road trip through Sospel! We stopped without really knowing what to expect… and what a fantastic find! Homemade, generous, and delicious food, made with truly excellent ingredients and bursting with flavor. And the welcome was exceptional from start to finish. A lovely waitress, a very kind, smiling, and attentive owner. We immediately felt at ease. It's exactly these kinds of little places discovered by chance that make a trip even more memorable. We highly recommend it, and if our travels take us back through Sospel, we already know where to stop!

24/10/2026: The Angus flank steak was excellent, perfectly cooked and well-presented. This was despite complaints from my less discerning table neighbors. The professional wine-by-the-glass service was much appreciated. I will be back for a third time.

23/08/2026: An intimate, relaxed wonderful find in a backstreet operated by a charming couple, he in the kitchen, she out front. The menu is not extensive which is encouraging and each dish not only sounds mouth-watering but is prepared to the highest standard, with love and the culinary understanding only a passionate cook will deliver (and virtually everything comes with a delicate decoration of tiny edible flowers - the chef's trademark!) Service is single handed but is attentive, very friendly and efficient even when the place began to fill up. Booking is essential as we saw disappointed would-be diners turned away. Worthy of many more than just the 5 stars!

25/10/2026: Excellent culinary experience. A small, incredibly friendly restaurant with a smiling couple who run it and take great care of their customers. The meat and cheeses are of very high quality. And the homemade desserts… incredible!

25/10/2026: We came to L'Étable for my birthday, completely unfamiliar with the place, a real surprise as they say. It was absolutely perfect. The waitresses were kind and pleasant. The atmosphere was wonderful, with down-to-earth people and no airs and graces—everything you look for when you head up into the mountains! The food was very good. We had the beef braised on the grill, which was excellent with incredible sauces. Thank you for this wonderful experience; we highly recommend it! 🙂

14/09/2026: I moved to Nice in May and this is hands down one of the best bistros I’ve been to in France. Great fresh food made well with lots of love. Alexandra and Magali are just so great at welcoming you and their service is impeccable. I come here once a week ans the food and service is always served with a smile which never disappoints. 07/09/2026: I came here for lunch with my family. The restaurant atmosphere is clean and well-maintained. It was an excellent meal for an important occasion. The course consisted of an appetizer, a starter course, a main course, extra cheese, and dessert, and I could tell that great care was taken with the order and composition. It was a truly happy meal, and I highly recommend enjoying it with your loved ones.

09/10/2026: A very warm welcome and a lovely menu available. The dishes were cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. If I had to offer just one constructive criticism, I wouldn't say no to a slightly more extensive wine list. There was a slight disappointment with the pasta alla borage. It was advertised as having pesto on top, but it was simply olive oil and basil, hidden in the sauce, which isn't pesto. It wasn't a big deal, but we would have chosen our other dish had we known that. Thank you. We will be back.

29/08/2026: One of my favorite cafes in Saint Denis. A very cozy atmosphere with a view of the cathedral.

28/08/2026: Excellent food with generous portions. I had the crepe No. 2 with salmon, goat cheese, and mushrooms with a nice glass of Bordeaux, and it was a perfect lunch. The owners were kind and very helpful. I would return to Saint Denis just for this place.
