11/04/2026: A huge disappointment for a well-known restaurant in Nice. Let me explain. We were greeted by waiters who didn't understand and didn't speak French. Once seated, we quickly realized we had to be rushed. The entire meal was therefore rushed and stressful. We had to choose our courses before even having an aperitif. The waiters kept coming back and forth to speed things up. We had to raise our voices to ask if we were in the way, otherwise we would have left. The waiter told us that the kitchen closes at 2 pm and that it was the first time he'd ever taken so long to serve. He said that normally, for 200 people, they take less time. Is that how you speak to customers? The wedding cake was almost brought out before everyone at the table was there, so we asked the waiter to wait (where's the common sense?). After a few minutes, the wedding cake was literally thrown onto the table without a "Happy Birthday," music, or even a serving plate. In the end, stracciatella tomatoes were added to the bill. Honestly, it was a huge scandal, a complete lack of respect throughout the meal for our parents who were so happy to be with their family. First and last time. If you can't serve customers properly, even if you rush them and don't meet their expectations, find another line of work. A big fat zero. P.S.: However, the food was good.

10/04/2026: A truly beautiful place! The setting is magnificent and very pleasant, perfect for a relaxing time. The service is top-notch: welcoming, professional, and attentive. As for the food, it's delicious, with very fresh ingredients and generous portions. I highly recommend it!

04/04/2026: Traditional, high-quality cuisine. Homemade desserts, especially the Tiramisu, are a treat. Family atmosphere. We eat, we sing, we dance. Simply enjoyable and unpretentious. We'll definitely be back.

14/04/2026: We had a fantastic stay recently at Toile Blanche for four nights. We’ve been lucky enough to stay in some very luxury hotels over the years but I’d go as so far to say this probably beats them all. The staff are exceptionally polite, friendly and welcoming. The location is beautiful along with the hotel itself and its grounds, and the food/restaurant is genuinely fantastic. We ended up eating at the hotel 3/4 nights because of how good the food was. Couldn’t recommend more and we will certainly be back!

The dishes were delicious, and we had a wonderful, refined, and vanilla-infused lunch...because there are Tahitian specialties that are truly worth the trip! But if you're craving something else, try the ravioli Royan with chorizo ​​sauce—it's absolutely divine! We were won over and we'll be back!
