16/04/2026: The location was very easy to find, and it only took 10 minutes to get to the train station after the meal. Our seats were in the square, and the weather in southern France in April was very pleasant. The two of us ordered a seafood set meal, an octopus pasta dish, and a glass of white wine, totaling 55 euros. The seafood was very fresh, and the oysters were silky smooth. However, perhaps due to the language barrier, the waiters seemed very indifferent and didn't smile at all during the meal.

15/04/2026: Lovely seafood restaurant with excellent service and delicious food. 6 delicious fresh oysters with a good glass of white wine for 17 euros as a light lunch, and a nice menu otherwise. Highly recommended!

19/04/2026: The food was okay. The service was terrible. They don't know how to run a place. They overcharge you and blame you; it happened to us two days in a row. Open a chicken rotisserie, man!

19/04/2026: Very good restaurant. Decent portion size. Despite the restaurant being extremely busy, we were served in fifteen minutes, which was great as we were pressed for time. The waiter was very kind and pleasant (probably the owner).

20/04/2026: We ordered a pizza and it was the worst pizza we tried to eat while living in Nice for 1 year and 6 months! The service was lacks! Never again! Would not recommend the restaurant to an enemy!

11/11/2025: I ordered the butcher's cut. It was good, the fries were delicious, the meat was cooked exactly as I asked, even the salad was nice. And it was incredibly generous. All for €18. Drinks are under €3. I'll go back whenever I can.

13/04/2026: The 4.3 stars checks out … if you’re rating a sauna. I arrived 1-hour before closing and confirmed several tables still occupied with full glasses of wine, and made the radical request to sit outside with one. Noted that all I wanted was a drink. The maître d’ received this news as one might receive a subpoena. I was dispatched to the patio to wait, which I did, heroically, until it became clear no one was coming. I then seated myself and spent the next ten minutes being studiously ignored. Solid ambiance. Would not recommend the service, unless you enjoy the particular peace of being completely forgotten about.

31/03/2026: The gorgonzola gnocchi were more like mashed potatoes... disappointing. The breaded veal Milanese was swimming in oil. Disappointed, we left the table still hungry...

24/03/2026: Delighted! I discovered this restaurant thanks to Rémi Ragnar's stories. It's very beautiful and very good. I had steak tartare, fries, and salad served in their lovely garden. Delighted.

20/04/2026: I enjoyed dining at Mets Vins Chics nearly every day during my stay at Côte d'Azur. My second night in Eze called for much celebration, so I trusted my server's guidance, recommendations, and selections for dinner and wine, and he so graciously created the perfect meal and wonderful evening.
