05/07/2024: Yesterday I went to pick up a strawberry plant for my birthday, and what a disappointment I was! A grainy cream, the coulis completely industrial, all too sweet. Frankly, given the prices they could offer better quality!

14/09/2024: Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Essen war außergewöhnlich (lecker)! Eine hervorragende Weinauswahl mit eigenem Weinkeller gab es auch.

16/09/2024: A setting and a welcome as friendly as ever, on the other hand, the dishes served apart from the starter were disappointing, boiled meat with overcooked tagliatelle bathing in water as a rolled shoulder, sliced veal tomatoes olives tasteless, mushy. ...
too bad, the service is still as friendly and smiling apart from a few hiccups which I attribute to the end of the season..... zn u was quite disappointed compared to the establishment I knew before....

16/08/2024: Very good time spent at La Source restaurant!
The service is warm, smiling and efficient even during large services.
The cuisine is excellent, fresh, seasonal and original. Special mention to the fresh local goat cheesecake and the homemade smoked trout risotto, the best in the region!!
We have been here several times already and we have been delighted each time.
Thank you to the entire team for their work and passion.
12/08/2024: Very warm place on the edge of a lake, a family restaurant, with local products on the menu, I highly recommend.

14/08/2024: En cette canicule, déjeuner dans le restaurant climatisé fut un luxe. Accueil professionnel, service professionnel. Une coupelle de tapenade et des gressins accompagnaient mon verre de vin. Le chef avait préparé du tagliata di manzo, plat italien que j'ai découvert, juste ce qu'il fallait par cette chaleur, avec une salade de fruits frais au dessert. Un repas apprécié !
03/08/2024: Dans une partie des jardins de la Villa, un cadre calme, détendant et bénéficiant de la fraicheur des arbres et des plantes. Nous y étions pendant une période de canicule (30-32 degrés Celsius) et nous ne ressentions pas la température. Par ailleurs, la cuisine est très bonne avec un choix limité mais suffisant. Les salades sont très bonnes avec une originalité quant aux arômes ; il en est de même pour les sorbets. Mon regret est de n'avoir pas goûté aux tartes que j'ai vu en sortant et qui devaient être excellentes au regard du reste de la cuisine. Le service est professionnel. Le rapport qualité-prix est très correct. Nous avons eu la chance de profiter du jardin car la salle intérieure semble être bruyante.

22/09/2024: Une petite visite d’après saison au Bistrot de Lérins. Changement de température et du coup quelques nouveautés à la carte comme le Ragoût de poulpe 😍 les œufs mimosa au Homard 🥰 ou encore de savoureuses suggestions comme la souris d’agneau, les rognons de veau ou le camembert rôti 😍… on s’est régalés comme d’habitude ! Le staff toujours au top, avec quelques nouvelles têtes toutes aussi sympathiques et professionnelles. Merci beaucoup et à bientôt ✌️
22/09/2024: Un service vraiment sympa , chaleureux et dans la bonne humeur .
Côté apéro super vin et cocktail pour les amis pour le reste soupe de poissons , œuf mimosa à la chair de homard , et pour les plats linguini aux vongole , souris d agneau confite et son duo de purée, une tuerie .
Des rognons à la crème de moutardes ancienne délicieux.
Des super dessert , avec mention spéciale pour la mousse au chocolat xxl vraiment au top comme d habitude .
On recommande vraiment .

07/09/2024: When we arrived the staff was initially defensive, which could have been the first clue. The second was delivered by dirty tables that had not been wiped down. Two dishes from the daily menu special brought a paella with noticeably not fresh seafood and a tough and questionable-tasting chicken. A mush of rice with peas and limp mussels was served with it. The other dish, beef fillet and fries, turned out to be very thin on the grill medium by burnt charcoal-flavored rags on a bed of lettuce leaves and sun-dried tomatoes from the jar. The only good thing was the fries and the parmesan on the meat. 50 euros for both.
29/08/2024: Very friendly owner and waiting staff. The dishes were good, a bit too much topping on the veggie pizza though. Lasagne was tasty, and a generous size. They had a good specials board as well. Good selection of deserts. A large beer ‘only’ €7, most places are charging €9. Overall reasonably priced for good quality.

21/08/2024: The restaurant in Roubion for an authentic lunch. Everything was excellent and the couple of restaurateurs were charming and at our service. Very good and I recommend.
17/08/2024: It's a wonderful place in this beautiful village. However, the service wasn't great. I was received rather reluctantly. Nice is something else.

24/09/2024: Great food. The risotto blew my mind. The prefix menu is an excellent choice. Probably one of the best meals we had in Nice (if not the best). The staff is super friendly and attentive.

29/09/2024: This may have been a Michelin star restaurant some time ago when the chef was young and ambitious - but there is certainly no reason whatsoever why this restaurant ist still listed in the Michelin guide. The staff was mostly friendly and attentive except for the sommelier who apparently merely aims for profit maximisation. Despite my clear no, thank you, he topped up my glas of Chassagne-Montrachet until the bottle was empty "explaining" that a not quite full bottle would get too cold in the ice basket... The whole team lacked style and professional minimum standards you can expect from a Michelin star restaurant. Wine heavily overprized. Food underflavoured, boring, uninspired albeit the fact that it was nicely presented on the plates. We ate a la carte and spent some EUR 500. Think twice before you go there.
15/09/2024: Sans doute une vieille gloire qui malgré la dégringolade reste étoilé par habitude. Repas totalement sans caractère avec dans les deux plats force concombres. Un dessert insipide et trois heures après le repas un violent malaise gastrique en prime.
