25/09/2024: We were excited to try this place, as it came highly recommended by locals as a favorite dining spot. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we had hoped for. The food was simply disappointing. My husband’s Coq au Vin was lacking sauce, and my duck was tough and rubbery-inedible, although I will say the jus for the duck was tasty. On a positive note, the ambiance was lovely, filled with character and charming decor. However, that wasn’t enough to ignore that the service was lacking. We felt, the staff seemed aware of the issues with the food, as they barely made eye contact and didn't inquire about our uneaten meals. They just grabbed the plates and threw the bill on our table. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this restaurant.

20/09/2024: Decent food for two, inedible for the third; cold cod and greasy and soft fries. Not an apology from the waiter. Busy place in the heart of Nice, we felt like we were sitting on an assembly line. Not recommended.

01/08/2024: Wat een afschuwelijke tent. Ik ben nog nooit zo onaardig behandeld. We waren netjes, bestelde in het Frans, waren beleefd maar dat maakte allemaal niks uit voor het personeel. De gooien de kaarten op tafel, zetten een fles water neer zonder glazen, je krijgt een boze blik als je 10 minuten later om glazen vraagt. De rekening hebben we wel 5 keer gevraagd. Ik werd zelfs belachelijk gemaakt door 1 van de obers. Ach ze spreekt Frans wat aandoenlijk… om vervolgens een neerbuigend gebaar te maken en weg te lopen.

28/07/2024: Nous avons été accueillit convenablement mais je tiens à solliciter le service qui a été fait par une jeune serveuse brune, elle a été formidable et rien que pour le service je compte revenir. Bien que la serveuse était souriante, bienveillante et rigolote et bien les plats étaient d’autant plus bon. Je suis très difficile pour manger je mange seulement des choses « basiques » donc avec peu d’originalité j’ai prit une pizza marguerita et c’est un sans faute, digne de ma Sicile. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant malgré leurs notes de trois étoiles qui ne les vaut pas du tout vu le service de qualité, les plats délicieux et l’ambiance du restaurant. Nous étions en intérieur il y avait la clim et la musique, nous étions tranquille c’est tous ce qu’on demandait, bravo à votre équipe je reviendrai manger vos gnocchis burrata dés que possible.

18/08/2024: Par où commencer ? Réservation pour dix, mais la table n'était pas prête, nous avons dû patienter 20 minutes devant le restaurant, et les verres étaient encore sales. En entrée, les moules farcies à la provençale étaient froides et m'ont rendu malade... Les calamars frits à 24€ l'assiette étaient une mauvaise blague, il n'y avait presque rien à manger. Le plat principal n'était pas mieux: une escalope à la crème qui s'est avérée être une escalope au sel, totalement immangeable ! Inutile de dire qu'après ça, j'ai renoncé au dessert. Seul point positif, le service : les serveurs étaient agréables. En résumé, une grande déception, nous ne reviendrons plus.

15/09/2024: We wanted to have a drink a little before 7 p.m. We did not have time to enter the establishment. The person at the counter made a big sign with his arms crossed to let us know not to enter. Lack of tact on his part. There was hardly anyone there. The person didn't even come to explain to us. We just wanted to have a drink to stay for ten minutes. Lack of professionalism and tact.. We are not animals, he could have just told us that.

14/09/2024: The pepper burger at this restaurant is absolutely perfect. The meat is of great quality, the bread is excellent, the sauce excellent, and the side dishes as well. Highly recommended!

30/08/2024: Bad cuisine, served unsold dishes from previous days. Porchetta without meat or rind but a slice of stuffed liver and blood sausage hidden under a handful of mesclun, for this restaurant, porchetta served is ONLY stuffed, reheated, salted, same as the stew. This became a very bad food, waste of money, a place where tourists get scammed. Very bad food, what left over from days before because couldnt be sold and the owner couldnt consume it themselves so get reheated, get very salty. Roast pork only with stuffing and not one piece of roast meat nor skin as a Porchetta supposed to be.

14/09/2024: Ce dejeuner au BlueBay etait incroyable ! Nous avons eu un accueil genial, avec une table sur les galets car toutes les tables étaient prises. Les serveurs ont été absolument charmants et aux petits soins avec nous. C'était tres bon, les cocktails pareil, et nous avons passé vraiment un merveilleux moment! Foncez y !!!

07/09/2024: Restaurant bien placé mais les plats sont servis tièdes, poisson trop cuit... Animation "surprise" dite amazone représente 2 danseuses quelconques à partir de 22h et le comble les fumeurs de chicha qui vous arrosent de fumée . Je ne recommande pas rapport qualité/prix en dessous de la moyenne.

10/09/2024: We went to this bar to drink some water at lunch time. After 15 minutes, after receiving more than one look from the server, nobody came to us with even a menu. We got up and left, this is not how you treat customers on the Promenade of Cannes.

16/08/2024: Superb address, a very efficient menu with good cooked products for unbeatable value for money! Located in a small pedestrian street, the place is very nice. A music group was present that day which made the evening even more pleasant and convivial. The staff is also very welcoming. Beef Tagliata (homemade fries) and Chocolate Moelleux for my part, I enjoyed it! I recommend this address 200%

31/03/2024: My mum and I are customers of the tea room since day 1 and we used to love this place. Unfortunately 3rd unpleasant experience in a row: waiter is completely rude and poor customer service. We won’t support this local company place anymore! A shame for Villefranche notoriety! My mother and I have been customers of the tea room since it opened and a fan since day 1. Unfortunately, 3rd unpleasant experience in a row with an anti-commercial and unpleasant server. We are from Villefranche and will no longer support this business. A shame for the image of Villefranche

30/03/2024: Best hotel experience we've had to date, fantastic view, friendly and professional staff who do everything to ensure you have a simple and nice stay. Perhaps the flowers in the breakfast restaurant need to be changed a little more often, but this is in the petty department.
