04/09/2026: It had been ages since I'd been there... It's so nice to see the variety and quality of the breads 👌 And to hear people speak so lovingly about the different breads and flours. This time, I opted for the buckwheat bread (30%), and my little farm sheep had a blast 😅, and I was in heaven 😋😅. In short, I highly recommend it. Gluten-free bread available to order.

19/09/2026: We were looking for a place to eat quickly and cheaply. The reviews were positive… Overall, not bad. I had eggplant and zucchini fritters (€5.10) and my sister had two sausages and fries (€8.50). I'm not sure it was homemade, judging by the look of the sausages. At least the service was friendly. Another really bad point: pigeons everywhere, eating from our plates—not very hygienic. And only one poor guy to clean all 10 tables on the terrace and clear everything away, so by the time he arrives, the pigeons are already there.

17/09/2026: In the heart of Old Nice, this is an excellent place to try traditional dishes at truly affordable prices. We tried the savory pies, especially the one with chard, which we found truly excellent. Perfect for a light, quick, and convenient lunch, thanks in part to the service: despite the line, it moves quickly and is well-managed. The location is excellent, and the quality-price ratio is definitely a strong point. A simple but very good option for sampling another traditional Nice dish.

25/08/2026: I went for dinner with six friends on Monday, August 24th. The staff was immediately courteous and attentive (e.g., speaking Italian with us Italian customers). After ordering, the dishes arrived in a reasonable amount of time (about 10 minutes). We were all satisfied with our food; we particularly recommend the grilled sardines and the peppered mussels. The only dish we weren't particularly fond of was the shrimp risotto, which was too thick and not very creamy. Vegetarian options are also available (the wok was good!). The desserts (tarte tatin) are also good. All portions are generous, and one dish is more than enough. The prices are in line with local demand, if not actually cheaper.

25/08/2026: Nice setting! Beyond that... we were drawn in by the €17 daily special. When we wanted to order, the waiter told us they were out: it would have been better to remove it from the menu, it prevents phishing, especially at 1 p.m. Our order and meal were served without a smile and with military precision. Cool setting, ruined by the service and poor value for money.

11/09/2026: We had a reserved table inside on a Saturday night. Upon arrival, we noticed that the round table was moving a lot. After pointing it out, we were simply told that "that's just how it is" and that nothing could be done about it. A waiter eventually explained that management was aware of the problem but didn't want to change the table. Looking at the reviews, we also saw that we weren't the first customers to report it. For a bill of €520, it's quite frustrating to have to eat in these conditions. In short, a disappointing experience.

12/09/2026: Two tourists, my boyfriend and I. We went to dinner there in August and were seated at a table right next to another couple. Throughout the entire meal, this couple made fun of us (we were speaking Italian, they were speaking French): first with thinly veiled remarks, then with increasingly unpleasant comments. The waiters walked between our tables and therefore understood perfectly what they were saying. The homophobic remarks became more and more offensive, until this couple went so far as to take our picture. The worst part was when the man took a langoustine from his plate, placed it on my boyfriend's cheek, mocking him and making faces. Not a single waiter reacted. At that point, I went to complain to the waiters and the owner, who immediately tried to hush up the matter by offering to move us to another table. When I told him it was the other couple who needed to be moved, since they were the ones harassing us, he insisted we be the ones to change seats. It was a shameful scene, and we were asked to pay the entire bill. The food was good, and we would have liked to have enjoyed it. But this place is absolutely not recommended because of its values ​​and its complete lack of customer service.

The most shocking thing was the complete lack of reaction from the staff, who were nearby and perfectly aware of the situation. When we complained, the owner simply offered to move us to another table, refusing to move the couple responsible. The food was good, but that's not enough to compensate for such a lack of respect and consideration for customers. A deeply disappointing experience, and an establishment we absolutely do not recommend.

It's always fantastic, with a warm and friendly atmosphere—it's like a little local bistro. We even had the pleasure of having a farewell party there—it was amazing! Thank you for everything.

08/07/2026: The pizza was excellent! But unfortunately, the owners are very cold, never smile, and don't accept any feedback, even polite comments. It's a real shame; we get the impression they're always in a bad mood. The wife isn't friendly at all! Especially since they have a very pleasant place with a lovely terrace. It's a real shame for the atmosphere.
