21/04/2026: Authentic Niçoise cuisine! Pissaladière just like we make it at home. The pan bagnat was excellent and generously filled. Now all that's left is to wait for the stuffed vegetables and the Swiss chard tart... I can't wait! The prices are no higher than anywhere else for such superior quality and taste!

04/04/2026: The unmissable address of Libé, in my opinion the best pissaladière, not forgetting the pan bangnat which delights me (very) regularly.

07/04/2026: We happened to pass by on our motorcycles yesterday at 1:45 PM. Fantastic welcome... delicious food... homemade, family-style cooking... we were warmly greeted while other restaurants just before were packed with only three tables (Pfffffff). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it! They deserve to be known... a lovely little couple who run the restaurant, the kind you rarely see anymore. A tip for any bikers passing through...

23/04/2026: A superb experience in a legendary setting; the €39 lunch menu offers unbeatable value. You are greeted with kindness and professionalism as soon as you enter the Negresco. Works of art abound between the reception area and the restaurant, where you are awaited with warmth and good cheer. The service is impeccable, with every member of staff dedicated to providing exceptional service. Pure excellence!

15/04/2026: I sat by the window overlooking the beach, and the view was great. The waiters were all friendly, and I received excellent service. The food was delicious, and the service was friendly and great. It was even tastier than the food I ate in Paris.

14/04/2026: Outstanding value for money €25 for 3 x course lunch meal, genuinely homemade food prepared with care, and consistently one of the most reliable places we know. Even the simple house wine is enjoyable and never leaves you with a headache, the baguette is always fresh and delicious, and the food feels as wholesome and honest as something you would prepare yourself at home. It has never disappointed us in the ten years we have been visiting, which says a lot for any restaurant. The quality, honesty of the cooking, and warm local atmosphere keep us coming back year after year.

A lovely wine list, an intimate atmosphere, and a warm welcome. I highly recommend this restaurant. A must-see! It's at the top of the village, so there are quite a few steps! 27/02/2026: I'm leaving a review for the restaurant only, as I didn't stay at the hotel. I had a good, hearty meal, and the wine (Chablis) was good. There was very little wait after ordering. The waiter was friendly. The premises were clean.

27/02/2026: We came on an organized trip with Moulinier Transport for the Lemon Festival in Menton and Nice, where we stayed for four nights. The rooms were very nice and clean. We received a very warm welcome, the meals were excellent, and the breakfast was very generous. The staff were very friendly. In short, I recommend it 100%!
