20/07/2026: Road is less spectacular than my expectations. Other passes-cols in the region are more exciting. Not great views on the top , but still a mitical road for bikers and rallye fans

07/07/2026: Every curve was different, the landscape constantly changing, and that's true for the entire route. I hadn't expected so much greenery in this magnificent natural setting; the fairness of this route makes it truly unique. This route is very manageable for experienced bikers. Beyond the Col de Turini, a section of the Tour de France begins, which is also breathtaking. I have to go back there.

24/07/2026: The vol-au-vent was incredible, all the elements were perfect. The sausage was great. The ventilation system didn't seem to be working very well, there was a lot of smell in the room, but it's still a 5 and I'll definitely be back. See you soon!

23/07/2026: Dinner today at Mallard in Nice. The starter was an excellent homemade forest terrine with pistachios, followed by a very good homemade duck parmentier. A small, family-run restaurant, the likes of which are becoming increasingly rare... Thank you again and congratulations!

The service is relaxed and respectful, allowing you to take your time. As for the food, the dishes are excellent and the portions are just right. A truly great place. 27/07/2026: Passing through for "work" (we were the technical escort for a motorcycle tour), we stopped for lunch at this beautiful roadside chalet. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly, despite the fact that there were over 60 of us who had arrived at once! A truly delicious pizza, coming from an Italian, and a coffee that was definitely above the French average! A truly lovely place to stop for a bite to eat, but also to relax a bit, perhaps while the kids play in the grass out front. Well done!
