10/04/2026: An exceptional place. A magnificent site which, after a few years of closure, has been completely renovated. The lobby is majestic with its chandeliers, high ceilings, and marble. The staff is incredibly attentive. Friendly and smiling! The breakfast is enormous but a bit pricey at 54 euros. In any case, in this category, all prices are high. I treated myself to a Coca-Cola at the bar for 14 euros. Served with olives, crisps, and cashews. The room was comfortable. The bed was enormous. Thick carpeting on the floor. Bathroom with shower and bathrobes. Numerous toiletries were available. Around 3 p.m., they leave some homemade treats for you to enjoy in your room. They prepare you for the night before you go to sleep by making up your bed, closing the curtains, and placing a small bottle of water on your bedside table. And, if you please, your pajamas folded at the edge of the bed! I was lucky enough to have a sea view. There's an outdoor (heated?) infinity pool in the central garden. Inviting sun loungers surround the pool. Soft background music plays, and the garden is beautifully decorated with greenery and relaxation areas. And above all... lots and lots of marble. An exceptional place. After that, it's hard to go back to normal life!

Special mention goes to the team, who are truly top-notch: welcoming, smiling, and always friendly, with that sense of conviviality that makes all the difference.

20/03/2026: Wow. What a gem. The food. The ambience. The staff. Everything was phenomenal. It’s right in the centre of old town yet down a side street so it feels like a hidden gem. They have a huge selection of natural wines which all impressed us. The chef did a fantastic job with each course, I highly recommend the pork belly (if it’s still on the menu) - highly recommend!

20/03/2026: We had the trout tartar, served with beetroot and feta, the squid with chorizo, and the chocolate mousse with lemon and ginger. Everything was delicious, the plates were beautiful, and also good wine and cappuccino. The server was super friendly.

25/04/2026: This isn't our first time dining at La Table des Baou, and it's always a pleasure. We love the charming, peaceful setting in the charming streets of Saint-Jeannet, typical of the village. There's no fuss here: the menu is concise, a testament to the freshness of the ingredients, with a focus on local and seasonal cuisine. You can sense a real expertise in showcasing the best of the produce. It's authentic, expertly prepared food that delights us every time. Even though we don't have the opportunity to come as often as we'd like, we're already looking forward to repeating the experience, and we can't wait to taste their cuisine amidst the Saint-Jeannet vineyards!

Whether you're a meat lover (special mention for the beef stew and ham hock, simply incredible 🤤) or a cheese aficionado 🧀 (raclette, Savoyard fondue…), everything is perfectly executed. The ingredients are high-quality, the portions generous, and above all… the service is impeccable. The waiters and waitresses are always incredibly attentive, with that little extra touch that makes all the difference. The setting? A true mountain haven 🏔️: a chalet atmosphere, warm wood, soft lighting… you feel instantly at home. It's exactly what you come to the resort for. Honestly, when everything is this good… why go anywhere else?

18/04/2026: I was at your restaurant. Before coming, I looked at your Instagram page and also the photos on Google Maps to choose my dish. You recently posted these dishes, so I knew exactly what I wanted. But I was very disappointed when I was served something completely different. The ingredients may have been the same, but the presentation was really poor, and the taste was awful too. I don't think it's right to present your dishes one way on social media and then serve something totally different in reality. It was a real disappointment.
