16/07/2026: Discovered on our way back from vacation. We got off the highway and it was definitely worth it. We received a very warm welcome. The Bouillon menu is very simple but great if you want to eat cheaply and still have homemade food...and the desserts...🤩 my rum baba was enormous!

06/07/2026: We came to eat as a family (4 adults, a baby, and a small dog) and received a wonderful welcome. The service was impeccable, with very friendly and attentive waiters. We thoroughly enjoyed the burgers, as well as several other excellent homemade items. A real bonus: the dedicated children's area, which is much appreciated by families. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness and professionalism. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back!

16/04/2026: A typical restaurant where we ate grilled chicken. The decor is quaint and the price/quality ratio is good. It may be a little difficult to find from the main road, which is easy to walk to. We highly recommend it.

01/07/2026: Having come for a professional association seminar, Camping du Bout du Monde welcomed us with good humor and great flexibility. The site is vast and stunning, the facilities are top-notch, and the staff are kind and attentive. 27/05/2026: This campsite lives up to its name, "The End of the World." Overall, we really enjoyed it for a long weekend, especially as a family with children. It has a rural style, and its farm, lake, and terrace are definitely its strong points. I'd highlight that it's a great campsite if you want to be surrounded by nature, and I also find it perfect because it's about 20 minutes from Castelnaudary, which is worth a visit to try their Cassoulet and take a stroll along the canal, including a walk to the five locks.

31/07/2026: A word of advice: don't read the drinks menu before going in. You'll likely have to change your order at the last minute. Thursday evening, 6:45 pm. We stop for a drink. I ask for a freshly squeezed lemonade. The waiter tells me it's impossible because by the time they squeeze the lemons, they'll be busy, so it's impossible. Not very customer-friendly 😔, but I can understand since it's the Trivalle Street Artisan Night Market. So I ask for a lemonade: he replies, "Okay, it'll be a Sprite." Well, no sir, a lemonade and a Sprite are different! I end up settling for a Schweppes citrus! 7:25 pm, we leave: the much-anticipated rush has arrived: two tables, or 7 people, have been served cocktails! 😉 However, don't hesitate, the alcoholic cocktails won't make you too drunk! ☺️ My conclusion: they are not specialized in alcoholic or non-alcoholic cocktails.

31/07/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant. The foie gras is excellent (I make it myself, so I can vouch for it)! Unfortunately, they're suffering from old reviews that are doing them a disservice... The beef skewer: very tender meat and impeccable homemade Roquefort sauce! Well done!

29/07/2026: Excellent cassoulet on the menu. A slice of homemade foie gras was delicious. Good fries too. Pleasant and quick service. Beautiful outdoor setting. Even though it was hot, it was well sheltered with a pleasant breeze.

30/07/2026: Very good welcome, menu clearly explained. Children's menu not available but soda for the kids was included. The main course was a Portuguese specialty, but it wasn't very large. Unfortunately, the dessert indicated on the menu could not be served, even though we were the first guests. It turned out to be a small ice cream. However, guests after us did receive the dessert from the menu; no idea why this was possible this time... Very disappointing actually, we were planning to come several times, now I will definitely think about it.

05/07/2026: ❌ RESERVATION NOT HOLDED: I reserved a cake this Saturday at 2:40 PM, clearly stating that I would come after 5:30 PM. I arrived at 7:30 PM (knowing that closing time is 8:00 PM), and was told that my cake had been put back on sale because I hadn't answered the phone! I didn't receive any calls that afternoon, except at 7:12 PM, and I called back at 7:15 PM. This is unacceptable: a reservation must be held until closing time. According to the saleswoman, she was afraid the cake would "be left unsold in the evening"... Yet I had previously reserved cakes at another Ange bakery, where they held them for me all day without any problem. If they had bothered to check their customer records, they would have seen that I am a customer. To top it all off, the saleswoman barely apologized and brushed me off in a very unfriendly manner. A complete lack of professionalism.

29/06/2026: It's impossible to mix and match the 3+1 offer even though they're the same price (for example, a pain au chocolat and a croissant). The quality of the pastries is average. You have to pay for a bag to carry four takeaway coffees. The waitress made a comment about me because I was surprised I couldn't mix and match the 3+1 offer. It's expensive (€1.30 for a croissant). The pains au chocolat are renamed "chocolatine." In short, it wasn't the discovery of the year...

30/07/2026: My first experience was in the summer of 2025, and it was very, very good, even exceptional. This year, it was completely bland and nothing more than a brasserie. I learned a few hours later that the chef had left. That explains it.
