17/09/2024: A pretty cocktail and spirits bar nestled in a small alley in Obernai. The atmosphere is cozy, cozy, and the decoration is very neat. On the menu, we find more than 60 spirits, classic and signature cocktails, as well as mocktails. Every week, a new cocktail is in the spotlight. The bar can be privatized for private parties, afterworks or birthdays. Seats at the bar allow us to observe the bartenders in action. 28/08/2024: Au retour d’une escapade en Allemagne, nous recherchons une table pouvant nous accueillir à 7 personnes pour l’anniversaire de Madame… J’appelle cet établissement, et sans aucune hésitation, accepte notre arrivée tardive, à savoir pas loin de 13h30. Un repas sans chichi mais une dégustation au top! Du fait maison pour la plupart des mets consommés ce jour là et une prise en compte des besoins de chacun (pas de salade, pas de sucre, une autre sauce pour le plat…). Un concept familial qui permet d’éviter les chichis et qui laissera chacun picorer dans le plat de frites déposer au centre de la table. Surprise pour Madame, la fontaine et la chanson d’anniversaire au moment du dessert… Encore merci à vous pour cette prise en compte ainsi que votre accueil. Nous recommandons sans aucune retenue ce restaurant.

23/08/2024: Message to GR 53 hikers crossing the Vosges. Please note, this hotel is not at all located on the GR 53, contrary to what the manager says. This means that the next day when you continue your hike you will have to do 4 km more because the GR 53 is in the opposite direction, that is to say on the other side of the valley. The ideal is to find a place for the night located in the center of NIEDERBRON where the GR 53 leaves

19/08/2024: Fresh and tasty dishes in a calm atmosphere. Pleasant service. We have lunch there regularly, an address to recommend. We were having lunch on the terrace with friends when we witnessed the person passing on the sidewalk and on his scooter who almost ran over the waitress and took the liberty of expressing a negative opinion when he was at fault, very aggressive and rude instead of just apologizing.

31/08/2024: Das Restaurant kennen wir, haben wir es doch vor Jahren besucht und in dieser Zeit auch einen Anlass hier durchgeführt. Seinerzeit waren wir zufrieden weshalb wir es am 24.08.2024 für ein Mittagessen ausgesucht haben. Leider war an diesem Samstag das frühere Küchenniveau nicht mehr zu erkennen. Speisen waren 0815 und von wenig Geschmack. Der Service war mangelhaft und zeichnete sich durch wenig Engagement aus. Man sprach lieber mit bekannten Leuten und vernachlässigte den Job. Die Krönung der Ereignisse war dann die Weinbestellung. Wir wollten einen bestimmten Wein, der auf der Karte auch aufgeführt war. Nachdem offenbar die Familie eigene Weine keltert brachte man uns eine Flasche vom eigenen Haus. Das konnten wir gerade noch stoppen und der Dame nochmals erklären was wir wünschen. Natürlich kam wieder eine falsche Flasche. Der Produzent stimmte, die Flasche war auch auf der Karte nur war es nicht der bestellte Wein. Wir haben dann diesen genommen um doch noch innert nützliche Frist zum Essen den Wein am Tisch zu haben. Das einzige erfreuliche war der Preis von 34 Euro, der bestellte Wein kostete 75 Euro. So vergibt man Umsatz.

15/08/2024: Cadre agreable mais personnel pas très sympathique. La cuisine n a rien d’exceptionnel : tarte flambée bof il y a mieux ailleurs et le plat carpe frite est une arnaque. Il y a de meilleurs Winstub en Alsace.

24/07/2024: What a magnificent place! We took full advantage of the house and its garden for our wedding and everything was perfect! The rooms are incredibly decorated and comfortable, the outdoor spaces are so quiet and maintained, everything was perfect, thank you Laurence and Guillaume! We will have the opportunity to come back! :)

27/06/2024: Superb place that I had the chance to discover during a wedding: everything is beautiful! From the farm itself and its careful decoration to the cozy rooms; from the bucolic garden to the beautiful reception room: you feel good there! The owners are absolutely charming and warm! I can only highly recommend organizing an event there! It will be a success, for sure!
