24/09/2024: Only two stars for a hotel that I really like. I am proactively leaving a review hoping that it will be read by management and that they will respond to help us find a solution. We have booked a room + SPA day with my wife and our wish is to go to the place by bike. We therefore called the hotel to ensure that the bikes could be stored either in our room or in a secure room. These are quite expensive bikes. We came across a lady at reception who was not ready to help us. In summary, we don't have a solution for you. Your bikes will stay outside. Take it or leave it. Too bad for such a beautiful address. Update: When we arrived, we spoke with the person at reception who informed us that the hotel was working to add a secure bicycle garage.

15/09/2024: Typical restaurant for tourists. The kitchen is very ordinary, worthy of a large-scale cafeteria. The prices are not very high, of course, but we do not have the freedom to choose. If you want a starter, given its price you are obliged to have a main course. This is non-negotiable!! There are other much more interesting restaurants to have a pleasant time. There was nothing pleasant about it from start to finish.

31/08/2024: I have just been disappointed or even disgusted with the commercial behavior of the super u Molsheim at reception, I had done big shopping for more than €280 and when I got home I realized that I was missing an item but that it was good on my receipt about €12, I had to leave it at the checkout as it was a small item, I went to reception twice with my receipt to collect my item, after my first visit they had to do research but no news after 2 days I returned and was told that the security guard saw that I had put the item in the shopping cart after several checks in the car trunk...I didn't nothing and I'm sure I didn't put it in a shopping bag

22/08/2024: An endless wait in a more than dated decor. 45 minutes for a small entrecote and a thin portion of fries for €18... customer relations? Non-existent, very dry and unpleasant, making us uncomfortable, we had the impression of disturbing... An atmosphere from an era between the two wars.... If it is an institution of drushenheim, it would be necessary to dust it. I don't recommend it at all.

11/08/2024: Très déçu par ce restaurant. Service totalement inefficace, très très lent. On attend 1h entre chaque plat. On m'a servi une entrecôte dure, trop cuite, sans goût, viande d'entrée de gamme. Heureusement les frites étaient bonnes. Dessert très quelconque. Bel endroit dont on pourrait faire un beau resto - mais ce n'est pas ça

21/07/2024: Année 60… un voyage dans le temps! Service sympathique ! Pas cher mais pas bon, voir infâme.. il vaut mieux éviter ! Seules frites maison sont bonnes mais viandes ou bouchées à la reine de très mauvaise qualité ! J’avais souvenir d’enfance excellent mais la c honteux!

08/08/2024: Welcoming staff and quality pastries even if increasingly expensive. The sandwiches, as well as the salads, are a little less so and, for once, much too expensive for what they are.

11/05/2024: The chestnut torches are delicious. Thank you for the taste, quality and diversity of the products offered. (Little secret: you can find the sweet treats at Franchi Contades while having gourmet coffee)

07/08/2024: Incompetent people, 3 pizzas without mushrooms ordered 3 received with. Mediocre quality. Pizza just good to throw in the trash, I should have gone to a competitor...

05/09/2024: Discovered randomly, while we were looking for a bar to have a drink. Pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, the setting and the beers. I was able to taste draft beer from the Intenables brewery. The flame was good too. Special mention to the service, smiling people, very welcoming and warm.

01/08/2024: The photo says it all. The workers were unsavory just like the food. I wouldn't visit again, the food wasn't terrible but they burned the bread when they heated it up.

01/06/2024: Really average atmosphere Lots of people who don't drink who come in and go to the toilet freely....no one says anything...a manager is missing

08/09/2024: Horrible . Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Very overpriced, bed was MOVING like crazy , mattress was incredibly hard... No extra curricular activities for my partner and I... On the bed at least. Electricity stopped working in the middle of the night. Television didn't work. Hair dryer non functional. AC smelled like piss... What can I say...?

18/09/2024: Good food, but that's it. You'll love it when the boss insults you when you help yourself to your {all-you-can-eat} buffet plate for no reason. I'm surprised he didn't spit on the plate.

18/09/2024: If you are hungry, don't help yourself too much at the buffet otherwise you will be insulted by the boss as a stupid person.

20/09/2024: I only had cocktails there, but they were wonderful and reasonably priced. If you can get a table outside on the square and just watch people, you are guaranteed a great time.
