14/05/2026: While looking for a restaurant, we stumbled upon La Péniche, where we enjoyed dinner while watching the sunset.
The meal was delicious, and the seafood appetizer was a generous portion. We had a wonderful time.

17/05/2026: It was 3 pm and we couldn't get anything to eat, only Caffe Crema, very disappointing.
17/05/2026: Arriving during the lunch rush, we were able to get a table for two inside due to the uncertain weather. Our order was forgotten, but luckily we had time. As compensation, we were offered an aperitif and coffee. The staff were friendly, and we enjoyed the mussels marinière and the mussels with Camembert.

26/05/2026: We were lucky enough to get a table for lunch on Whit Monday. It was packed!
The waiter was very friendly.
The mussels were a bit small, but I suppose it's not quite the season yet. Our table was in full sun, which we were able to enjoy to the fullest.
Prices were more reasonable than elsewhere.
25/05/2026: Good aperitif, good cider, very good desserts (good ice cream, generous banana split, good crepes). For our main course, we only tried the mussels marinière and were disappointed; they were too small and slightly overcooked, but there was a good portion. Special mention to Kim for the service.

21/04/2026: What a wonderful discovery this tea room is! The place is very welcoming and has a lovely terrace; the coffee is good, as are the homemade treats (ah, that apple tart!!). The welcome and service were very friendly. Well done and thank you!
08/04/2026: A charming little tea room in the heart of Caen. The owners are lovely and everything is delicious. However, it must be said that the prices are high. Nevertheless, I encourage you to come and discover this relaxing little haven, with its vintage decor reminiscent of our beloved grandmothers' tea rooms!

02/05/2026: Excellent, top-notch, very welcoming, generous and delicious meals, lots of choice, and great prices. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the private parking was fantastic. I highly recommend it.
14/04/2026: The owner is very kind and pleasant, I highly recommend it, it's really cool. I love the amazing dishes and puzzles. If I had to feed my friend, I'd feed them here. Best couscous of my life, I felt like I was back home. We love you! ❤️

10/05/2026: We had a wonderful evening at La Taberna. The pitcher of sangria and the generous and excellent tapas platter were delicious. Thank you to the new owner!
09/05/2026: Visiting Honfleur on May 8th, we were very disappointed despite the change of ownership. The music is far too loud, to the point where you can't hear yourself speak. The prices are high for rather mediocre quality and products that seem mass-produced. It's a shame, because there are much better wine bars in Honfleur, more pleasant and of higher quality. This is a profession, and the owner seems completely out of her depth. We do not recommend this establishment.

The waitress was wonderful and very friendly; we had a great time. A place to remember!!!

Restaurant Le Manoir des Impressionnistes

26/04/2026: We stayed at the Manoir des Impressionnistes in Honfleur. The hotel is magnificent and located right on the seafront. We had a spacious room with a sea view. The restaurant has a Michelin star and is exceptional; we couldn't have been more satisfied.
Special mention goes to the receptionists and concierge; their hospitality and service were top-notch and outstanding!
Everything was perfect!

22/08/2025: We called in for snacks before boarding our train. We felt like an inconvenience because we did not have cash and wished to use card. We spent 12 euros so not a complete fee wasting transaction

21/05/2026: We came at lunchtime as a group of eight, but unfortunately there were no tables available. So we booked for the same evening, and we weren't disappointed. The fries, mussels, and scallops were fantastic and I highly recommend them. The service was excellent; a waitress gave us a warm welcome and we had a good laugh with her. She was very kind, as was the owner, who came to ask for our feedback himself. We will definitely be back.
