24/06/2026: A stop at this friendly café-brasserie. The buffet menu is €17.50 and has everything you could want. The dishes, prepared by the caterer who owns the place, are truly excellent. Chicken Pays d'Auge, shepherd's pie, ratatouille, gratin dauphinois—everything was cooked just like at home. The young man's welcome was unpretentious, but with class, discretion, and kindness. Don't arrive too late, as there can be groups. For me, it was a quiet Wednesday 🙏🏻.

25/07/2026: A very good restaurant with reasonable prices compared to other restaurants in town. The galettes are generously filled, the service is quick, and the decor is lovely, with a Savoyard theme. Holiday vouchers accepted. Pleasant little terrace area.

26/07/2026: We stopped at this restaurant quite by chance while passing through, and it was a pleasant surprise! Besides the delicious food, we had a lovely time with a smiling, friendly staff and a very funny owner. I highly recommend stopping by for a great crepe or burger.

04/07/2026: A very warm welcome. The owner is super friendly and accommodating. I had a savory galette, it was delicious, my little girl had chicken nuggets and fries, the fries were homemade and the nuggets were very generous, everything was perfect. We will be back. I highly recommend this crêperie.

02/07/2026: I don't recommend this place. The appetizer and dessert buffets are mediocre for a restaurant. I eat better at home. You expect a minimum level of service.

09/08/2026: The staff were friendly and the service was good, but unfortunately the food was disappointing. The grilled entrecôte with Camembert sauce was particularly disappointing. One of us doesn’t eat fish, so the steak was essentially the only suitable choice from the main courses. Unfortunately, the meat was tasteless, chewy and extremely dry. We asked for it not to be bloody, but instead it was cooked almost black. For a €28.90 steak, we expected much better. We also had the cod Orloff style, which was okay but nothing special. The vegetable salad was a rather random combination of cooked carrots, lettuce, onions, raspberries and apples. It looked nice, but unfortunately had very little flavour and really needed some dressing. We couldn’t finish our plates and had no desire to order dessert afterwards. A shame, because the staff were very friendly and the service itself was good.

20/06/2026: We've been going there for years and it's always just as lovely! With its sunny terrace sheltered from the wind and charming waitresses and waiters, Chez Patou is a Deauville institution, right across from the sea, for a top-notch beach restaurant. You have to book in the summer, it's packed!

11/06/2026: We were in the area for training and went to this bakery, where we received a very warm welcome and were offered a wide selection of products. The food was delicious, made with fresh ingredients. There's also a terrace for eating in. The woman who served us was very kind. I highly recommend it!

14/07/2026: And one more star is too much. My family and I sat down at a table for six. We asked him to clean the table, and he didn't do it with enthusiasm. We could tell the cloth was dirty! We asked him to clean it again, and the man replied, "Listen, if you're not happy, 'GET LOST!' I won't serve you!" No need to argue about the cloth; he put down a tablecloth. We left and went to another restaurant, unaware that it was the same owner. He went to the waitresses and told them they wouldn't serve those people. Being in the restaurant business, I find it unacceptable to refuse a table of six and speak like that.

12/07/2026: An experience to forget, lacking professionalism and zero hospitality. A group of eight people were rudely ejected because they had ordered only one bottle of cider with two crisps. When we complained, the resentful owner claimed he couldn't grant a table for eight people for just one bottle. When we pointed out that some of us were drivers and couldn't drink, the owner rudely asked us to leave.

16/07/2026: I went into the pizzeria and said hello, but the cook didn't respond. I asked them to remove an ingredient, but they refused to lower the price. Plus, the pizza was burnt. I don't recommend these pizzas; they're a tourist trap.

12/07/2026: Excellent welcome despite the rush, very fast service. Super clean toilets.

28/07/2026: The service was truly terrible, the owner unwelcoming, and she didn't offer a menu, so we had no idea what was on offer that day. It was impossible to get a mint-flavored water, and the non-alcoholic cocktails were incredibly sweet; I didn't drink them, but I still had to pay for them. Very disappointed. The pizza was too salty because the prosciutto was cooked... Normally it's just placed on top. I didn't order dessert. Out. Goodbye.

14/05/2026: Fellow cyclists, don't hesitate to book a room in this hotel, the staff are very welcoming and accommodating in storing bicycles safely!
