04/04/2026: While the products are very good, the Caen store is rather small, making it difficult to move around when there are several customers.
It's very unpleasant to be told "can I help you?" after only five seconds in the store.
10/03/2026: Absolutely beautiful chocolate creations here! I had to find one that wouldn't break in my suitcase. The wonderful employee wrapped my chocolate so it would be safe. Thank you! Incredibly reasonable prices... The sculptures would be 10x the price in the USA.

The staff is very welcoming, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the food is delicious.
It's not exactly in the heart of Honfleur, but it's definitely worth the trip.
I highly recommend it!

It's regrettable that you prefer irony to self-criticism. My feedback is constructive because it highlights a flaw: a customer, even if they aren't making a purchase at that moment, should be treated like everyone else. This is a fundamental business principle. Rather than denying the obvious quality of your products and your customer service.
***************************** I feel compelled to give very negative feedback about this business, as I've been a customer for a long time. I urgently needed to use the restroom, and despite my insistence, I was refused permission to use it. I find this a ridiculous lack of solidarity, especially since I specified that I'm a long-time customer.
Therefore, I feel compelled to provide a full and objective review of this shop's products, which are quite mediocre. The quiches are extremely sparsely filled, the cookies aren't the best in the neighborhood, and the reason I came was simply the absence of a queue. Finally, the prices are outrageous considering the quantity and quality.
I think it's reasonable to say that if such behavior occurs, it's probably due to toxic management that employees are forced to endure.

14/05/2026: As a regular customer of this restaurant with my parents for several years, I usually have nothing to complain about: everything is perfect, and the servers are always very friendly.
However, I went there last night after calling ahead to ask if it was possible to come just for dessert. We arrived at 9:55 pm, five minutes before they stopped admitting customers. We were made to understand that we were "right on the edge," and I didn't really feel welcome, even though other customers were still being served at that hour.
The most disappointing part was the profiteroles: the choux pastries were very small and hard, as if they were from the day before (even though I know this dessert very well from this restaurant, which is usually excellent).
I'm simply disappointed that the quality wasn't up to par, under the pretext that we arrived at the end of service.

21/04/2026: We arrived as a couple around 12:30 without a reservation and had no wait. We were seated immediately. I recommend making a reservation as the restaurant gets quite busy; we were lucky.
After ordering, we were served almost immediately. The portions were generous and the meal was excellent. The service was quick and the waitress was friendly. Excellent value for money.
I highly recommend it! 👍
05/04/2026: It's generally accepted that when a restaurant is packed, it's not just by chance... Indeed, my partner and I had the opportunity to try this establishment on August 27, 2025, during a tourist trip to Falaise. It was very busy even at 1 p.m., and the staff was overwhelmed, but no matter, they carried out their duties with enthusiasm and dedication, remaining friendly to the customers. In the end, the wait was bearable, and the plates arrived generously filled, with food that rivaled that of more upscale establishments. All this at a price consistent with the prices charged by the Leclerc chain. We therefore highly recommend this restaurant.

11/03/2026: While strolling through town at lunchtime, we stopped in front of this restaurant, which looked inviting from the outside.
At the entrance, there was no greeting. We sat down anyway and looked at the menu. Since it simply didn't correspond to what we were in the mood for, we politely decided to leave, after apologizing.
It was then that the manager—who hadn't seen fit to speak to us until then—exclaimed loudly:
"They're leaving, that's enough, bye."
It's always surprising to see how some establishments manage to distinguish themselves not by the quality of their food, but by the sheer poverty of their customer service.
A customer has every right not to be drawn to a menu. However, subjecting them to such vulgar remarks reveals a particularly worrying level of professionalism.
Clearly, in this establishment, respect for the customer is not only absent: it seems to be fully embraced.
