From the moment we arrived until dessert, we were pampered by an exceptional waitress, Lola, who was able to advise and recommend dishes based on our individual tastes. I highly recommend this restaurant, which is worthy of a Michelin star. The starters have fabulous sauces, the main courses, like the scallops, are sublimely presented, and the desserts, from the crème brûlée to the citrus creations, offer a truly remarkable harmony of tastes and flavors—and I mean it. I'm rarely this enthusiastic about a restaurant, but this one is truly worth it. Remember to book ahead, otherwise you'll be turned away. That's the price you pay when the chef is as excellent as the staff. Thank you to the entire team; you deserve your 5 stars everywhere...

28/03/2026: Right in Tigreville, in front of Monsieur Hainaut's cabaret. Nice, cozy, and above all, very good crêpes. The Villerville crêpe is to die for. The homemade orange and chocolate crêpe is too. And the cherry on top? They serve Chimay Blue! Oh, and I almost forgot: dog-friendly crêperie! 👍👍

01/03/2026: The setting was perfect, the welcome perfect, the empanadas a great culinary journey. The meats were tender and perfectly cooked, the side dishes were excellent, but unfortunately, we didn't get any sauce. The service was so-so; the dishes arrived before they were cleared, and we had to ask several times for a carafe of water. But overall, it was okay. I recommend making a reservation for those who want to eat there. The meal is quite expensive, though.

01/03/2026: A fantastic first experience at Moulin de la Galette! Reservations are highly recommended, especially for a Saturday night. I had the Honfleur crêpe with truffled ham, scallops, and roasted squash. My friends ordered the "Bessin" crêpe with bacon, caramelized onions, and Camembert cheese, all accompanied by a glass of cider. For dessert, the pistachio crème brûlée was delicious. The staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere in the veranda overlooking the stream was lovely.

24/02/2026: For the past four winters I have stayed in Bayeux for extended periods, and this is my favorite restaurant. I highly recommend making a reservation for lunch or dinner, it's easy to do so on their website and they follow up immediately. In my experience, the hospitality, the quality of the food and service, is stellar. I'm privileged to have become friends with the family owners and can promise you that they care deeply about the quality of their customers' experience, which is very important to me. Please don't miss a chance to dine here, c'est extraordinaire !!

20/02/2026: On our way to Honfleur for a weekend, it was 12:15 pm and we were looking for a place to grab a bite. Even though we were spending three days in Honfleur, we didn't want to eat there as soon as we arrived and preferred to stop inland. After a meticulous search, we chose this small restaurant where reservations seem almost essential, and we understand why! We arrived at 1:15 pm, and there were two tables for two left. Perfect! The food is made with good ingredients and is expertly prepared. Special mention goes to the excellent salted caramel tiramisu. The menu is short, just the way we like it, a sign of quality. Excellent value for money. The staff and the owner are lovely and attentive. Our Golden Retriever, Tolkien, was given his own bowl of water, a thoughtful touch that was much appreciated. They also took the time to recommend many interesting places in the area, which helped make this lunch a fantastic start to our weekend. A wonderful discovery that we highly recommend!

One thing is certain, though: the high standards and respect requested when you make a reservation are reflected in the same high standards and respect shown by the staff and management as soon as you arrive. You'll receive a warm, courteous, and friendly welcome. This same commitment to quality is evident in the attentive service and the food itself: passionate and exciting cuisine prepared by a chef who has truly mastered his craft. The quality of the ingredients is exceptional, and the cooking is precise and perfect. In short, from the moment you arrive until the final bill, everything is done to ensure you have a wonderful time in a charming and intimate setting. 16/03/2026: The rooms are very clean and very pretty, a big plus for the bathroom! Regarding the spa ritual, we've been coming for six years, and the water has never been so cold. The hammam and massage ritual left us wanting more. The masseuses were very unfriendly, never smiled, and it was clear they were bothered by their work. What a shame!

16/03/2026: Arriving without a reservation today, we were greeted with a smile and seated with a sea view. Thank you! We ate very good pizzas and the children's menu was a very pleasant surprise, featuring fresh salmon. The waiter was top-notch, the "Tiger Brigade" team 😉😉, and so was the waitress.
