17/05/2026: Discovered this gourmet restaurant today with friends. A magnificent establishment, very well maintained. Exceptional cuisine from the amuse-bouches to the dessert. Two chefs in the kitchen: a woman and a man. The young chef visited the dining room, and we had some interesting conversations. I highly recommend it (reservations recommended). We will be back!

25/05/2026: My goal was to have a nice time with my two sons in a good restaurant, and that's exactly what we did. All three of us enjoyed everything (the menu selection, the dishes, the service, and the value for money). It's an address we'll definitely remember because, while we love discovering new places, we also return to restaurants where we feel valued. The staff was incredibly attentive. They truly do everything to ensure the customer has a wonderful experience. A special shout-out to the waitress we made laugh with an unusual request—she'll know who she is. Again, we had a great time. I highly recommend this restaurant and even its bar area, having been there before during the day, just for a quick coffee. See you soon!

16/05/2026: I had a pork tenderloin with a mushroom based sauce here that absolutely blew my mind. The most perfectly cooked piece of meat I enjoyed over 10 days in France! Definitely make a reservation here for one of your nights in Bayeux.

16/05/2026: It's a real shame because the crepes are delicious, but the person who greets you is incredibly unpleasant! A word of advice if you plan to go: don't be even 5 minutes late, otherwise you'll get a lecture that time is time, even if the restaurant is empty… Also, be aware that when you make a reservation, you don't get to choose the time, and we were refused a 7:30 pm reservation on a Saturday evening for 7 people; we had to be there at 7 pm. It's a shame this business owner treats her customers this way, but luckily for her, her chef is a very good cook.

The service and welcome were top-notch, and the food was excellent – ​​meat, galettes, fish – all delicious! 👍 I highly recommend it. 10/05/2026: On Sunday, the opening hours were posted, showing they were open until 11 pm. Arriving at 5 pm, we were told we wouldn't be able to get a hot drink because they closed at 6 pm. Despite the gloomy weather, we ordered a cold drink. And when we returned around 6:30 pm, the café was still open, with customers seated at tables.... We must not have looked very appealing to them 😡

09/05/2026: I'm 42 years old, and this is the first time I've ever seen anything like this. I sat down on a terrace with my son and ordered a coffee. It was 6:16 PM, and they told me they wouldn't be serving coffee after 6:00 PM. I thought it was a joke at first, but it wasn't; it was serious. I haven't been back to Caen in years, and I'm not likely to be back anytime soon.

After three and a half hours stuck in traffic between Deauville and Honfleur, frustrated by the lack of parking, we decided to turn around and stop at the Auberge de la Tour. It was the best decision of our chaotic day! Pure bliss: a warm welcome, very helpful and friendly staff, and a divine meal! The chef even came to greet us at the end of our meal. Thank you for welcoming us at such a late hour and for delighting our taste buds! We will definitely be back.

18/05/2026: On Sunday, May 17th, while passing through Honfleur for a stopover on our way back from the Ascension weekend, we discovered this restaurant and what can we say...absolutely PERFECT! A very warm welcome, the setting is lovely. As for the food...simply excellent. There were four of us, and we ordered three set menus at €33 and one at €24.50. We all loved it. No complaints about the value for money. And a special mention for our waitress, Noemie. Attentive, smiling, and a pleasure to chat and joke with. She has admirable interpersonal skills. You can tell she loves what she does. Everything wasn't just good...everything was very good! Noemie will understand 😉. And we completely agree with the owner, who is also very kind, when he says she's the Rolls-Royce of waitresses. All this to say that we recommend this restaurant 1000%. Go for it without hesitation. We're planning to return to Honfleur and will be delighted to come back to Les Deux Ponts 🙂

12/05/2026: Not bad, but not genius, i would say. Lacked the taste and “invention”. The food looked good on presentation, nothing special though (i.e. not surprising), but taste-wise average. Personal is schooled, but very impersonal and distracted. Best was the wine, at the price of Michelin of course. Actually, we hurried up to pay the bill and go to next brasserie for cocktails, just didn’t feel like staying
