18/08/2024: Non, pas bon, pas mauvais. Mais vide... Laisser les anciens "guide du routard" des anciens propriétaires, c'est osé quand même.
Je n'y retournerai pas. Aucun sens. La mousse de gras à l'apéritif, ce n'est pas bon. Salade HDF, bof. Et le reste aussi. Ce n'est pas de la cuisine périgourdine.

20/09/2024: Very pleasant stay, location of the hostel perfect for visiting the region, impeccable service, perfect breakfast, very clean little studio, nothing is missing and the owners are very friendly. We warmly recommend this place to stay for a getaway in the Dordogne.

There are plenty of walks to do around with maps available at reception, and the proximity to the Château de Biron and the town of Gaugeac is a few minutes by car.
I didn't have time to visit the new owners but the feedback is favorable.

20/09/2024: We did not have the opportunity to return there this summer and will definitely come back. It's a lovely restaurant, the owners are very involved. The dishes are just crazy =P
Going to Fleurac without coming to taste a dish at the Auberge du Coq is a betrayal of the local cuisine!!!

03/09/2024: An atypical address, away from the usual tourist spots. Nice little terrace, in a simple, rural decor... The cuisine is excellent, fine and quite original, combining exotic influences and local products. Prices measured, particularly in terms of quality/price ratio. To top it off, the service is charming, relaxed, but very professional.

19/09/2024: Very good meal, impeccable service, the only downside is that as soon as unruly children arrive it ruins you
the evening and the meal if you know what I mean. There are parents today who do not know how to teach their children to be less brilliant. The only answer you have (they are children). We also had children but they had an education, we could take them everywhere without being ashamed.

Then the wines served by the glass by an apprentice who serves half doses... You have to ask! Finally a really overcooked fish...too bad. We are asked for our opinion, which we give, but no commercial gesture
